Francisco (5/5): Urgent renovations required - Location is perfect. Just 2 minutes walk to Copacabana beach. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. Kitchenware is old, deserving an overall maintenance. Plates and silverware were taken from many different sets. 2 plates on one style other 3 from another, etc. Seems that the owner left all their old stuff into the apartment. Secondary bedroom was strange, doors didn’t work and it had now window. Ventilation in the secondary bathroom didn’t work at all, odors from other floors made their way to it smelling horrible. With some renovations and repairs, this apartment can be a great place to stay
