• Alpinko (8/5): Cant beat the location - Prime location, literally steps away from fontana di trevi. Despite the incredible location, dead silent day and night (due to apartment facing an inner court and being on fifth floor). You can be very close to everywhere and can sleep peacefully at night, which is a big plus. Clean and spacious apartment with high ceilings that can easily acommodate 6 people. Full kitchen with all the utensils. 2 bathrooms (each with a shower and wc, one with also a bidet) with towels and toiletries. 4 Tvs in bedrooms and living room and even the dining room, thats crazy :) beds were comfy and A/c was working nicely. Communication with the owner was swift and check in was smooth. Weak WiFi in one bedroom. This might be due to my Phone being an old model though. No terrace, not even a french window. It would have been nice to have a lil outdoor area where you can smoke. The doors to building, lift and apartment were all so narrow that we had to take the wheels out of our stroller to make it fit through. This might be frusturating if you are travelling with a stroller or are in a wheelchair. Also while there is a lift -which imo is also a bit small. We, a family of four with two kids, couldnt fit in altogether with a stroller and/or luggage so had to take two trips each time using it :)- , you still have to take a flight of stairs to reach it (like 10-15 steps only but still) No place to store luggage for early check in or late check out. There is paid storage nearby but we didnt check the prices. Overall we were glad with our choice and might choose this place again but just wanted my fellow travellers to be aware of the above :)

• Marcia (9/5): - The position, the apartment layout and the cleanliness. We would definitely stay again. There weren't enough keys for the four of us staying in the apartment and there were two small flights of stairs that we had to carry our heavy suitcases up to access the lift.
• Sylvain (5/5): I would never go back there. Rent 2 adjoining hotel rooms for almost the same price (if you need 2 bedrooms/2 bathr - Anna the hostess was very kind . Perfect Location. Beautiful condo. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning. Decoration. Feeling VERY uncomfortable and un-welcomed by ALL the owners in the building. Not just by the one whom I was warned about by the owner. Is it because there are too many tourists coming in and out? Or is it that the condo by-laws forbid short term rental? I was never provided any proof that it was permitted. The view on the roof was spectacular until I was confronted by a co-owner. I felt like a thief /intruder even though my husband paid a fortune for this condo ( to surprise me for our 25 th anniversary). What a surprise:( If it wasn’t for that major negative drawback , these are the only small points that I would have to pointed out. The fridge is mini and without a compartment for the freezer in order to make ice. Can’t open most drawers in the kitchen and main bedroom because of the bars ( knobs) on the drawers. Low water pressure when showering. Literally was only 6 regular glasses ,2 wine glasses and 2 coffee cups, so no use for a dishwasher.
• Jose (10/5): Excellent - We had a great stay! The location is perfect—just steps from the Trevi Fountain and close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was very nice: clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again!

• Hawthorne (5/5): Excellent location - The location, the amenities and the amount of space that was in the apartment. 1. We were unable to drink the water. 2. The amount of steps to the lift. Approximately 15 steps 3. The mattress was very uncomfortable. In my personal opinion, the mattress all need to be updated. 4. The refrigerator was a mini and not full size.

• Jeanne (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - A gorgeous flat in an excellent location. We initially had trouble reaching the taciturn lady--perhaps a cleaner--who apparently was charged with the task of giving us access to the flat.

• Suada (9/5): I liked it, would recommend! - Netflix was not connected and the host gave us a new account in a fairly late hour, very appreciated! I asked if we could leave our backpacks at the apartment in the check in and check out day and i was said that it was not possible, even tho the room was spacious and it would not have disturbed the cleaning staff. We had to pay 50€ baggage storage.

• Ana (10/5): Our stay - The flat is located in an amazing location, just a few inches from Fontana di Trevi. Even though the apartment was next to a pretty busy street, we couldn't hear any noise coming from outside. The rooms were clean, the design itself was very well-thought and the beds were comfy. The quality that we got for what we payed was way beyond our expectations.

Would have been easy for us if there were a few complimentary bottled water available. We arrived late in the evening and all of us were very tired. But we didn’t have any choice but to go down and get from the store.

The complete apartment is plenty of small details in every corner with a delightfull taste in decoration. Once we came out of the street is like arriving home. So cosy!!! • Matthew (8/5): Very good - Very nice, recent tasteful renovation. High ceilings. Nice stonework and lighting in the bathrooms. Generally good facilities, like a washing machine. Very close to Trevi Fountain. It’s on the 5th floor, and yet there’s no view. The elevator seemed a bit old, so we didn’t use it.
