Benjamin (9/5): Cute bed and breakfast in a wonderful city - Really cute room with a wonderful host. We ended up booking both rooms, which had the added benefit of being fully connected. Each room was a bit different. The first had a nice kitchen with a bunch of useful small appliances and dishes, a full sized bathroom and a moderately sized bedroom. The second had a very large bedroom and a small bathroom. Both worked well and together they made for a really nice place to stay for 4 people. It had all the amenities you might want and had some added features like a few snacks, freshly ground coffee etc. The only oddity is that the smaller of the two bathrooms (the room without a kitchen) has a very small shower. If you are a larger person you may struggle to use it. Even as a fairly slim person it took a little adjusting to get my arms above my head in the tight space. So if you are on the larger size, you should opt for the room with the full sized tub/shower. In either case though this was a cute bed and breakfast with a wonderful host.

Cory (10/5): Comfortable, quiet room. The host is incredibly and friendly and was available to answer any questions. If you send a me - A very quiet neighbourhood. The location is beautiful, with the ocean near by and surrounded by mountains. There isn't anything to dislike.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was small but had just what i needed - coffee and snacks!! The owners went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I would love to have had a list of local restaurants, but other than that it was the perfect landing place for a quick trip.

The room was very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. There is some minor noise transference from the adjacent rooms but I found that running the fan for some white noise helped a lot.
Viktor (9/5): Wonderful location with wonderful hosts - Really lovely hosts that own the place. It's a private room with a separate entrance and parking. Close to Comox downtown (easily walkable). Close to the airport but not close enough to be bothered by noise. The room had a microwave, fridge and lots of silverware and dishes. Extra blankets and pillows were available and the owners checked in multiple times to make sure we had what we needed.

Christina (10/5): Quiet, Safe, and Clean - This is the second time I've stayed at this property and was happy to find the same level of care and cleanliness in the room. The hosts are lovely people and this time I got to meet the cat ;) It's a great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood yet easily accessible to the main roads. Nothing at all. Though next time I'll have to visit in winter so I can try the fireplace!

Scott (8/5): Very comfortable bedroom and bath in a town neighborhood. - Mykola, the host and his wife, Natalia the hostess were friendly, accommodating people. Mykola lent me his bicycle (which could use a bit of a tune up) but it got me around town and out to the beach on the spit. I’m already reserved to stay there again this coming week. Bike could use a tune up. It was a little hard to adjust the gears and the brakes seemed a little tight and worn. Other than that everything was perfect.

Mezzoola (10/5): Lovely, economical place to stay to explore the Comox Valley!! - This is a lovely bed and breakfast in a suburban neighborhood. I'm very sad we weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast!...we had to catch the 6am ferry ugh. The directions and communication were fab and the room is 5 stars for its category.....I'm sad we were not able to meet our hosts due to our schedule. There is much attention to detail including a lovely welcome binder with all the info, a microwave, chocolates, coffee etc. a little fridge, walk-in closet and even foam ear plugs! We don't use ear plugs but it was a very thoughtful addition! There is one bathroom so they provided a dish scrubby in the bathroom. We turned the TV on but then fell asleep LOL. I really liked the headboard.....easy to put your glasses, phone, earbuds etc......electrical outlets were within close proximity to each side of the bed, ya! We arrived when it was almost dark and we did not have any issue accessing the room; directions and lighting were clear. It would have been lovely to take advantage of the deck in the daytime. We had a very comfortable sleep and we just wish we hadn't had to get up at 4:30am! Please sign the guest book...my husband signed it, but I'm not sure what he said haha....not as detailed as I would have LOL....thank you for a great stay!!! The wi-fi was a little sketchy at first, but it did end up working ok. I almost messaged about the wi-fi but then it started working. Slow speed but ok for reading news, doing email, low-bandwidth video etc.

The owner is lovely and makes you feel very welcome. We really liked it and would stay again. We were a last minute booking after missing the ferry and very grateful to the owner calmly meeting our needs. It was all good.

Kim (7/5): Comfortable quiet and relaxing garden room - The room was comfortable and quiet, and they had some nice extra touches like coffee tea snacks and a microwave. The location in relation to the airport can't be beat. I had a 530 am flight and it was a very good spot to be. I felt there was no where to put my bags. The shower is a little challenging. If you're the kind of person who doesn't wash their hair with every shower, bring a shower cap. Also a very very tight fit and I'm not very large. Great room, anxiety causing shower experience. I'd still go back but maybe I'd shower before I got there.

D (9/5): Superb - The bistro set on the deck sits in a nicely grassed backyard. Flowers and trees provide a nice backdrop, very tranquil space with many birds singing. Location is very quiet. Easy walking distance to downtown, Filberg Park, marina, and thru the Brooklyn Creek restoration trails down to the shoreline. No comfortable chair to rest in. I would highly recommend a deep seated (to accommodate tall guests) upholstered chair to relax in after a long day of walking or hiking. Or for reading a book in, watching TV, having a cup of tea or coffee. Sitting on the bed doesn't support the back, and it is hard on seniors hips. The wooden chairs with cushions are good for sitting on at the table to have a meal.
Lucia (8/5): The hosts were lovely and accommodating. - The property was in a quiet residential area about 5 minute's drive from "downtown" Comox (convenient). Before my arrival, the host made sure I had proper check-in instructions including how to get into the room and where to park (very helpful). Throughout my stay, the host made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything (in additional to the already well-furnished room). The TV had local channels and Netflix. The bathroom did not have a fan, and only had a very narrow (small) shower. It did not have a tub or an angled/hand-held shower head.

Maureen (9/5): Only a 5 minute to the Comox airport, so I would definitely stay again. - The gas fireplace was on when I arrived and the ceiling fan too. I had to leave the room by 4 a.m. for an early flight, so I did request a breakfast. However, I was happy to have coffee available; both a carafe and a small bodum were provided and a small fridge too. They owners had left a granola bar and a couple of wee quality chocolates, which I took with me.Thank you! There were also some dishes and microwave. Nothing really.

We hoped it would be better than a motel but it was not. - I liked the easy access and sliding glass door private entrance although there was no protection from the rain while trying to open the door and deal with baggage. The bed was stuck in a corner so no access for the inside person, constantly climbing over. There was no top sheet for the bed only a synthetic comforter that had seen better days. The room has no sound barriers! The owners were so noisy it sounded like they were right above our heads and it’s a rancher. When they weren’t crashing around they were yelling at each other till after 11pm. It did not smell good in the room and it was not well ventilated. The windows were constantly dripping wet.

April (8/5): Very good - Really lovely accommodation. Very clean and exactly as pictured. There is no lock for when you leave the space so you are leaving your things in the room without being locked. Whilst the neighbourhood was lovely (we walked around) it would be still be nice for a lock on the door that is accessible from outside so you could feel like your luggage was safe whilst walking about.
