• Charles (10/5): Lovely property in La Fortuna - This home was exactly what we needed, close to downtown La Fortuna yet away from the noise. The house has 2 bedrooms with doble beds and TV’s and one loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom has hot/cold water and the host provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a cooktop as well as the basics you need to make meals if you choose to cook. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Towels and bed linens are nice, beds comfortable, cozy living area with TV and lovely patio with greenery all around where you get to see wildlife as well. It felt very private yet very close to everything, about 5 minute drive to restaurants and stores. The host was very responsive and self check in a breeze. Internet worked great. We highly recommend Villa Escondida.

• Nilvia (10/5): - This was the perfect, serene getaway and driving distance to the excursions we did while staying in La Fortuna. Our host communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. Red Frog Cafe was our favorite for coffee everyday.

• Jacob A (8/5): - Property is in a great location. Very clean. Only two complaints we had were the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on in other rooms, and the beds are extremely, extremely firm. Uncomfortably firm most times. Other than that the property is great.
