• Arianna (9/5): Alloggio perfetto a metà strada tra la stazione di S. Maria Novella e il centro città. Dispone di tutti i servizi necess - Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti sia dalla stazione che dalla zona centrale. La casa è accogliente e dispone di tutto il necessario: tazze e tazzine per la colazione e anche la macchinetta del caffè con cialde incluse. Il bagno è grande e in generale la struttura pulita Purtoppo la bagno la mattina veniva fuori un po’ odore di fogna

• Daria (7/5): - The host was very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, next to the tram stop to the airport and 15 minutes walk to the center. The shower cap needs replacement, the water pressure is very very weak, very difficult to take a shower. The boiler did not have enough capacity for 2 people to shower. The second person ended up having cold showers. Uncomfortable to open the fridge.

• Déborah (6/5): Décevant - L’appartement est propre. Cuisine très peu équipée. Four micro-onde incompréhensible et aucun mode d’emploi à disposition. Pas de plan de travail pour cuisiner. Très peu de vaisselle à disposition.. même pas assez de petite cuillère pour 3 personnes. Salle de bain: douche catastrophique, aucune pression, pas d’eau qui coule du pommeau de douche (impossible de se laver les cheveux par exemple). Trop cher pour le peu de service ..
• Armelle (9/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration design de l'appartement. Notre hôte a été très réactif quand on a demandé des draps supplémentaires.
• Orsolya (9/5): Great location - It's near the city center, only a few minutes walk. Train station is also in 10 minutes. The flat was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is big and clean (although the water pressure is very low, so washing my hair was not an option). Getting into the bulding and the flat was easy based on the instructions.

The apartment was modern, clean, and bright, and liked that the rooms had mirrors and importantly AC. We cooked some simple pasta one night and there were all the essentials you need for basic cooking. Nothing

We had everything we need there and our time was really nice. Host was very communicative person, who ready to help if needed. The best part - balcony, very authentic. We loved this apartment

• James (6/5): Location good for one couple. - Location Two bedrooms were advertised but the second was an large attic conversion that had minimum room for an adult to be able stand up, up a narrow flight of stairs.

• Maja (9/5): Great location - Good experience. The apartment was beautiful and large with a gorgeous balcony. The location was near the center and a walkable distance from most attractions. A nice place to stay in Florence. After a long journey we couldn't open the door as it was locked and wouldn't open with the PIN shared by the owner, so we had to wait for the owner to come and open it for us. It was a bad experience that we did not hope for. Immediately after entering the suite the owner left, we settled in and looked for the wi-fi password but couldn't find it. We contacted the owner who told us that it is late now and he cannot come again, so he will come tomorrow morning and find the password. The next day he sent us the password in a message. We don't understand why he didn't send us the password in a message that evening, but the next day.

• Rania (9/5): Superb - Totally recommend. The location was perfect, very close to the train station and a small walk from most landmarks. The apartment was well-equipped, very clean and comfortable with AC units in all rooms, which was important with this heat!
• Richard (8/5): A lovely apartment from which to explainer a beautiful city. - The location was good, not too far from the station and about 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. It was clean and comfortable, lovely little balcony for one person to sit out on. I would have liked to have been able to use the washing machine - there was one but it was not plumbed in. A lift would have been great as it was on the top floor, up 6 flights, which after a long day of sightseeing was not fun! It would have been nice to have slightly more space to sit, and a comfortable sofa or chairs.
• Juan (5/5): Not good value for money - Gorgeous living room and kitchen with all the things one might need. The host was helpful and friendly. The master bedroom was perfect. -The worst was the price. I expected something much better as it was more expensive than some 3 star hotels with even better location. I stayed in one 2 years ago for less (and the experience was great) and was tempted to book it again, but I thought this apartment would be better because it was more expensive. -The upstairs room does not have a door. So, forget about privacy because you can hear everything that's going on downstairs and the other way around. I guess that's fine if you are travelling with children, but that was not my case. -Upstairs sofa bed was short and not very comfortable. -The shower doesn't have enough pressure for a proper shower. Also, they were not very generous with shower gel; 3 sachets for 3 days for 4 people. It was extremely hot outside, so we had to take at least two showers a day. -IT IS ON A 3rd FLOOR WITHOUT A LIFT and I was travelling with my 70 and 74 year-old parents. I have to make clear that that was specified on the website, but I admit I didn't pay attention to accessibility as my parents, though old, are in good shape. But honestly, that's something I didn't like. I was thinking of rating it with 6 points, but after seeing how it is in the apartment we're in for a similar price in Venice and the one we stayed in Rome before, it is clear to me that it doesn't deserve it.
