• Sandra (10/5): A fun quirky place to stay with an unbeatable view of the Colosseo - The location of this property is unbeatable and the views are truly special and exceptional- not only do you feel like you can almost touch the Colosseo you can see the forum and other sights from the balconies where we enjoyed sitting at the end of the day watching the sights and enjoying the buzz of the crowds and buskers just below the apartment The plumbing made grunting noises every now and again but that’s to be expected from an historic building

• JENNIFER (10/5): Beautiful View. Wonderful Jacuzzi. Nicest Owner. - We stayed here for my mother's 60th birthday. She absolutely loved it! Owner kindly granted early check in for my mother. He also provided wine for her birthday. You can't find better view stay than here. Absolutely, beautiful! After long walk, we soaked in jacuzzi and it was one of the best experiences. Thank you!

This has literally become my favorite place that I could’ve ever stayed in the entire world. I’ve been wanting to see the Colosseum since I was a kid, so to be able to say that I stayed in this unit is actually unbelievable. The whole unit is amazing and the Jacuzzi tub is awesome. This is the only place I will stay in Rome now. Not a thing. It was perfection.

The highlight, of course, is the breathtaking direct view of the Colosseum especially from the jacuzzi. Relaxing there after a long day of exploring Rome felt unreal, almost cinematic. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and beautifully set up, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the city. The location is unbeatable right next to the Colosseum, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and professional, and check-in was easy and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a special Rome experience romantic, memorable, and worth every moment. We would definitely stay here again

Colosseum in front your eyes.. You can fall asleep looking colosseum.. Everything was absolutely perfect and the view is even more impressive than on the pictures. The communication and organization were really easy and they will. Always try to. Help you with anything you need. You will have an amazing stay and will remember it forever. • Christopher (10/5): Amazing! - This place was really great for me and my wife. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday. The place is very unique and comfy and is very convenient for all the activities near and around the colosseum. The balcony and the view was the best you can get in Rome for the view of the colosseum. There is no hotel or other place around the area with this unique view of the colosseum. You can take all the pictures of the colosseum with-out all the other TOURIST and fake instagram models ruining your photo shot. MIRKO is our host and he was very helpful for the check-in process and explained everything about the apartment. He is very nice and charming and gave a good recommendation for a restaurant which we ended up going to on our last night. (Osteria da Suma)Thank you Mirko for the stay! It was the best choice for Rome!

But we switched on some movies about Rome - so we were getting to know Rome from our room. And its very interesting to watch a movie about colosseum and see it in front of you. Host is amazing - he was helping us with everything and suggested us the best restaurants and even booked them for us. View from jacuzzi is amazing like in a movies. Good conditioner 👍 A place looks a bit old - but authentic to Italy vibes.

• Liam (1/5): Disappointed with the apartment, not worth the money - Location is great Apartment was disappointing, firstly the cleanliness wasn't great. The spa bath is VERY OLD, all the sides have been covered with plastic which was hanging off, it leaked all over the floor, we were told not to fill using the fountain feature and only use taps which we did but this did not make a difference as floor was filled with water everytime we used it. We were only provided 2 bath towels, had to request more next day. The table and chairs on the terrace was broken. The walls needs a fresh lick of paint, lamps in bedroom are broken, no mattress protector on the bed. I could have gone on and on but didnt complain or want to make an issue of this as it was our first time in Rome and we just wanted to enjoy it. On reflection the apartment is insanely overpriced.

Ve - The view ! one of the best in Rome The apartment was very disappointing, it was not very clean and most things falling apart. It needs a lot of attention. Nothing provided so you can’t even dry the dishes. The toilet makes such a horrendous noise every time you use it and it smells very musty. We couldn’t wait to leave.
