• carole (7/5): Appartement bien situé avec vue superbe, mais terni par un manque d'entretien. - L’appartement se distingue par ses beaux volumes, avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain, ce qui le rend particulièrement agréable à vivre. Situé au 45ᵉ étage, il offre une vue remarquable, aussi bien de jour que de nuit — un vrai atout du séjour. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied, avec la ligne verte accessible en seulement cinq minutes de marche, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. L’accueil est fluide et rassurant : la personne en charge se montre facilement joignable et disponible, que ce soit pour l’arrivée ou le départ. Enfin, la présence d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge sur place apporte un confort appréciable, notamment pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Les équipements mériteraient une remise à niveau. Le mobilier est tâché . Un rafraîchissement des murs et des salles de bains serait bienvenu, tout comme une révision de la plomberie : quelques fuites sont à signaler et les toilettes manquent de stabilité à l’usage. La literie reste correcte sans être particulièrement confortable, et la propreté des matelas pourrait être améliorée. La cuisine dispose du strict nécessaire, mais les ustensiles sont en nombre limité, ce qui ne se prête pas vraiment à une utilisation régulière. À noter également l’absence de machine à café. Certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas, et celle partagée par le lave-linge et le sèche-linge est endommagée, ce qui pose un réel problème de sécurité. Enfin, un nettoyage plus approfondi des murs s’impose pour retrouver un niveau de propreté satisfaisant.

• Karunanithy (8/5): - Really good service from the staff They don't have their own swimming pool, only have a third-party swimming pool but didn't mention it in booking.com and we need to pay extra for the gym and swimming pool
• Anoop Sanjeeva (7/5): Good stay - Apartment was clean and location was close to Petronas towers. Had a basic kitchen with limited utensils. Washing machine and dryer was helpful. The third room was relatively small and didnt have AC. Also the apartment had only one acess card and for a family of 6 it became very tricky. Also I didnt notice while booking it was only cash, which resulted in additiona ATM withdrawal charges and forex markup. Also the security deposit cash was given back during check out, hence it was of not use for me, ideally they block in card in other cards and release it.

Greit nok det, men ikke hvis man skulle trenge litt hjelp f.eks... At sofa er så ihjælsitti at man får bjelkene som er langt nedi maddas den rett i ræva når man setter seg, at det er minimalt med kjøkken utstyr ved matlaging,at det lukter råte når man åpner døra, å må flytte kjøleskapet siden dørene går feil vei, Fin sted å bo hvis man bare er ute etter å ha kofferten et sted ,,

Много чего не работает, душ поломан в трех местах, душалет сломан, пластиковые стулья подчинены проволокой и клеем, стены грязные, могли бы и покрасить, шторы грязные, от подушки у меня на щеках появились прыщи, на изголовье кровати губная помада. Сдают нагловатые бангладешцы. 1000 долларов в неделю не стоит, отказались вернуть предоплату за последний день, на который мы не оставались. Адрес не тот, что был указан в бронировании

• Anna (9/5): Family stopover - This review is based on one apartment we stayed in on the 43rd floor. Location is superb, within walking distance to KLCC and the train. Restaurants close by. Comfy beds with multiple heating/cooling options. The door also made a beeping noise when it opened, which was a great extra security with two kids under 5! There is a pool and gym on level 6, which was great. When we were booking, we were under the impression that there was a concierge desk at the front, as we received a message "from the management of the complex". It turns out it is just an apartment complex, and everyone owns their own apartment. Security out front 24/7. On our paperwork, it said to call on arrival for the key, etc. Unfortunately, our phone did not work for wifi (it worked the next day). Luckily, our taxi driver lent us their phone while we waited outside the building for the owner and the key. We also didn't like paying cash in hand for the apartment and the deposit. Yes, we got our deposit back, but we felt uneasy with a "verbal contract". The place was lovely and clean. My only thought (it's not a negative, just feedback): the apartment we stayed in could have done with a pot or two and some basic cookware, such as a fish slice, as we could not cook anything there.

Maintenance, cleanliness and check in process can be improved so there - Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, nice location so easy to walk to most attractions in KLCC The taxi had a hard time finding the apartment. The check in process could be better… I was not informed by booking.com that they want cash payment and deposit upfront in local currency. There is also a stale smell in the apartment which the staff thought was coming from the corridor outside. Maintenance could be better. The washer had a small water leak and the TV was not working. After repeated reminders, they replaced it the next day

I was in town for two days and didn't buy a SIM card, so I was waiting outside the building and asking a random person to share wify. But the day before, I contacted to the host and asked how I could get the key, told him my arrival time, but didn't get a clear answer.

• Mathieu Brossard (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE! Filthy, moldy, roaches. - Pas grand chose de positif à dire de cet endroit si ce n'est que c'est assez bien situé et central dans KLCC. À notre arrivée, les hôtes nous ont montré un appartement insalubre, avec des murs couverts de taches de d'eau et une très forte odeur d'humidité et de moisissure. Nous avons refusé de prendre l'appartement et ils nous ont alors offert de prendre un autre appartement. C'était à peine mieux. L'appartement était sale, cheveux sur les draps, serviettes sales. Nous avons également trouvé plusieurs coquerelles pendant notre séjour... Comme c'était payé, sans option de remboursement, et qu'à la dernière minute, on ne pouvait pas trouver autre chose, on est resté... en passant le moins de temps possible dans l'appartement. Très mauvaise expérience. À ÉVITER!

• Thomas (5/5): Great location, but that's about it. - Great location, easy access to nearby places. Apartment is spacious. It was super dusty and don't stay if you have a dust allergy. ACs are not maintained at all, fans are also moldy, a nightmare for people with allergies. Condition of the apartment itself is also not that modern. Cracks in the walls, mold in the bathrooms, it requires some fixing. Host sent someone else, even asked for additional deposit, no receipt (only WA message), and we were only told on arrival that solely cash is accepted.

Удобное расположение, рядом много ресторанов разных кухонь мира. Станция метро находится в 600 метрах. До башен Петронас идти 5 минут. Прямо за углом остановка туристического автобуса для путешествия по городу.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The peaceful ambiance made it a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city. The location was also excellent, with easy access to KLCC and nearby attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur!

The host was friendly and accommodating, and the place looked exactly like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, likely due to a heavy perfume. Additionally, the lack of a window made the room feel a bit closed off. I also encountered a cockroach, which was concerning. Lastly, I was asked for a $50 deposit and felt rushed during check-out, despite having agreed on a 12:30 time.

They only accepted cash payment. Charged extra to use the pool and even to just sit on the deck.
