• Azela (5/5): - Clean and bathroom is updated It took us two hours to get to our room because of the door lock was not working. We were talking to Marika on the camera and she was not giving the right instructions. We have to ask the doorman but even him couldn't do it. Marika would have come to the location asap to help out. But instead, we waited for another staff, Jasmine, to do it. We traveled across Atlantic Ocean and we were so exhausted. It was a dragging, disappointing, and frustrating experienced by talking to a wrong staff. Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences we ever had while travelling.

Немножко было шумно утром и вечером, когда все постояльцы приходили/уходили, из-за того, что двери тонкие. И не самый удобный замок на входе, если у вас разряжен телефон - вы просто не попадете в отель.

Поруч багато свіжої піци, смачного морозива та Аперолю. Номер світлий та стильний, вид у італійський дворик зі співом пташок просто зачаровував 😍 Якісний та потужний фен, багато вішалок, а також праска та міні-холодильник прямо в номері) Постільна білизна та рушники білосніжні, за запитом рушники змінювали. На спільній кухні смачна кава, а також кухонний гарнітур, де при бажанні можна приготувати собі повноцінну страву. Практично не працював Wi-Fi в номері та досить низька шумоізоляція, але це не сильно заважало.

• Sergeeva (10/5): Было превосходно. Когда приедем в Рим снова, остановимся здесь же - Очень классная локация. До всего можно дойти пешком, но также менее чем в 10 минутах станция метро. Можно добраться по прямой до вокзала Тремини. Также недалеко есть автобусная остановка с шатлами до аэропорта за 6 евро. Сами апартаменты очень новые, эстетичные. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Есть общая зона с кухней. Там можно готовить, заваривать себе кофе в капсулах и брать воду из общего холодильника (но в номере тоже есть свой холодильник). Менеджеры оперативно решали все вопросы. Иногда были проблемы с вай-фаем и один раз у нас заклинило сейф, потому что в нем сели батарейки. Но спустя 1-1,5 часа приехал человек и все исправил.

The accommodation was clean, modern, and in a beautiful building where we enjoyed hearing birds singing in the morning. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city centre. Maria, the admin, was helpful and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality in Rome🇮🇹❤️

• Basel (9/5): Good location, very friendly and cooperative staff that remain in contact with you throughout your stay, especially Yasm - Clean rooms and nice common area with coffee machine and some kitchen appliances. The balcony is also a plus Shower was very small.

There are other units that share the kitchen facilities, though there is a mini fridge in the rooms. Self check-in with good instructions, using your phone. Kitchenatt refrigerator was too cold, froze some things.

The building itself is recently renovated and feels fresh, stylish, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. We loved being able to walk hand in hand through the city without ever needing a taxi – the Vatican, Trastevere, and the Pantheon were all within walking distance. • Polák (8/5): With functional windows it would be a perfect stay. - The room was on the smaller scale, but perfectly sufficient, location was also ideal with accessible public transport. Daily cleaning was also appreciated. Very noisy because you cannot fully close the window so you hear all the noise from outside and really loud birds from early morning. Recommend to bring some earplugs. Also the room is a part of a 4 room apartment with a shared kitchen, which can also be quite noisy.

• Kamil (7/5): Clean, but has its issues with shared kitchen and locks. - Nice and clean. Shared kitchen, we had apartment with door straight to the kitchen and it was very noisy when someone was using it. Waking up by other guests guaranteed. Doors are open via internet and it used to have problems with connection, so we have spent like 10 minutes trying to open the doors (3 of them).

• Julia (8/5): Loved our stay! - Wonderful rooms, beatifully done! Bed was comfortable, everything was available. The kitched was fully equiped and you could take coffee or tea with you. The host was very acommodating and we could leave our luggage on the last day as well. Location is great, everything is at walking distance with lots of food and drink options nearby. Bed was on the smaller side and the bathroom, especially the shower was really small. It is an old building, so keep in mind that it is a bit noisy from the street and the other rooms.

• Anzhela (6/5): If you lucky it may be pleasant. Won't recommend to stay here - This neighbourhood is amazing! No tourist traps, but many restaurants with delicious food. Fridge in a room. Support from their site, we changed the room to another one after 2 days of nightmare. First two nights we had a problems with the suit. There was an awful and strong smell from ventilation. We tried to get rid of it keeping ventilation on, but it was so loud, and you can't keep it on without the light. Also one of the neighbours smoke in the bathroom, so it get to our bathroom and suit over ventilation. Even smock detector detected it with a closed door to bathroom. Bathroom in our first suit was so small, I think I never had it this way in my entire life. Shower ~80cm or less, so it can be uncomfortable for a growned up man or woman, especially when you washing your hair. No soundproofing in general, you'll hear your neighbours, sounds from the street even with windows properly closed. Misleading info: you'll have a shared kitchen, but no kettle or coffeemaker in a suit. There's no safe place to store your laggard after 10am (check out time). Cleaning 6 out of 10, there's a lot of stuff under the bed and as you can see on picture pillows on the bed had something on it, I took a photo during check-in. Mattresses and pillows are not really comfortable.

I already missed that apartment… I liked that you feel like local, living in normal building and can feel the real atmosphere of Rome. Staff was helpful, careful and always in contact. • Anja (9/5): Superb - The room was clean, neat, and cute. Everything was clean, and the cleaning lady comes every day. The check in system is simple and the location is perfect, you can get to any important place by foot and the neighborhood is nice as well. There are cute restaurants around. The bed and pillows were also very comfy, the only minus is the old window and because of it the sound isolation is not good, you can really hear everything going on outside. This room is part of the flat where there are 2 other rooms and a common kitchen with all the necessities, and a small dining area. So, if you want to prepare something in the morning or just a fast coffee, there is everything needed. So, all in all, everything was good, would recommend and come back again. Difficulty to discuss anything with the cleaning staff. Taking a shower had intermittent hot and cold water, throughout the day and across days. Found a sock and a bottle of water from the previous people staying. Toilet seat was half broken (even though they offered to fix it asap).
• Evgenia (7/5): It was ok - First of all communication with the host was great : the responding was always quick and professional. Then I must say that location is perfect and it’s close to all main sights. Also I want to mention that accommodation was clean and spotless, and the housekeeper was there every day . And self checking process is so easy and efficient. 1. Kitchen was shared and I had no idea ( please highlight this info at the website). 2. The lift is old,tiny and you have to climb stairs with your luggage to reach it. On the first day it didn’t work so I had to carry my 23kg suitcase on the 3rd floor. On my last day the lift stopped on the 2nd floor and wouldn’t go lower so I had to carry suitcase again . That was disastrous. 3. The shower is tiny and it was not comfortable for me and I’m medium size. So for the bigger or taller person it will be even more uncomfortable. If I knew all that I would rather stay at another place for the same money. But again I’m used to comfort so maybe for other people it’s not that crucial ( I checked reviews and didn’t see anyone complaining)).

• Florentina (9/5): Superb - The area is very near historical Rome. Walking is enough to reach most places. Many good restaurants nearby. It totally lack a person there, for us was fine. The place was very clean, for sure recently renovated. It is actually a big apartment divided into several rooms (4 I think). Two are facing the main street and at least one have a balcony. We had one the first night and it was noisy for me - but I am rather sensitive to noise. Two other rooms are facing the back and we were moved to one and we enjoyed the stay there very much. Also the shower in the first room was very very small.

A little bit far from the metro, which makes a little bit difficult to go from the train station or the airport by public transport.

As for location, although not in the centro storico, we could easily walk there or get buses which are very frequent. I recommend this place 100%. Our room happened to be next to a step and although there was a sensor light on it, it still happened to be dangerous.

• Sandie (7/5): Good - Cleanliness, location were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. It is modern. The size of the shower was extremely small and not suitable for even a relatively average person. I am of small stature and weight, so it could accommodate me. It occurred to us that should there have been an emergency, a traveler, would not know how to access emergency medical services. If anyone has any kind of mobility issue, it would be challenging. There’s a small elevator that stops above or below floors so you still have to navigate floors with luggage, etc..

Security was good and the external door was monitored daily by a caretaker. Kitchen was small, when in use by another group, we were unable to prepare our own breakfast, which was most days. Lost hot water one day, though was restored by cleaner making a quick call to the admin staff. Other than this, no issues.

The guest house was super cute and it felt lux with the design detail. Loved the motion detector lighting on the steps and the light up mirror in the bathroom! The balcony was fun to have to watch the city wake up and go to sleep. We didn’t want to leave!! We loved everything!

• Rose (6/5): i would not stay here again - location was good , rooms where modern and updated and clean . room was too small, only iron plug was in the bathroom so you had to put iron board on toilet to iron. Very aggravating in a very small bathroom that had no counter space. no room to put your luggage in the room. building smells and very dark in the hallways going up to the unit. the shower kept making noise throughout the night and on our last day my husband was not able to shower because the shower base was plugged and full of water.

It also had a shared kitchen with varied cookware outside the room — I didn’t use it, but some guests may find that very valuable. The bed was very comfortable too.
