Restaurant et bar/snack bien pratique, plats de qualité Chambre agréable spacieuse pour Londres, joliment décorée et fonctionnelle, très propre, bonne literie. Bon emplacement, le métro et les lignes de bus sont à 5 minutes à pied. Je recommande, nous reviendrons. L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre de Londres mais les transports sont à proximité.

• Klaudia (10/5): Excellent hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast - The hotel is easily accessible by Underground, the West Brompton station is a close walk away, the bus stops in front of the hotel. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, our room was big enough for the two of us, it had blackout curtains, the most comfortable bed and a big TV. There’s even an iron and an ironing board in the closet. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, everything we tried was delicious. We had lunch here once, although there was not a big list of items on the menu, we liked what we chose. The staff is super friendly and nice, especially Anna! Overall very good experience, I would 100% come back here.

• Connor (5/5): Good looking hotel but had a couple issues - Hotel was clean and well looked after. The location was decent with easy access to a tube stations and plenty of buses. The breakfast in the morning was very good with plenty of selection and well stocked right up until the end of breakfast service. Has several issues trying to check in at the hotel. Had accidentally booked a deluxe twin room instead of the deluxe king room for our stay, which was completely my fault. I noticed this issue and contacted the hotel over a week before our stay to see if it could be changed, I was told that it wasn't a problem and that the change had been made. When we got to the hotel we checked in and went up to the 12th floor to our room which was still a twin room even though I was told it was changed. Apart from the twin beds it was a very nice room, it had large windows with a great view and even had a bottle of red wine on the desk. But as it was our 10th anniversary we didn't want to stay in twin beds, so we went down to the desk to see what happened. At the desk we were told that they had no record of the request for the room change so I brought up the conversation to show them. One of the people at the desk told me I should have contacted them to make the change after I had already shown them the proof of conversation with the property. After all this we agreed to come back later when a king room would be available, I asked to make sure that it was going to be the same quality of room that we saw when going to the twin room. After coming back we were given our new key to the room which was now 4 floors lower, the room itself was much the same but the view wasn't nearly as good as it was lower and facing a different direction and there was no complimentary red wine in this room. There were other complementary drinks in the room which were appreciated though.

• Sahar (9/5): Overall gas a great stay at Mercury. - The location was great, close to public transport, some really nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well (the coffee at Hoarder is excellent). Good value for money. Staff and housekeeping were lovely. The room was small and I had a large suitcase, but that is to be expected in London.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Great Value Stay in London - We stayed at the Mercure Hotel in London this weekend and had a really great experience overall. The room was spacious by London standards, which made the stay especially comfortable. Everything in the room was clean, nicely designed, and fully functional. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast was another highlight. Even though this is a 4-star hotel on the more budget-friendly side, the breakfast felt good quality and reasonably priced, unlike some hotels that heavily overcharge for it. Overall, it offered excellent value for London: clean, modern, comfortable, and well run. We would happily stay again.

We made use of the free luggage store too. Close to the tube, especially for museums and Royal Albert Hall. Half board for the price we paid was excellent so we will stay again. The street that the hotel located is more of a back street in comparison with neighbouring streets but it is safe. The room has everything you need and recently renovated. • Pamela (8/5): Great in spite of the issues - Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was great with a station just a short walk away. On the first morning we were informed that our booking did not include breakfast which we knew it did as we were half board. We were told to go ahead but had to go to reception after with a print out of our booking confirmation to sort it out. We didn't dine in the hotel the first night but when we did on the second we mentioned that we were half board and were made to feel like second class citizens when we were brought the cheaper bar menu. Then upon leaving the dining room we spoke to the server to confirm the dinks would be charged to our room. She said this was not the case and we were sent back to reception to ask them to open our credit in spite of the fact we had been asked for a credit/debit card on checking in. We then had to go back to the dining room to confirm we had done this rather like naughty schoolchildren. This mix up over our booking and subsequent treatment rather spoiled our otherwise lovely stay which was to watch our daughter take part in the marathon and was a very special occasion for our family.
