• Lalić (9/5): Excellent price-quality ratio - It is close to all important buildings, excellent connection with the metro and transport, a practical and decent apartment for the prices in Vienna, best price-quality ratio! The apartment needs a little refreshment, as well as a little better condition of the bathroom, especially the ventilation

• Thomas (9/5): Great location, small and cozy. Everything worked well and it was what we expected. - The property was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and everything worked fine. Location is very good, right next to an underground station. There wasn’t really anything bad about the property.
• Anna (2/5): Unpleasant - Probably the location only Where do I start, the photos are deceiving. The bathroom is atrocious! There was no proper shower head, it was literally falling apart, the bath was DISGUSTING. The tiles were so filthy, no shower head to put it up to, safety wise it was so bad. No rails or whatsoever, such a bad risk It was honestly so gross. The floors were not swept or mopped before hand, the bed was so uncomfortable, there were no extra blankets, we had a SINGLE doona for a double bed. What is up with that? We didn’t even have extra towels or toilet paper, this is embarrassing and ridiculous. For the kitchenette, no instant coffee even. The address they originally provided was wrong, we were lost for ages. The check in at 4 is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. Do not be deceived by the photos, this is honestly the WORST stay ever.
• Nicole (6/5): Great location but less than great upkeep - The studio is alright on the surface. But, it's missing functional necessities and wasn't clean deeper than a quick wipe down. The art on the walls appears to be falling off their hooks. There were ants in the sink when I arrived, which was addressed by leaving bug spray for me, the handle of the bathroom door is strangely grungey and has old toothpaste on it. There are cobwebs in many spots. The furniture is nice and modern but very low quality and therefore not sturdy to sit on. The blinds in the kitchen are broken and tangled. The wine cork still has a cork on it from a previous user. The kitchen has mold discolorations above the sink and on the wall next to the sink. The trash can is half attached to the inside door of the kitchen sink cabinet. But, it's broken off. No paper towels or napkins at all. Just one dish rag. Check in was a bit of a mess. The host didn't know how many keys I should have from the lockbox or which doors they opened. It's about a 6 floor building and the floor number wasn't provided. So, I just went floor to floor looking for the unit. The bathroom and sink were clean, but there was a bug in the sink when I arrived. The internet is a very poor connection. Didn't watch one video without the service timing out. Hard to even open some websites that are low bandwidth. The main door leading to the building was sometimes locked, sometimes not. The lights are times in the hallway and will very quickly leave you in complete darkness while you're going down the stairs until you can feel your way to find the button on the wall on the next floor. Location was great. I messaged the host about some of these issues when I first arrived and they did bring the ant spray when I was away from the unit. But, no solutions offered for the other issues.

• Yara (4/5): Very uncommon to check in at 4pm almost half day is gone & checkout at 10 not leaving a space to rest, no daily clea - The location It wasn’t very clean, bed sheets were horrible & uncomfortable. There is no microwave, very low heating, the mini fridge doesn’t cool up things & make horrible noise at night.

• Ilze (4/5): Disappointing - Location Wrong address (house nr 04, but is 15), and we searched for the address for several hours. The bathroom could use some repair, the toilet seat was broken. There was a repair in the apartment next door, because of wich we were forced to be in a lot of noise. We asked the hosts to allow a late chek-out (2-3 hrs), wich was refused. In other accommodations in Vienna, arrival is from 3pm (here from 4pm) and chek-out is at 11am (here until 10am). Unfortunately, we only saw these rules when we had made the reservation.

• Ance (7/5): Pictures are deceiving. But in the end, it was ok. - Really close to the old town. Between old town and railway station. Walkable distance everywhere. Comfy bed. Clean sheets. Felt like apartment windows are facing inside yard, probably bit quieter than other way around. We turned up the radiator, because it was a bit cold when we arrived. Pictures of the apartment are way too good. They don't describe the actual apartment. It felt like a 90s in eastern european countries. Definitely need a big renovation. Bedside lamp didn't work, we couldn't get to the balcony, everything was way too worn out. Wallpapers, door corners, furniture, bathroom, refrigerator etc.

Start using Booking and never - The only good thing about this property was the location Let’s see…. The bathroom was ok but stinks all the time! Stains on the walls and the kitchen,broken furniture and the doors looked so aged! The pillows probably haven’t been washed for years (disgusting ) and the curtains! Broken window and blinds! And the most important thing of all (luckily we were 2 adults) there were open live electricity sockets which in my book is a live hazard! Imagine if you have a small child going around with the small fingers touching everything this could lead to something very ugly very quickly! This should be shut down until is fixed!
