• Paulina (10/5): Nasze wakacje były niezapomniane - Przede wszystkim lokalizacja oraz przemiła pani która opiekowała się mieszkaniem - Nazli. Była bardzo pomocna w każdej kwestii! Super, że były dwie oddzielne sypialnie plus salon z kuchnią. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona

• Carla (6/5): Spazio interessante, con margine di miglioramento. - Posizione interessante, dotata di due grandi camere e zona cottura (non verificata). Dotazioni essenziali, un po’ discordanti dalla lunga lista fornita (ciabatte?, spugne cucina non nuove, un rotolo di carta igienica…). Molti sistemi per riscaldare le stanze, incerta la sicurezza (vedi dispositivo per riscaldare il bagno). Poche informazioni sul funzionamento dei dispositivi, telecomandi per la gestione delle pompe di calore scarichi.

• Mikelyn (10/5): Excellent convenient, charming stay - Our property caretaker was Layla! She was awesome and explained everything in detail. The property was clean and spacious and excellent decor! It was beyond centrally located, walking distance to the Vatican, delicious Italian cuisine and plenty of places to shop!!! Metro station was right outside our door! Very historic building with the cutest historic elevator! I plan on coming back next year with my family and we will definitely this apartment again!! Grazie! Grazie! Grazie! Everything was grea! No complaints
• Agnieszka Helena (10/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja. Na Watykan dociera się w kilka minut. Mieszkanie jest obok metra, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie Rzymu.

• Anna (8/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Obiekt bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, w miarę przestronny choć w pokoju dość mało miejsca na rozłożenie walizki. Łazienka mała ale funkcjonalna, aneks kuchenny wraz z salonem bardzo przestronny. Wyrzucić uschnięte kwiaty z kuchni i nieco dokładniej posprzątać.

• Katia (6/5): - L'emplacement à la sortie du métro, proche du Vatican. Plusieurs restaurants et boutiques également. L'appartement n'était pas au niveau des photos. Il avait été nettoyé, mais n'était pas propre. L'un des lits grinçait à chaque mouvement et a vraiment besoin d être changé.
• BRENDA (5/5): - Proximity to Vatican, within walking distance, staff friendly and flexible when had to adjust my arrival date and time, and made themselves available to hand over the keys and apartment tour Smell of sewage from shower, off putting, no curtains in one of the bedrooms, a bit cold at night, duvet in cupboard dusty, doorway spaces and elevator quite constricted had the other family members been present, one requiring wheelchair transfer. Bed mattresses too saggy. Unexpected city tax cost which was not notified prior to booking.
• Chris (10/5): Would recommend. - Location is wonderful! A few blocks from the Vatican and right next to the metro. Clean rooms. Air conditioning in all rooms. Not recommended if you plan your arrival beyond 10pm. There is noise from outside but that is easily resolved by closing the windows.😄
• Tamara (10/5): Неоднозначное впечатление - Удобное расположение. Прямо возле выхода метро( как минус- все время толпы шумных туристов).Хозяева на связи. Вайфай работал хорошо. Фен, утюг, туалетная бумага и мыло- шампунь есть. Унитаз чистый. Понравилось, что предусмотрены подставки для чемоданов в каждой комнате, это удобно. Удобнее был бы бесконтактный доступ. Двери открывались сложно, заедал ключ. Квартира «подуставшая» , такое впечатление, что уборка если и есть , то очень поверхностная. Разводы на мебели и зеркалах, пыль и грязь на полу, посуда в каком-то беспорядке, пользоваться ею было брезгливо. В одной из комнат постельное белье ( наволочки) в пятнах. В санузле вонь канализации и грибок в душе. Под окнами все время шумно, выходят на улицу . Перед выездом хозяин написал, что нам необходимо вынести мусор, иначе с нас снимут дополнительную оплату, что это якобы прописано правилами букинга. Хотя такого заявлено при бронировании не было,да и я впервые слышу, о таких требованиях при аренде жилья. Дочь вела длительную переписку по этому поводу.Неприятно…

• Tiziano (9/5): Culturale - L'Appartamento era vicino ai musei Vaticani, per spostarsi ho usato la metro sotto casa oltre alle fermate degli autobus. Nell'appartamento era disponibile un televisore per ogni stanza molto comodo per i figli liberi di vedere quello di loro gradimento.

• Jasmin (5/5): Für einen kurztrip in Ordnung. - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Einige Minuten zu Fuß zum Petersdom. Direkt vor der Tür die Metro. An der Straße kann man für 1€ die Stunde sein Auto abstellen( am Wochenende gratis und sonst von 8-20uhr). Es gab einen Fahrstuhl, Smart tvs und der host war erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Leider viele Haare. Klimaanlage verliert Wasser und die Waschmaschine war ausgelaufen(wieder repariert). Die Elektro hatte beim kochen die Sicherung rausgeschmissen.
• Mary (9/5): Rome retreat - This was very comfortable clean apartment in a great location near the vatican. Someone was there to greet us and also there to let us out. The bed was extremely comfortable and sheets were soft.we are very picky about sheets and they more than passed our test. Windows were nicely soundproof from much of the city noise. The shower was wonderful !Hot and good water pressure. Kitchen had a full size fridge and microwave,range top Well equipped. Lots of light through out so very pleasant. The keys were difficult for us but we were able to call the number provided for assistance and all messages to owners were answered promptly.

• Allen (10/5): Woundful staff - The owner met us at the front and was overall absolutely wonderful! The beds were very comfortable! The location was very loud. Sleeping past 7 was not possible!

• Ravdeep (5/5): Passable - Location was quite near the attractions in Vatican. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms The host changed our room at the last minute. The new room was not completely accessible by elevator, which was an issue since I was travelling with my parents.

• De (10/5): The perfect place for a perfect Rome experience - Luca's Vatican Hospitality was just absolutely fantastic. Lisa was on line by WA with me from the day before and answering all my questions. At last minute I needed to change my booking and she helped and saved my cost. She helped with getting around and getting to the airport. She arranged extra cleaning for us at no extra cost. On arrival met us at the door and had lots of extra food and biscuits for us to make use of enough for 2 days. Lovely coffee, sugar included. She came to make an extra bed as she saw we can use it since we were 4 people. The location is PERFECT and the aircon was so great during 35C days in Rome. Next to the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano Metro, that makes travelling around Rome soooooo easy. The fact that we had to leave!! A separate toilet could have been great BUT everything else was so good, and that will just be bad to say anything negative!!!

• Cameron (10/5): Perfecy spot to stay in Rome, right next to the subway and east walking distance to many thing! Comfortable and lovely a - Luca’s apartment is very lovely, in a perfect location literally across the street from the Ottaviano subway station, making it super easy to access on public transportation. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom worked great. There is an elevator to the unit. Luca and his staff were very helpful as well. I would absolutely stay here again! The front door lock is a little tricky but otherwise everything was great.

• Paulo (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great, the location fantastic, and the host exceptional. The host provided clear check in instructions, was extremely flexible to accommodate our travel schedule, and greeted us in the apartment when we arrived. Soon after she left we had a minor hick-up. We sent her a message. Not only did she respond immediately, she was back in the apartment in just a few minutes to make sure everything was OK. What a difference a host can make! The apartment and location already deserved a great score, but the friendly and helpful host was the "icing on the cake". Just a great experience all together. Thank you!!
