• Marjorie (10/5): Séjour parfait à deux pas de la plage ! - Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appartement situé à Durrës, et nous aurions aimé y rester bien plus longtemps ! À première vue, le bâtiment est immense et un peu impersonnel, mais ne vous fiez pas aux apparences : l’appartement est tout simplement génial. Très spacieux, impeccablement propre, et parfaitement équipé. Tout y est pensé pour le confort. La localisation est idéale : à seulement deux minutes à pied du littoral aménagé, avec sa belle promenade, ses restaurants et ses plages. Le quartier est calme et nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité. Mention spéciale à Laurent, notre hôte, qui a été adorable, disponible et très serviable tout au long du séjour. Grâce à lui, l’accueil a été chaleureux et sans stress. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Durrës dans les meilleures conditions. Un vrai coup de cœur !
• Peggy (9/5): Laurent is a very friendly landlord and helps where necessary. - Very clean and nice appartement The showers are not very large and not very comfortable for tall people. However, they are also very clean.

• Sigrid (10/5): - The place is amazing. Laurent is an excelent owner who waited and greeted us in the middle of the night. The apartement is clean, cosy, with nice kitchen. There are two bedrooms (one main and one with 2 beds) and 2 bathrooms. There is A/C in the living room and main bedroom and a fan in the second bedroom. There is a balcony with lots of greenery (i really liked the plants). The apartement is in a great location - close to the beach, 24h shop across the road and many restaurants are near. The area is economic and cheaper and if you go more up north then it will be more touristy and a little more expensive. I really like the apartement and area and I would come again :)

• Esa (10/5): Friendly staff, 10/10 apartment and facilities, spacious and good value - Perfect location, near the beach. Friendly caretakers and good host Can be a nightmare to park, muddy exterior and random 3m holes outside that can ruin your car. Host’s father smoked in our faces on the way up to the flat. Otherwise a nice place.
• Hana (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment, quite close to the beach. Very clean and tidy. It contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciate the coffee machine and capsules. :) The owner is kind and helpful. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants near the apartment. Parking was easy to find. We will be glad to come back here again. Even though it was April, it was very cold and windy in Durres. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, but the other rooms were not heated, so we were a little bit cold. The owner tried to help and brought an electric radiator. However, those who come with children should keep this information in mind.
• Sophie (10/5): Best apartment in Durres - This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Apartment also has a washing mashine and large balcony. Beautiful decoration and lot of necessities such as towels available. The location is perfect just yards away from multiple supermarkets and the beach as well as a bus stop just outside the door. Will definitely say again. I didnt want to leave, thank you! Nothing not to like!

We definitely recommend it and want to come back. Even if there was any little problem he solved it for us so nothing!

Also, it's in a prime location of durres where you can take night walks. The exterior of the building might be discouraging but trust me your worries are over once you walk into the apartment ☺️

Note that Electiricity goes off so many times. We could not fully charge our batteries and it is really hot. It is not about the property but Albania’s problem.

New furniture, comfortable beds and a sofa in the living room. Modernly equipped kitchen, dishwasher and microwave, oven and cooking plates, refrigerator with freezer. A spacious terrace. We got more than expected. We liked it so much that we made a reservation for 2025! Laurent is a very pleasant and accommodating host, all praises Everything was great.
