• 祐実佳 (5/5): ビジネスステイ向きかもです！ - 小さい子どもたちを連れて行ったのですが、まわりのおうちもご家族が多いみたいで、道や近くのごはん屋さんにも小学生以下の子どもたちがあちこちいました。最寄駅は白金高輪で、エレベーターがあるので、ベビーカーやキャリーでも大丈夫です。六本木などに近くて便利です。 同じマンションに民泊として貸し出しているお部屋がたくさんあるみたいで、鍵がたくさんあり、スペアもあるため数は倍。鍵タイプも様々で、私が予約していたお部屋のものは、上から真っ黒なカバーがされていて、簡単には見つけられませんでした。 キッチンの調理器具や調味料などが極端に少なく、普通の民泊という気持ちで行くと困ることが多いので、何が置いてあるか、何が置いてないか、事前に確認するといいです。お問い合わせへの対応はしっかりしてくれます。 写真とは違い、マンションというより一人暮らしのアパートのようなお部屋でした。雨の日は洗濯物を乾かす場所がないので、何か対策が必要です。

• Anca (2/5): Choose another place - I liked that the room was bigger than expected. The bathroom was dirty, with mold on the walls, I am curious if the person who cleans or the owner of this apartment would take a bath there. Also, the shower curtain was filthy, smelling right after you would enter the bathroom. A new one costs maybe $5 so it's not that much to invest in one. We had no choice so we stayed here, but I strongly recommend you to choose something else. The curtains on the room were stained with weird colored stains, the wardrobe was full with clean sheets, spare blankets and pillows so there was no room for us to put our clothes. For 5 days we had to keep everything in our luggage. The supplies should be kept somewhere else, not in the room we rented. After seeing all the dirty places, we had an overall sentiment that everything around us was dirty. The access to the building is not very clear. I tried to contact the support via Booking, but after 30 minutes of no reply, I had to call, with roaming costs, to find out that there are multiple lockers that I have to check and try the code I was provided with.
