From the moment we arrived, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and well organized. The rooms were large and everything was designed with comfort in mind. The balcony and the sea view were absolutely breathtaking; waking up to the view of the sea in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening was unforgettable. I can honestly say it has one of the most beautiful views in Saranda. The kitchen was also modern, fully equipped, and very practical. It had everything we needed and truly felt like a real home where you could comfortably stay for a long time, not just for a short vacation. The apartment had a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The location was excellent as well — quiet and relaxing, yet still close and convenient to many places. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. If we come back to Saranda, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay.”

Les lits sont confortables et l'espace salon/salle à dîner très bien éclairée par la fenestration La cuisine dans son ensemble était sale, les poignées d'armoires collantes, le frigo, la vaisselle en général, on a dû tout nettoyer avant de s'en servir. Il n'y avait ni lingettes, ni linge à vaisselle, que des petites éponges à récurer. Le responsable a été averti de cette situation. En espérant qu'il remédie à la situation. Malgré les 5 nuits passées dans cet appartement, nous n'avons eu que 2 serviettes de bain. Sinon, nous devions payer 5 euros de plus par personne! Si ce n'était pas de la saleté ( que nous avons nettoyé et du fait de payer un surplus pour des serviettes)cet appartement serait incroyable.
• Spyros (10/5): - Huge apartment equipped with everything you need to stay even for long trips in a very good location. Everything you need is close by since it's in a very central location and you can walk everywhere from there. Parking is on the street below and you can always find a spot after shops close. Clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, living room are spacious. Will choose again in the future. Nothing, all was good

• Tammy (9/5): Perfect home away from home. - The location is fantastic being a 5 minute walk to the port and the promenade less than 1/2 block away. Beautiful sea views and well equipped kitchen. Very fast internet if working remotely. It felt like home away from home and would not hesitate to stay there again. I loved it, but if I need to find something negative then there was no hand soap provided in either bathroom. A house manual would also be a good addition (ie. How to use the TV, where to throw trash/recycling). Also keep in mind that you pay cash when you arrive (I missed that part).

• Guest (10/5): - One of the most beautiful places I ever stayed in! Incredible view of the sea and very spacious with 2 beds and 2 baths. Its in the center of town so you can access everything easily. I would definitely stay again The second bedroom doesnt have ac, so I would recommend if the owner could add a fan or something to make it cooler.
• Chiara (2/5): Esperienza deludente – non lo consiglio - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una vacanza, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa. Al nostro arrivo, il Wi-Fi non funzionava, ed è stato instabile per tutta la durata del soggiorno: un giorno sì, il giorno dopo no. Per noi era fondamentale, visto che la rete dati non funziona all’estero come in Italia. All'arrivo non c'era nemmeno un rotolo di carta igienica e la casa era priva anche delle cose più basilari: nessun canovaccio per asciugare le stoviglie, nessuna tovaglia, nessun tappetino per la doccia. I due condizionatori perdevano acqua sul terrazzo, rendendolo completamente inutilizzabile. Inoltre, le due docce non scaricavano l'acqua correttamente, causando l’allagamento dei bagni ogni volta che ci si lavava. All’interno della casa c’erano anche fili elettrici e tubi esposti, cosa che ci ha lasciati molto perplessi in termini di sicurezza. Infine, avevamo pagato con carta di credito, ma il pagamento è stato annullato perché ci è stato richiesto di pagare in contanti. Non avendone con noi, siamo stati costretti a ritirare soldi, subendo anche alte commissioni bancarie. Sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio, non rispecchia minimamente gli standard che ci aspettavamo, né quelli minimi di accoglienza. Almeno la posizione della casa è ottima: comoda per spostarsi e vicina ai principali punti di interesse. Un vero peccato che il resto dell’esperienza non sia stato all’altezza.

• Karen (9/5): Close to promenade - The location is fantastic - only a few steps to the promenade with numerous restaurants & a small beach. Very spacious, on 5th floor with lift. Has beautiful sea views from the living room & both bedrooms that all have access on to the large balcony. The kitchen is well equipped including a microwave. We’d have loved a toaster but made use of the grill on the oven. Washing machine came in very handy. The apartment was clean & nicely presented. We arrived from Corfu & the port is very close. There is also a bus stop nearby. Contact with the host was very good. We recommend The actual location was confusing - no signage exterior wise. But all good once Stephan arrived. The location for us was excellent but a bit noisy. There’s demolition happening across the street. Air plugs recommended if you want a sleep in.
• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious, has a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the living room and both bedrooms there is a convenient exit to the balcony, from which there is a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen equipment is fully sufficient (including a microwave and a hob synchronized with the oven). Coffee can be brewed in an electric kettle in Turkish. Washing machine. The apartment is clean, bedding and towels smell nice. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. The location is fantastic - a few steps to the promenade with numerous pubs and to a small beach. The port is very close, from where you can sail to the Greek Corfu. There is also a bus stop nearby. On the ground floor of the building there is a small shop with very nice service and basic things. There are also many larger shops nearby. Contact with the host is very good. I highly recommend the apartment, Saranda and Albania in general with its extremely friendly inhabitants.
• Susan (9/5): Excellent value for money and great location - The location was perfect for us- only 5 mins walk from the port where we arrived from Corfu. Convenient for local buses to popular destinations like Gjirokaster, Ksamil and Butrint. Also less than 5 mins walk to the beach and bars and shops. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped with big balcony with sea view. The host was very responsive when we messaged him. The lift was much appreciated as the apartment is on the 5th floor. The entrance to the block wasn’t well looked after but there is a lot of redevelopment going on throughout the town- so the area at the back was probably one of them. It didn’t affect us at all.
• Travelfest (5/5): No sea view - The listing title is misleading there are 3 different apartments. Ours was the only option that flashed up for us on 'select'. Sadly it had no sea view instead a rather dismal one and a balcony that was not appropriate for sitting out on, more of a tiny utility balcony. Wifi good most days. Hot water in bathroom with good shower though there is a smell of drains. Outside the block is a bit tatty but interior decor is tasteful and looks newly refurbished but lack of natural light means it's dingy without the electric lights even in day time. Location is very central - if arriving by bus it's easy to find and explore from and near to ferry port for Corfu. Nice helpful hosts.
• Dariusz (10/5): Recomend! - Apartment was huge, clean, fully equipped. Even washing machine was there ( I never used 😊 ). Anyhow 2 factors are essentional : A. localization – just about 200 meters from promenade and about 300 m from port. You are absolutely at the center and middle of the town. B. view from the balcony – exceptional. Balcony large easy few people can sit there. With bottom of the hear I can recommend the Stephan Sea View Apartment. Nothing.... everything was great.
• Vilde (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment, also a good location, super close to the beach and restaurants. Host very helpful. Difficult to find parking.
• Michael (7/5): Good option for a short stay - Fantastic location, close to all amenities. Beautiful view from the balcony and not too loud in the evenings despite it's location. Very spacious and great to have two bathrooms available too! The apartment could do with a bit of a revamp and the bathrooms in particular are quite dated. The WiFi stopped working on our second day and no toilet paper was provided.

• Shehu (9/5): Qendrimi ka qene me i mire se qe e kam parashikuar! - Hyrje shume e mire per familje, ballkon shume i madh me pamje prefekte nga detit, lokacioni tejet i mire. Mikepritje e jashtezakonshme, ambient i paster me te gjitha paisjet qe ju duhen te kuzhines duke perfshire edhe makinen rrobalarese. Dyert e dhomave te gjumit nuk mbyllet me qeles, me nje riparim te vogel kjo ankese zgjidhet.
• Katie (9/5): Lovely stay in Sarande - Perfect Location, shop right below and 2 min walk to the port and the start of the promanade. Balcony view is lovely! Apartment is very spacious. Great to have a washing machine. Very good value for money. It would be good to note that one bedroom does not have air conditioning. The wifi had a weak signal.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The department Is great! It's big with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very complete kitchen and an amazing balcony with a beautiful View of Sarande ! The location Is perfect! Stephan Is very helpful and kind! We hope we can come back!
• Michael (8/5): Excellent - Great location close to the beach, restaurants and the ferry terminal. Very spacious flat. Huge balcony with amazing view. Very nice and helpful landlord. Flat also comes with a washing machine (incl. washing liquid) and a steam iron/ironing board. Super fast Wifi. Note that only the big bedroom and the living room have an aircon. Suggestions to make the flat perfect: Bathrooms could do with a bit of a touch up, perhaps shower curtains in both bathrooms to prevent flooding. Newer towels would be great too and maybe some more basic cutlery.

• Angelica-mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was according to the photos and the host was really accommodating with our needs. The apartament was clean and very close to the interest points in saranda.
• Jan (6/5): Okat stay - Decent size. Good location. Nice veranda with a great view. Seemed to be quiet outside compared to other locations near sea in Sarande. Locks in bathroom did not work properly. One off the bedroms was warm as there was no aircondition in that room. Host did not show as agreed for handing over keys when we left.
• Enes (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable rooms, large balcony and perfect sea view. Excellent location in Saranda, great position to city beaches and nearby private beaches (personally I would recommend LA ONDA beach) Lack of private parking (as general problem in Saranda). Two streets above it is possible to rent safe parking in secured public building.
