• douglas (9/5): Nice Rental in Good location - Great location and quiet Apartment. Spacious living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Well equipped near an active part of Granada. Host is responsive. Parking is not close and there was a strong odor at times coming from both bathroom shower drains.

• Silvia (8/5): Great location! - Spacious and clean apartment, big rooms, quiet during the night. Friendly owner, who allowed us to check in earlier with prior arrangement so we could leave our luggage and enjoy the day 🙂 The smell coming from the pipes of the bathrooms, although it seems a common problem in Granada
• Michaela (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral und die Schlafräume sind trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir waren zur Semana Santa da und hatten einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Prozessionen - und konnten trotzdem ruhig schlafen.

• Angela (8/5): Overall it was a lovely stay. - Great location. Comfortable Heating system was weird. Hot water took time to get and got warm then cold then warm then cold and finally hot when taking a shower No kitchen towels of paper towels for use.

We requested an early check-in to drop off our luggage due to train arrival in the morning and was accommodated without any problem. Centrally located, it was very easy to get around, especially with all the restaurant and shopping options nearby. Our experience was very positive. Nothing negative.

• Ralu Matei (10/5): Cosy, beautiful apartment in the middle of everything - The location of this place is unbelievable, I would recommend it to anybody who wants to see every landmark on foot. A really central but still quiet place, in the middle of everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, we found everything we needed in there and the host is absolutely amazing and understanding despite a little incident that occurred when we left which was our fault, or at least it was the fate :). They managed to sort things out and reassured us that everything was ok. We will definitely go back. I cannot recommend this place enough. We spent there 2 nights, beginning of September. Nothing, everything was perfect!!!

• Anitha (5/5): Good location. Ok for a short stay. Be ready to deal with a few quirks - Great location, clean rooms. Staff was very responsive and warm. No basics in the kitchen. No Salt, pepper, sugar, oil or scissors. There was water in the washing machine drum from a prior load. Washing machine was finicky and wouldn’t detect the door closed consistently. The coffee machine had pods from prior use left in it. Cutlery and utensils had not been cleaned properly and had food remnants from previous use. The master shower flooded the bathroom because the floor is on the same level as the rest of the room including toilet.

No box springs on the beds made them a little uncomfortable, no dryer takes a lot longer to get clothes dry. However none of these would cause us not to stay here again. We’re just accustomed to so many comforts in the USA.

The path to the Alhambra Citadel is right around the corner, great restaurants, w.coffeeshops and everything you might need beeing within walking distance. Once again, many thanks to lovely Silvia and her industrious husband for fixing/setting the heating facilities for us🤗. Much appreciated indeed!
• Caron (10/5): Lovely comfortable apartment in perfect location for exploring Granada - Unbeatable location, right on Plaza Nueva but very quiet once inside. Beautiful old building, and modernised apartment. Silvia was very communicative and helpful, and made the check in process easy. Had everything elwe needed for a short stay Nothing, all was great!
• Bose (10/5): The property is in the heart of town and across the street from a very cheerful square. - Silvia, the owner made sure we were able to enter easily. The Uber driver dropped us off at a wrong address but Silvia called me and made sure we found the correct home.
• Marek (7/5): Spacious appartment in great location which needs more care - Nice spacious appartment with fantastic central location. The host (Silvia) was very helpful, sending all important information, organizing permit to arrive by car to place and reacting immediately. Appartment has potencial to be rated close to 10, but…. It should not happen that quest is the one who discovers four major defects just after arrival (toilet, wi-fi, dish washer, door lock). Eventhough host organizerd repair by return, it was disappointing start of our stay. Also other minor details should be considered for improvement: - Coffee machine but no cups - Wine bottle opener but no wine glasses - no bowls, just plates - no hooks nor shelves in bathroom/shower - not comfortable beds - capacity for 6 persons but only 2 chairs It is a pity, if the owner cared more about equipment and proper check, could easily get highest ranking.
• Clay (8/5): If we started our trip in Granada would not have stayed here! - It is an excellent location to visit the Alhambra! Walk around the corner from this apartment & start you walk/ climb up the hill ! The wash machine is very small but served the purpose over our 3 night stay ! It has an elevator which really helped reach our 3 rd floor room ! It had 2 bedrooms w/ 2 full baths , excellent showers ! Wi-fi not the best ! Since there is no one present when trying to gain access to the apt. , the owner will open the door to enter the apartment complex. Then , she will provide a code via e-mail to plug in to a key box on the wall by the door to the apt. & to give you access to open the door. An extra key is available on a coat hook when you enter ! It has a large refrigerator & a cooking stove top. There were no english channels on the TV ! Overall, it is a very convenient location with a taxi stand across the street from the apartment entrance ! Beds not comfortable ! 1 bedroom w/ twin beds is very small ! No english channels on tv.

• Prather (10/5): A lovely stay, would stay again! - The location was great! The host met us at the train station to bring us the key to the apartment. The space worked well for our family of 6. The washer and drying rack were very useful. We had a bit of confusion with getting the heat on, but the host was very quick to respond and when we got the heat on the apartment was very cozy and warm.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The prompt responses to all our requests is outstanding. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apt. It's modern, spacous, high ceiling, very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again. Wifi is weak in bedroom.
• Merline (8/5): location location - central to everything. clean. bright. - location was amazing. host was very responsive and had amazing suggestions for meals and walking. bathroom shower design was not great. would have been nice to have more toilet paper and hand soap given number of rooms and people. the washing machine also was difficult to work given lack of English instructions.
