• Dearteaga (1/5): Terrible Place !!!!!!!!!!!!!! - The location was near to nicer areas. Property Manager = Unprofessional, liar, immature, etc. Studio - No Fire Smoke Detectors (by Law, this was an illegal place to stay) - MAJOR SAFETY VIOLATION!!!! Florida Statute 553.883 - Proof - My pictures and videos don't lie, No detectors were installed, in fact, detectors were put In a Small storage cabinet on the Floor. - Checked all areas, filmed and pictures, and again, no detectors inside or outside the apartment - Password Key Lock (issue), however, the Property Manager blamed me for the incorrect password. How is that possible with No Battery (energy) to put on the Keypad!!!! Lol. - Mosquito haven, lots of flies and bugs, and roaches. - No Wifi - for 5-6 days in total, and an unprofessional/unresponsive Property Manager - I work in Tech, and these guys purposely shut the Wifi off because I complained This is by far the worst place you can imagine. NICE AREA, close to many things, but it's not worth the trouble. When you put someone's life in danger for Neglect, it's just shameful.

• Alfonso (10/5): Worth the price - Very accommodating manager. He was ready to help to make my stay a true pleasure. One suggestion is to add some cups to drink coffee, there is a coffee maker but no cups. By the way, I read bad reviews about the wifi, my time there the wifi worked very efficiently. No qualms, it was fast and reliable. The codes were very confusing for an older guy like me, giving just the number is not enough, for people who come from countries that do not have this system it is all new and difficult, adding an explanation like after the code, to click the check on the lower right would help, and since the outside door is a different code it would be useful to indicate to push the button on top before entering the code and then pushing it again after the code, would help. Again for Americans it is a piece of cake but fro travelers coming from not so developed countries it is a challenge. At the end, despite this little details, the attitude of the management is a good one, same as Lisset, the cleaning and lovely lady. Very friendly and kind. The code system was a bit complex for an old guy coming from a country that does not use this kind of technology. I think the code I was given was changed, which added more to the stress of being unable to access the premises.

• Racquel (7/5): Good - Updated modern safe private Bed size and comfort, no self cleaning supplies. No disposable wash cloths. Bad wifi and TV connection.
• Thornhill (9/5): Superb - The host was very transparent and helpful although he is not present. He provided all the info I needed to be comfortable and just as he described, was my reality. If Ineeded anything he was always responsive to my messages and I can go on and on. As for the area, it was not bad as its well positioned in close proximity to commercial.and retail establishments: Supermarket, gas station, fast food, banking etc! That the bed only had 2 pillows, lol 😅

• Mariam (10/5): Exceptional - The location was close to everything Miami has to offer. The studio was clean and a perfect space for us two. The host was responsive and check-in was pretty easy.
