• Giuseppe (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo - Buona posizione vicino alla metro rossa Gambaro. Alcune strade nelle adiacenze (solo quelle verso Piazzale Selinunte) non sembrano molto sicure, ma la via della casa (Rembrandt) è tranquilla. La casa è pulita e luminosa, con tre diversi affacci. Il letto è comodo e la cucina presenta tutto il necessario per cucinare. Abbiamo apprezzato l'estetica semplice anni 80/90 a noi cara, e i riferimenti culturali del proprietario sparsi per la casa. Lo staff che gestisce la casa ha fornito tutte le istruzioni necessarie e, a differenza di altri gestori di b&b, rispetta la normativa europea sulla trasparenza rendendo visibili tutti i costi (inclusa la tassa di soggiorno) nel prezzo di booking. I cuscini potrebbero essere migliorati e farei trovare un rotolo di scottex all'arrivo.

• Giorgia (4/5): I dettagli contano - L’appartamento era comodo rispetto al motivo del viaggio. Appartamento tutto sommato carino. Innanzitutto la trafila del check in (troppo lunga) e la modalità di accesso all”appartamento. Al di là di questo, passabile, i materassi erano veramente scomodi, sopratutto quello del divano letto. Si sentivano le sbarre del letto nella schiena, oltre al fatto che appena ti muovevi si muoveva tutta la struttura. Inoltre, 3 su 4 fornelli non funzionavano (pare fosse un problema mai avuto prima). Al di là di tutto ciò, i dettagli fanno sempre la differenza: In bagno era presente un sapone quasi alla fine e in cucina non era presente nemmeno un rotolo di scottex: capisco tutto, ma un briciolo di attenzione a queste cose non guasterebbe. Ho dormito in motel in giro per il mondo, e dei tovaglioli li ho sempre trovati, ovunque. La posizione (pur essendo comoda per quello che dovevo fare) non è per niente bella: il quartiere è bruttino, soprattutto di sera, e la metro non è disponibile nelle vicinanze. Ovviamente ciò non dipende dalla struttura, ma lo dico per correttezza. Insomma, tutto rivedibile e probabilmente non ci tornerei.

• Patrick (10/5): superbe logement dans le quartier de san siro - super logement dans le quartier de san siro à 30 mn en bus de l’hippodrome de san siro et 30 minutes du duomo, toutes les infos pour accéder au logement sont claires et il a été facile d’entrer, restaurants et commerces dans le quartier, l’appartement et toutes les commodities sont en parfait état, je recommande rien
• Anna (7/5): Pleasant apartment - could use some updating - The apartment was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, the black out blinds also worked well. Having a washing machine for clothes was great. The key to get in was self explanatory after reading the instructions. There was also a building manager who greeted us and helped us get inside. The furniture needs some updating. You can tell it’s old and used. The sheets and everything were clean but the couch/chairs had some stains. Apartment is in need of new mattresses and pillows. The apartment is very close to a sketchy/dangerous part of town with minimal street lights. Stay on the main roads if you’re walking to San Siro at night.
• Avital gital (7/5): דירה נקייה אבל מיקום לא משהו - אהבנו את הגודל של הדירה ואת הרהיטים בפנים דירה מסודרת בצורה נוחה ונקייה מאוד המיטה זוגית לא נוחה, היה חסר סבון כלים לשטוף כלים,מכונת כביסה מסובכת לא הצלחנו להפעיל אותה יש חוקים לדירה שכתובים בתוך ספר שבו הם כותבים שאם לא תמחזר בדירה תקבל קנס (לא נעים לי שכותבים לי ככה וככה מכריחים אותי למחזר אין לי בעיה למחזר בכיף לא אוהבת שמכריחים אותי) הדירה מנוהלת על ידי חברת ניהול שאם צריך משהו פשוט מבקשים והם היו באמת נחמדים הציק לי שידעו שאנחנו 3 אנשים ומראש לא שמו לנו מספיק מגבות, לא דאגו מראש לקצת חומר כביסה, סבון כלים מצעים לשמיכות (התכסנו בשמיכת פוך גדולה בלי מצעים) ובכללי לא שמו לנו שמיכה על המיטה אלא רק מצעים וכיסוי מיטה. המיקום לא נוח בעיני לקח לנו הרבה זמן להגיע אליו עם המטרו לפעמים היינו צריכים להחליף 2 קווי מטרו. מי שמחפש משהו בזול או בעלי תקציב נמוך יכול להתאים לו לדעתי

The actual appartment was super cool and lovely, we all enjoyed it a lot. There was Coffee machine with the Coffee to prepare. There was a Cold watter in the fridge. Superb is a Word for this place

• Nitsan (8/5): Great location, good apartment, needs a little more attention. Decent value for money in Milan - Great location, nice apartment that has everything, even though some things were a bit weird, it was overall nice. the best part about it was the location, it was central and had easy access to busses, trams and the metro, while not being too loud. the shower had basically no water pressure, until I realized that the shower head was not connected properly, after that it was better but still not good. The house is designed nicely, there are various very small things that could be improved super easily and would take the stay to the next level (things like the showerhead, the bed was very springy and squeaky, the mattress was old and lumpy, and the sofa bed was also very old and the pillows kept falling off).
• Chwalimir (10/5): Great value for money in Milan - The property is very spacious, clean and beautiful. The water pressure/shower head in the shower. The water was barely dripping.
• Anna (9/5): Great value for money - Apartment is just like you see on pictures and in description - everything is enough, quite good kitchen - have all the utensils un other kitchen staff. Nice balcony, a lot of cafes and shops around. Apartment is quite far away from everything except stadium, so If you plan on going to a game or concert there its brilliant location. Otherwise it's always a bus, metro, tram or taxi ride to get everywhere, but public transportation is very good in Milan. Apartment was clean in general, but have a lot of different decorations and they have never been cleaned, so a lot of hidden dirt. It's not crucial and you never see it, but Im allergic and it was a big deal for me.

• Jessica (8/5): Good, but not great - The apartment was good, but not great. Even though the bathroom was freshly cleaned when we arrived, the rest of the apartment floor was dirty and dusty (we could really notice it on our socks). The apartment was spacious and the instructions for check-in and check-out were helpful and easy to follow. The shower was a little weird (pressure wise) and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable (you could feel the spiral springs a lot). Location was convenient for us with the Gambara metro located only a couple minutes away by walk. Try the coffee place "Il cafetero" just down the street!

• Miljana (10/5): I had a great stay in Milano. I attended Metallica concert. - The apartment has no breakfast, but shops and bakeries are nearby. No one can stay hungry in Italy! The apartment is comfortable and cosy, with a lot of light and a great view. Everything was ok.

These features made my time in city comfortable and memorable. The location of your apartment was also ideal, as it was close to several popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation options.
