• Anton (8/5): Very good - very convenient location, close to the station and all attractions, good staff, there is a kitchen and all the utensils for cooking. very small bathroom, with very noisy and poorly functioning sewage system. There is very little space on the second floor (you hit your head on the ceiling when you go to bed), it’s impossible to even sit down.
• Teymur (6/5): Pleasant - The location and host were perfect. The apartment was clean, modern and cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed is located at the mezzanine, it was not a surprise, but it's so low that you have to crawl. Some of the neighbours are very noisy and you can hear absolutely everything. Also, constantly and even in the middle of the night the flush makes some loud noises, and it's quite annoying. We couldn't sleep until we cut off the electricity. Also when I was taking a shower the hot water stopped after 5 minutes.

• Despoina (7/5): Good - It was located at a good spot for the purposes of my booking. The apartment was clean, and the host was super polite and nice and answering immediately to any messages and helped me a lot!! The bed is located at the mezzanine, which I knew, but it's so low that you have to crawl, and you can bump your head several times. Some of the neighbours are extremely noisy and you can hear absolutely everything. Sometimes, I didn't feel super safe with all this yelling. Also, even in the middle of the night, the boiler or the flush, not sure what exactly, makes some loud noises, and it's quite annoying. Overall, if these things improve it's a really nice place.
• Sophia (8/5): Very good - Very clean and in a safe and easily accessible location. The plumbing which featured a small tube going out the toilet was very loud and quite alarming.

• Anastasiia (7/5): Good place for 1-2 days, close to Termini station - We chose this accommodation for 1 night with the aim of getting quickly to Termini station, where transfers to the airport depart. The location is within walking distance of the metro station, tram, buses, Termini railway station. There is a comfortable bed, but be prepared to reach it with a ladder and you can't sit in bed, only lie down. But this is not a problem for us, and we were ready for it. Nice and friendly hosts who allowed us to leave things before check-in and we were able to walk around the city for 2 hours whilel our apartment were being cleaned. The disadvantages of this housing are not as critical for us. But still, I would like to say about it. Location in the station area - be prepared for dirt, stench and dangerous people around. Walking alone in the evening is not a good idea. The fridge was not working very well and the freezer was very frozen which made it impossible to use it at all. There were problems with the sewage, the water did not drain after the shower. But we opened the flush cover in the tray and the water started to go faster. Maybe this should be indicated somewhere before check-in. The air conditioner is very loud, and it is impossible to sleep with it. But it is also impossible to sleep without it, because it is very hot, when it is + 31 during the day and + 18 at night.

• Kentaro (2/5): surveillance neighbour - Really horrible for this price! The neigbours were always shouting, some neibgbour always leave the door open and looked at me everytime with discriminatory eye when I opened a main doos. One day it was super hot and first thing i wanted to do was taking a shower, then I meant to lock the door. Someone came to the room and open the door without knocking!!?? I was changing the clothes, it is super disgusting and no privacy at all, even the owner it is not allowed to open without permission and knocking while I stay. It is stupid! The loft you cannot even stand, the location is really bad and far from most of sightes. only close to Termini where is nothing to see. Fridge a lot of ice, not cleaned. City tax not correct caluculation it is for 2 person. Just disappointment and no privacy , I was so angry. I will never recommend.

• Alasdair (7/5): Clean. Near Termini. Very, very small. - Good location. handy for metro and Termini railway station. Flat is clean, and shower is good. You have to climb up very steep steps to get to the bed - it’s only really suitable for young couples. You can’t stand up in the bedroom, and you have to crawl to get into bed.
