Handan (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was swift. - Location was great with cafes and restaurants plenty. Stairs were steep. Balcony needed some cleaning and TLC. Also more kitchen equipment is necessary.
Juan (1/5): Unreachable host after lost item - I left a pair of glasses at the apartment, I tried contacting the host several times, they said they were checking and suddenly stopped responding and will not respond anymore. Be careful if you stay at this property.
Mohammad (5/5): Overall, this place is not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend it. - The location was excellent, providing easy access to all the key attractions in Montreal. Mont Royal Street was lively, even late at night, which we really enjoyed. The host, Pablo (if I recall correctly), was very responsive, a quality that's crucial for a good host. Additionally, the building was quiet, which might be important for some guests. The list of things we disliked is longer than what we appreciated, which is reflected in the rating. 1- There are numerous stairs, especially to reach higher levels. This was frustrating because none of the 92 photos showed the stairs. With heavy suitcases, this became an issue—imagine elderly guests with heavy luggage. I found this misleading and uploaded a photo to highlight the point. 2- The bedding and sheets were not completely clean, so we had to use our own. I’ve uploaded photos as well. 3- There were no hangers in the studio—not even one. I uploaded a photo to show how we had to hang our clothes. Utensils just scattered in the cabinet with no organization. 4- The windows didn’t have insect screens, so we couldn’t open them at all. 5- There were no towels in the suite, except for one brown towel we couldn’t use. The shampoos were also not refilled. No toothpaste not even tiny ones. 6- We could not use the fridge part of the refrigerator due to the frost covered all the fridge space. 7- There were lots of garbage bins and bags right behind the window. 8- Lastly, the $250 security deposit was a first for me. I've booked many places through Booking and Airbnb and never encountered this before. It didn’t feel good, but maybe that's just me.

Marusha (9/5): Great location, enjoyed a comfortable stay in a lovely suite. It was perfect for us. - Kitchen well equipped. Air con in bedrooms and living room were much appreciated. Location was excellent! Spacious and comfortable! Host was was responsive and helpful! Hosts were prompt in providing access information on the day of arrival. Beds were comfortable. The ChargeAutomation emails for payment, payment confirmations did not work, had to confirm payment on my own. Dresser drawers in large bedroom needed cleaning.
Megan (9/5): Great location, great amenities, quiet and comfortable little room. - The location is stellar, amenities were top notch. It was quiet and comfortable, and exactly what I needed while staying in Montreal. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend it for anyone who wants a cozy little spot to stay with home comforts. Booking was easy, checking in was easy, everything was easy. The only thing that felt missing was a kitchen-type towel but was absolutely fine without.
