• Emily (10/5): Stunning location, all the amenities you need, quiet and comfortable. - Perfectly located with short drives to all that you would want to see and do on the island. Stunning views from the bedroom and porch. Very quiet and relaxing watching the wildlife grazing on the lawn.

One adult stayed in the back bedroom near the toilet and she said the bed was comfortable There was a small table on the balcony but no chairs to sit on 🙁 I slept on the bed in what I would call the front bedroom, and noticed at the head end of the bed it went down at an angle which was a little uncomfortable for my neck.

• Stephen (6/5): - The house was well equipped and had everything our group needed. The heating worked well. The view over the water was nice. What let this property down was the single toilet especially with 4 people travelling. On top of that was the lack of an exhaust fan in the toilet. This made our one night stay uncomfortable and really glad we only stayed one night.

• Sarah (10/5): - Nice and close to Hotel Bruny which was excellent for dinner. We took the hosts good advice and booked ahead. Lots of wildlife can be seen nearby the accommodation. Quiet location.
• Rafael (8/5): Great place to stay at Bruny Island - Great place to rest and enjoy a peaceful evening at Bruny Island. It was awesome having wallabies approach the property. There was WiFi at the place; but the Internet was not working.

• Juan (9/5): Very sweet home to stay overnight. - Location is easy to reach and host is friendly. The toilet paper rolls were delivered by host after arrived as the surprise. everything is good with perfect seaview from the window and the bed is comfort. At night, easy to see the wallabies surrounding the house. Only hairdryer was out of order. Host notified and will replace one. Except that, all good.

• Sharon (9/5): Comfortable, cosy and clean home! - Fran's place was so clean, it was extremely strategic (very close to the Neck Lookout and Bruny Hotel), they were very responsive to whatever we needed. They provided AC in the living room, mugs, etc - truly perfecf for a couple nights stay for anyone travelling to Bruny Island! The stove was a bit dirty and the light in one of the bedroom wasn't working - but it was not an issue at all! We loved the place just fine!
• Lei (8/5): Very good - We encountered some Wi-Fi issue. The owner replied and help us to solve the problem promptly. Very near to sunset bay.
