• Myriam (9/5): - Casa ben divisa e comoda per raggiungere il centro. Nella zona ci sono diversi locali dove mangiare. L’appartamento è silenzioso e ben attrezzato. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la comodità di avere un parcheggio privato incluso, dato che a Siviglia trovare parcheggio non è semplice. La casa era ben attrezzata, ma mancavano alcune piccole cose che avrebbero reso il soggiorno ancora migliore. Ad esempio salviette/scottex e, inoltre, le capsule per il caffè gentilmente fornite non erano sufficienti per tutta la permanenza.
• T.S-G. (10/5): - Super miejsce. Bardzo duży apartament z 3 sypialniami. Czysto. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Obsługa super. Maria przywitała nas przy wejściu i wszystko wyjaśniła. Z udogodnień to na parterze jest supermarket :). Lokalizacja 10 min od centrum.

• Manuel (6/5): Buen apartamento, mala atención al cliente - El piso es bonito y amplio, camas cómodas. Ubicación del piso muy buena El servicio al cliente en mi experiencia ha sido pésimo. En la recepción del apartamento no nos informan de que no hay mando de la televisión, nos ocultan el problema. Lo descubro cuando llamo por la noche y por supuesto no me pueden resolver el problema el mismo día. Lo peor es que después de 3 días mareándome con que si pueden entrar o no al apartamento (le comenté a la chica que nos recibió a la entrada al apartamento que no había ningún problema para que entraran) y que les haga foto de la televisión para saber el modelo exacto (yo estoy de vacaciones y fuera del apartamento la mayor parte del día, no tengo porque estar pendiente de resolver su problema), al final no me traen ningún mando de sustitución y no me resuelven el problema. También el menaje de la cocina tiene puntos que mejorar: - No hay sartenes grandes, las que hay son ridículas y desde luego no es suficiente para un apartamento donde puedes alojar hasta 6 personas - No hay ensaladera o bol grande - Un extensor de enchufe para no tener que enchufar y desenchufar el microondas para poner la cafetera Son detalles de gastar 50 euros que mejoran la experiencia

• Ricardo (8/5): Bom para alguns dias em Sevilla - Apartamento bem localizado, muito próximo da zona pedonal de Triana. Tem um supermercado mesmo por baixo do prédio muito conveniente. Estacionamento subterrâneo é uma vantagem nesta zona. Sala espaçosa e com bastante arrumação. Cozinha equipada com tudo o que é necessário para fazer as refeições. Boa limpeza no apartamento. Houve alguma confusão no momento de check-in. Chegámos a um sábado e fomos avisando com antecedência do horário de chegada (inclusive partilhámos a nossa localização pelo WhatsApp enquanto íamos aproximando de Sevilla) para que estivesse alguém na hora de chegada para nos receber, dado que levaríamos também um bebé de 4 meses connosco. No momento da chegada, informaram que seria outro colega a receber-nos, o que nos fez esperar ainda 20mins dentro do carro, numa zona de muito movimento e onde é difícil estar parado com o carro. Entretanto chegou uma colega que, pediu desculpa e foi bastante simpática. Podia ter sido um começo de estadia melhor neste aspeto. Sobre o apartamento, o colchão do quarto que tem WC no quarto deveria ser trocado pois é mesmo muito mole e causa dores nas costas. A garagem também é um pouco apertada para carros maiores (levamos um SUV) e coube à justa, apesar de termos sido avisados para este facto. Foram apenas pequenos detalhes que podiam melhorar, ainda assim voltaríamos a este espaço.

• Adeline (9/5): Super appartement familial au coeur de Triana au calme! - L'emplacement sur la Calle San Jaciento dans le quartier Triana est un super emplacement, vivant, et tout à la fois l'appartement est très au calme. Appartement cosi, et très propre. Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de vaisselle (une grande casserole par exemple). Nous avons cuisiné un peu sur place, et celà nous a manqué. Mais c'était très bien par ailleurs!

• Villa Savicenta (10/5): - We did like everything. Starting from communication, welcome and presentation. Perfect location of apartment with all accessories needed. Will definitely recomend and plan to come back. We liked everyrhing 😊
• M. Belen (5/5): Buena ubicación. - La ubicación. El menaje y electrodomésticos estan nuevos. Tenía todo lo que pudieses necesitar. En uno de los baños la cisterna perdía agua y emitia un sonido constante que era molesto. En el otro baño no salía el agua caliente. Los colchones incómodos, uno muy duro. Hay que subir las maletas por la rampa del garaje y salir a la calle porque no te explica que hay acceso desde el garaje por el ascensor.

• Tomas M. (9/5): Good location for families! - The location was perfect, close to city center. Apartment has all you need. Recommended for families. Noisy construction outside, starts work at 07:00 a.m. One of the bathroom leaks water from shower head, from time to time, during the night that sometimes is anoying.
• Melanie (9/5): Excellent séjour à Séville ! - Superbe emplacement, près des commerces et des lieux à visiter on peut tout faire à pied tout en étant au calme. Appartement parfait pour 4 personnes, spacieux et confortable.
• Simona (1/5): Awful behavior, and dirty! - We arrived around 10 pm at the apartment, all seemed good, however when we wanted to eat, the table and above the table there was a lot of dust. I cleaned. Then around 12, I tried to put my baby to sleep in the bigger bedroom that being the softer mattress, immediately after seating me and my baby started coughing we tried to drink some water and go to sleep. After a few minutes I started coughing so so bad that I started to look as to why this is happening. When I looked under the bed, I couldn’t believe my eyes what was there. It hasn’t been cleaned in years and even though it might sound as a joke, you will see in the photos how serious I am. So then we decided ok, the three of us will sleep in the small bedroom because it had a higher bed and I started to clean right away so that we can sleep. The mattress in the small bedroom being rock hard. So we paid for a two bedroom apartament, the amount of 388 euro for one night, so that we will have a good night sleep, and we ended up sleeping the three of us in a 140 cm bed. As the situation was so bad, I wrote to the landlord, and all that we received was a short apology, not even sympathy for the whole situation created by them. Awful behavior, this was what made me make a reclamation with booking. It it not normal to pay 388 euro for one night stay, I cleaned at 1 am in the morning , sleep in a 140 cm bed and at the end of this “ sorry “. I will attach pictures so please look at them, hoping this will help future guests especially the ones who have even the smallest sensitivity to dust. It is not clean, and if you travel with a baby, don’t even consider this accommodation !
• Sujata (9/5): A gem in easy reach of the city - Lovely apartment with lots of space. Very clean. There was easy underground parking at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful, particularly Amandine who met us and showed us around. We had a slight problem with the door release in the lobby not working but this was dealt with very promptly. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Triana is a relaxed and lively area with lots of bars & restaurants but you can't hear any noise in the apartment. All was good Be aware that the Triana location means that you have at least a 20 minute walk to the cathedral

• Evgenia (10/5): Beautiful and Spacious Apartment in Triana! - We had a wonderful stay in this very nice and spacious apartment located in the charming Triana neighborhood. The apartment is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big bonus is the private parking, which made things super convenient. The host was incredibly kind—allowing us to park earlier and even offering to let us leave our luggage in the apartment if we wanted more time to explore the city. Excellent hospitality and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

• Laura (7/5): Good - The hosts were very available, flexible and helpful. I got there later than I intended and they were very understanding and even let me enter the flat earlier than check-in time. The private parking space is a big plus too! The flag was spotless and perfectly clean, lots of storage space, coffee and tea ready, all you need in the bathroom. Also fairly quiet even though it’s in the middle of the city There is an elevator that goes directly from the parking to the door. The one and only issue was the mattress in the second bedroom. It is *really* hard and impossible to sleep on .. so I ended up on the couch, which was fairly comfortable but still a couch and I had booked this properly specifically to get 2 bedrooms. Given the price of the property I was very disappointed

• Adele (10/5): Outstanding Apartment - Lidia was a great host. The apartment was outstanding - spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. The location was perfect, close to the Triana Bridge. We were able to walk to all the attractions. Nothing!

• Theodor (10/5): Great accomodation in Seville - Nice accommodation, easy to walk to city center. Although it rained 2 days, the apartment had heat. You could find anything you need, and also it had a supermarket down stairs. The mattress from the first bedroom was a bit hard

• Macrae (10/5): Fabulous - Loved this apartment. Not only is it in a brilliant location, it is beautifully presented and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. One very minor quibble is that one of the towel hooks in the ensuite hadn't been repaired. Note that this is an old building so the pipes were sometimes a bit noisy. It didn't bother us at all, but may others.
• Yvonne (8/5): Seville city break for five nights - The location was fabulous and plenty of space in the apartment. The parking was an additional bonus. If the issues were addressed as mentioned , then we would happily return to stay again. The WiFi was good, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The mattress in the second bedroom was like rock, so a mattress protector or enhancer is needed, if not purchasing a new mattress. There wasn't any ovenware in the kitchen, only one tea towel, no caffetier, only one large and one small towel for person. The toilet above the master bedroom was continually running through the night which meant there was running water noise in the downpipe in the master bedroom all night.

• Sabina (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment, which is most often seen in the bathroom and kitchen. Spotless. The floor is clean. Enough towels and extra pillows. The kitchen has basic spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea... The response of the staff is also immediate and very helpful. When I told about the mattress being too soft, they brought bedding for the sofa, which I do not recommend for several nights. The apartment is very good and in a great location. Plus there is a parking lot under the accommodation. I recommend it. The mattress in the large bedroom is very soft, but too hard in the small one. Not recommended if you have back problems. I would praise the cleanliness of the entire apartment, only the air conditioner would need to be cleaned urgently.

• Vishwambhar (10/5): Excent accomodation with parking fascility. - Very Central Very clean. The apartment was far far superior than stay in any 5* hotel. Free wifi and plenty of cookware with tea and coffee in the aprtment. I will strongly recoment. The apartment is very good for 4 persons but good enough for 6 people. Nothing I can mention which i did not like.
