- Beatriz (6/5): Nos sentimos estafados - Buenas vistas desde la terraza. Limpio y acogedor. Durante el sábado hubo obras todo el día en la casa de al lado. Era insoportable estar en esa casa. Hablamos con él para decirle que no nos parecía bien que no se hubiera tenido en cuenta en el precio de la vivienda. Acordó con nosotros que nos devolvería 100€ por las molestias. No cumplió su palabra, nos dijo que se lo reclamáramos a quien hizo la obra. Además, el dueño nos pidió una fianza de 400€ por adelantado. Una semana después del check out, teniendo aún bloqueada la fianza, empezó a decirme que no había luz y que tenía que hacer comprobaciones. Me envió fotos de un cuadro de electricidad que podría ser de cualquier vivienda/local y me dijo que había que cambiarlo todo y también los electrodomésticos, que cuando el electricista le diera presupuesto, me diría algo de la fianza. Conseguimos que la devolviera, pero cuidado, es posible que no seamos los primeros con los que actúa así.
