- Angie (9/5): Great location 👌 Great apartment - Excellent location and lovely quiet area. Ideal base for our visit to see our daughter. Apartment had everything we needed. Hosts very helpful when contacted about a couple of minor issues. Loved the Japanese toilet and the bathroom with drying facility! 7/11 and another small supermarket nearby. The mattress protectors were very noisy when you moved in bed. There was one too many beds in the top left bedroom, I kept banging my leg on the bed frames and ended up with a few bruises. These are minor niggles and I would 100% stay here again.

- YITIAN (10/5): - The customer service was very responsive and gave us plenty of helpful travel tips. There were even some outdoor items available in the cabinet on the first floor, though we didn’t have time to use them this trip. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the location is close to the station. I’d definitely stay here again with my family next time we visit. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The bathroom is on the first floor, along with a bedroom, so it's convenient for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs. The location is great—very easy to get to Ikebukuro for shopping and dining. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the staff were extremely friendly.
- Wei (7/5): Good - We had a great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, making it perfect for families. Appreciate the bedroom on the ground floor - great for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The host was also responsive throughout our stay. One downside was the late checkout policy. When we inquired, the host mentioned a fee of 10,000 yen per hour, which felt unreasonably high. Additionally, the property is in a residential neighborhood, about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest public transportation.
