• Adam (6/5): Nice location, would be better with proper cleaning and maintenance. - The location was suitable, most shops only a short drive away. The townhouse has private, off-street parking and the third bedroom is on the same floor as the garage, providing a retreat for parents or grandparents. The apartment was not well maintained. It was not clean - we found stains on the bedding and couch, dishes were not clean, nor were the floors. The center support rail for the bed in the master suite is broken, requiring a maintenance call on the first night. The sink in the main bathroom was backed up which they also fixed on the first night. The garage door remote on the wall has a flat battery which was not fixed despite me asking for it to be attended to.

• HYUN MI (7/5): spacious townhouse, but some things can be improved - Very spacious rooms, a living room and a kitchen. It was in a quiet location, near the river, but a bit away from the busy shops or cafe. It did not cause any problems for us, as we wanted a quiet accommodation. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and well-equipped, providing all the things we needed to cook breakfast and other small meals while we stayed. We booked this townhouse because it had three bedrooms, one of which already had a problem, but it was not properly replaced or repaired before our arrival. As soon as one of us sat on the bed, it just collapsed. We contacted management, and they came and removed the bed frame, placing the mattress on the floor. It was not the most comfortable for people over 70 years old to sleep on the floor, but we had no choice. The sofa was also very dirty, did not feel like sitting on it. I think it would be good if they could replace the sofa, or at least put a clean cover on top.

• Christyne (10/5): - Enter to the cool environment due to air-conditioning running along with pleasing background music. 3 br each with their own ensuite. Some essential items included ie tea, coffee and bathroom items. A very pleasant stay for our 3 nights.

• Chen (8/5): Very good - The house is so pretty and cozy. Clean and tidy. There's everything we need for catering and laundry. It's such a good price for a family of 5 traveling together. Walking distance to the river (good for fishing) and close to mooloolaba beach and other scenery. Highly recommended

• Michelle (8/5): Lovely! - The property was lovely and sunny inside. Very modern and spacious. Walking distance to the water and a quick drive in the car for everything else. The three flights of wooden stairs to access each level with the bedrooms being at the top and the bottom floors with the kitchen dining living in the middle so had to be organized otherwise we were walking up and down flights of stairs several times a day. Groundworks going on directly behind the property during our stay. If I didnt have to work during our vacation this would not have been an issue because we would have been away during the day, a heads up would have been appreciated if this was common knowledge.
• Fiona (1/5): Never again :( unfortunately - Location House was not clean 🧼 Family contacted COVID 2nd day after staying in property Cockroaches crawling over us in bed of a night. No doonas or blankets for kids or on beds. Air conditioner remotes flat. Had to use 1 remote for all three floors. Bathroom stench from drain in upper bathrooms. Rotten sever smell. Family was ill from drainage smell. Full of ants Rear courtyard over grown with weeds, poor maintenance. Inhabitable to enjoy. Covered in spiders and webs. Orb spiders. Scared children. Should have advertised 1 Tv only in house for a family.

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Our hosts were super organised and very accommodating, making it very easy to just arrive and enjoy. The location was perfect for my son and his grandfather to walk to the river to fish. Everything we love to do was so close. And the beds were so comfortable. Thank you so much - looking forward to next time. The kitchen could use a re-stock between guests - there were only two spoons between 5 people so we had to tag-team dessert :) And only 3 wine glasses :( Perhaps the cleaners could do a quick check before they go to be sure the kitchen can cater for a 3 bedroom, 6 person stay?

• Tracey (10/5): Fabulous location and loads of space - The location was perfect - close to town, easy access to freeway for north or south bound journeys. Loads of natural light with air conditioning in each area for cooling or warmth. Not a negative for us but there are two staircases that maybe an issue for very young children or those with mobility issues.

Ultra modern beautifully decorated nice and clean all the things you could want in a holiday Rental and the third bedroom downstairs was my favourite room out of all of them. I absolutely love this townhouse. Definitely be back again couldn’t recommend highly enough. Love love love A+
• Cristina (10/5): Our stay was very relaxed nice & quiet - Comfortable and relaxing quiet area.close to the river The bed downstairs that we sleep in is not comfortable a bit saggy. The walls have a few marks, the couch is a bit dirty looking. I’m not fun on stairs I just had an emergency surgery six weeks ago its hard for me going up and down the stairs.

• June (7/5): Good but couldof been better - What breakfast. Apartment was neat and clean. Everything was accessible. garage for car so we did not have to go out in rain. Didn't realise from advert that it was over three levels with slightly steep steps. We are aging with problem knees. At Buderim for a weekend of dancing so this added to our problems. Will have to look more closely to bookings in future

• Leste (7/5): Nice location, spacious - My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The place was exceptionally large and spacious, place was clean and had a lot of kitchen utensils and consumables that helped us with our Christmas preparations.They even gave us a Christmas Package with goodies inside (wine, chocolate, chips etc) which was a lovely touch! Family friendly space. Nice location and close drive to shops and beach. Has 3 levels. A lot of stairs. not ideal for when you have a crawling baby. Bedrooms are in level 1 and 3. Lounge area and kitchen in level 2. Property not sound proofed so we can hear everything (footsteps, tv, chater, water pipes etc). The fridge and freezer was also broken, not cooling/freezing. Spoke to porperty manager but could not help us as it was a public holiday. We ended up buying 3 bags of ice to cool our food over our 3 night stay.
