Muy mejorable - Lo mejor, el soporte y ayuda de la persona que nos hice el Check In que estuvo antenta a lo que necdsitabamos, y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, pero el apartamento muy mejorable por el precio que se paga. Muy caro para lo que es el apartamento. Es muy sencillo, lo básico pero insito caro para lo que es el apartamento. Necesita mejor mantenimiento de la terraza, mobiliario muy justito y muy básico. Por ejemplo la TV es muy pequeña para lo grande del comedor o el sofá necesita una renovación. He estado en aparamentos con precios parecidos pero muchas más comodidades. Estaría bien un juego de almohadas duras y otras más blandas. Eran todas duras.

De woning is netjes en heeft potentie, maar we liepen tegen een aantal praktische ongemakken aan die ons verblijf minder comfortabel maakten dan gehoopt. De grootste uitdaging was het gebrek aan voldoende koeling. Er is slechts één airco aanwezig, in de woonkamer, en deze is vrij beperkt in kracht. Toen we 's nachts aankwamen, was het binnen snikheet. Het duurde zeker een uur voordat de woonkamer op temperatuur kwam, maar de slaapkamers bleven onaangenaam warm – slapen daar was eigenlijk niet te doen. We hebben uiteindelijk alle matrassen naar de woonkamer verplaatst om daar te kunnen overnachten. Zelfs mijn vrouw, die normaal goed tegen warmte kan, vond het in de slaapkamers te heet. Daarnaast zijn de bedden niet erg comfortabel. De matrassen zijn aan de harde kant en de gebruikte IKEA-bedden voelen wat instabiel aan. Dit is iets wat relatief eenvoudig te verbeteren is en echt bijdraagt aan een betere nachtrust. Een tip voor de host: overweeg om een extra airco te plaatsen in de master bedroom of op de slaapverdieping. Dat zou niet alleen het comfort aanzienlijk verbeteren, maar waarschijnlijk ook het energieverbruik verlagen. Gasten zullen dan minder geneigd zijn om de enige airco de hele dag te laten draaien om het huis enigszins koel te houden. Zo’n investering betaalt zichzelf op termijn terug in tevreden gasten en lagere energiekosten. Tot slot misten we een waterkoker – vooral als theedrinker merk je dat snel. Een kleine toevoeging, maar zeker een waardevolle. Al met al een mooie plek met potentie, maar met een paar gerichte verbeteringen kan het verblijf echt veel aangenamer worden.

• Carole (9/5): Good value for money - Our stay was really short (one night) but very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean and very quiet. It is well located next to the main street with shops and restaurants. The auto-checking is very convenient and Ramón very attentive and responsive to any questions. We very much appreciated the fact that the automated checking to the apartment was possible as from 11am so we could leave our bags and freshen-up before starting to explore the area. Maybe adding a hand towel and a rubbish bin in the bathroom would be a plus.
