• zanziluel (1/5): Boendet bokade av ankomst och slutade svara - Bra kommunikation med våra frågor om beachhandduk ingick, om det fanns salt och peppar, ankomstinstruktioner (som de meddelade skulle skickas till oss dagen innan ankomst) etc. fram till ankomstdagen. Jag skulle önska att jag hade kunnat berätta massa bra saker men då boendet ville att vi själva skulle avboka samma dag som vi skulle ankomma kan jag inte berätta mer. Att man skriver att vi ska få ankomstinstruktioner dagen innan ankomst. När jag ankomstdagen frågar efter dem skickar de att de vill att vi ska avboka på grund av systemfel!!!!! Sen dog kommunikationen från dem! Booking.com bekräftade avbokningen efter samtal med dem och vi fick boka nytt boende 45 minuter innan vårt plan lyfte. Vårt besök i Carvajal blev i Fuengirola i stället och jag kan inte rekommendera någon att boka detta boende. Efter hemkomst kompenserade booking.com oss. Vi fick ligga ute med pengar för båda boendena innan avbokningens pengar kom tillbaka på vårt konto.

• Anthony (8/5): - Location was really good as near as you could be to the beach. Apartment has 2 bathrooms and is near to the ground floor. Complex is nice and quiet and easy to access.

• Anette (1/5): Kan absolut ikke anbefales - Beliggenheden Dårlig kommunikation - fik ikke altid svar på vores spørgsmål/ klager. Køleskabet totalt iset til - så ud til det har stået længe uden at være blevet afrimet. Løs stikkontakt og det værste : en aften vi kom hjem var der fyldt med utøj i sengen. Der blev bare sagt det var normalt når man boede “på stranden” 😠 har video. Vi har bekræftelse på vi skulle på på 1st floor, men fik lejligheden på Ground floor uden altan/balkon. Klagede flere gange men fik aldrig svar. Så vi rejste derfra 2 dage før tid. Havde booket 4 nætter men var der kun 2. Har spurgt indtil en form for kompensation- men det fik vi aldrig. Virkelig dårligt. Kan absolut ikke anbefales.
• Marcio (1/5): Bad - The location is decent — beachfront with a nice view, and the flat is okay for the price. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily long and complicated, with endless paperwork, photos, deposits, and signatures. It was confusing to figure out exactly where the flat was. The worst part happened on our very first day: while we were at the beach (after all the supposed security checks), someone broke into the flat and stole some belongings, including perfume and a watch — even though we left more expensive devices behind. Feeling extremely unsafe, we ended up blocking the door with a mop just to have some peace of mind. When we informed the host, she suggested it might have been a previous renter and said it like it was something normal, which was shocking. Although the host changed the lock the next day, she showed very little concern and told us to handle the police ourselves. Overall, I can’t recommend this place if you care about your safety or expect responsible hosting.

• Junchun (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect. The online check-in process is very unclear, there is no instructions on what to be filled, and how.. There are 4 lock box on the wall, have to try one-by-one to get the keys
• Mehryar (9/5): Amazing experience, great value. - The location was amazing the stove needs repairing, which will be fixed shortly.
