• Roz (9/5): Fantastic little apartment in a great location. - Fantastic little apartment. Comfy and clean. Particularly loved the little balcony where 2 people could sit and have a coffee. Only 2mins from Sangrada Familia and Metro. 5 mins from a reasonably sized supermarket. A bakery is opposite. Sufficient cooking pans and utensils. The sofa needs a clean, marks went onto my damp white trousers. There is easily room for a dishwasher. A summary of the essential appliance instructions in key languages would have been helpful. Note there is no oven.

• Kateryna (10/5): Great location and service on - Great location, within 3-5 minute walk from Sagrada and many public transport stops. The suites have everything you need - everything to cook, to make tea, coffee, toast and even juice. A bottle of wine was a great pleasant surprise. Not far from this place there are a few supermarkets for those who choose to cook breakfast and even dinner. There was a small issue with accessing the flat one day, but it was resolved within 5 minutes. Great service.

В этом отеле ничего не улучшить, его нужно закрыть. В комнате очень холодно. Обогреватель шумный, ночью выключаешь становится очень холодно. В шкафу для одежды приделан сейф, занимает весь шкаф. Если кто-то ночью едет на лифте, то очень шумно. Душевая маленькая, взрослый мужчина там не помещается. Только дети. Горячая вода нагревается в 50 литровом баке. Один человек помылся, второму человеку нужно ждать 2 часа пока вода нагреется. Не приезжайте в этот отель.

• Amie (7/5): It met expectations and was very clean - The room was nice, it was great having a washing machine, kitchen, iron, air conditioner and the Juliette balcony for fresh air The check in and out experience was also quite hassle free as you just use codes. The key lock box is a bit hard to open but we didn’t use the keys anyway after the first day so we kept them in the box and just used the door codes instead and walked up the stairs (you need the key to use the elevator) I noticed other guests didn’t close the front door properly a few times. They would close it but not all the way, I would go down to make sure it was properly shut at night as it made me a bit anxious The elevator was also not working when we arrived, but luckily we were only a floor up anyway. Just a long walk upstairs to the rooftop but that’s ok

L'arrivée de l'ascenseur dans la salle principale est surprenante mais, ô combien appréciable. Nous avons trouvé excellente l'idée des casiers dans le hall d'entrée qui permet de profiter de la journée du départ sans se soucier de rapatrier les bagages vers le parking, situé à 300m environ. C'est un lieu que je recommande Un peu froid, une petite déco (tableau, plante...) rendrait l'endroit plus accueillant

• Ulrich (8/5): Tolle Lage, aber teuer. - Tolle Lage an der Sagrada Familia. Die U Bahn ist direkt an der Unterkunft. Gute Klimaanlage, schöne Wohnung und bequemes Bett. Der Wohnraum war etwas ungemütlich gestaltet. Das Schlafzimmer ist zu einer stark befahrenen Straße hinaus, es ist sehr laut.

• Воронежцева (8/5): Отличные апартаменты с прекрасным местоположением - Идеальное расположение, очень чистый и симпатичный номер: легко добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Шикарная веранда с видом на крышу Саграда Фамилия. Есть кофемашина и положили 4 капсулы кофе, а еще губку, тряпочку для уборки и капсулу для стиральной машинки. Шум от счетчика в комнате и шум от людей на улице. Не было воды питьевой в номере, а мы приехали поздно ночью и не смогли купить, зато было вино, но мы не пьем. Не убираются в номере и не меняют полотенца, поэтому 5 дней старались не испачкать сильно все. Не было соли, масла, сахара базово для готовки, и пришлось покупать полноразмерные и потом оставлять просто в номере.

• Elisabetta (7/5): - la posizione era comodissima a raggiungere la Sagrada Famiglia e quindi anche la metro. Comoda a metropolitana, caffetterie, supermercati, farmacia. Utile la presenza della lavatrice/asciugatrice. Carino trovare un kit di benvenuto (cialde caffè, cioccolatino e bottiglia di vino. Molto ultile anche il kit pulizia. La camera da letto affaccia in una strada molto trafficata di giorno, ma le finestre isolano molto bene dal rumore del traffico. l'unica pecca era un odore poco gradevole ogni votla che si rientrava nell'appartamento, non siamo riusciti a capire da dove provenisse, fortunatamente solo nella zona cucina. Abbiamo posto rimedio acquistando un deodorante ambiente ma magari suggerirei di approfondire la cosa in sede di pulizie dell'appartamento. Doteri l'appartamento di qualche strifinaccio (noi avevamo portato da casa i nostri per esperienza) e qualche tovaglietta per la colazione/pranzo
• Juan Marcos (8/5): - La ubicación Primero, para el pago de las tasas municipales y seguro por daños utilizan una página que genera desconfianza, y no sé puede pagar en efectivo porque nadie te recibe al llegar, es todo check in online, por lo que se les dificultó muchísimo a mis padres todo el trámite. Cabe aclarar que mi padre tuvo que ir en taxi a las oficinas del hospedaje a pagar las tasas y el seguro, que yo ya había logrado pagarles desde Argentina, duplicando el pago que se podría haber evitado con solo chequear (luego me lo reintegraron, pero se podría haber evitado y agilizado todo si hubiera habido buena predisposición). El baño era demasiado pequeño e incómodo. La cama muy pequeña también.

• Wayne (8/5): - The access to the property for us was horrendous. We arrived from Australia after a 24 hour flights and without European internet connectivity. Our entry codes were sent to our Australian internet connection after our departure from Australia . Our hosts were pre-advised of this complication and we were "system ignored" Consequently, we were stranded outside the apartment with cases, for 2 hours desperately tired after a 24 hour flight ,but with no access codes. Fortunately, local residents assisted us and the hotel hosts eventually and kindly assisted us. even with the codes, the entry arrangements were not easy to navigate.

• Meijer (8/5): Very good - It’s a nice centrally located apartment. Perfect for a short week stay. It has all the facilities you would need. Small kitchen so you can save money on dining out. Washing machine, tv in the living room and bedroom. There’s a small balcony where you can sit. It’s a five minute walk from sagrada familia and the metro. Staff is quickly available by text and phone and very helpful. There is no reception in the building but everything was well planned. We got a code for the front door and our appartement door. You can also use the elevator with a key or just go up the stairs. We had a small issue with the washing machine but it was fixed within a day. I would recommend this location for a stay in Barcelona. The shower is a bit small but it was fine for a short stay. The building is a bit noisy from the other apartments. You can hear people talking and furniture moving. But nothing a couple earplugs can’t fix

Bed on wheels so kept moving. Missing glasses, no tea towel for drying. Thin walls. Nothing significant but just a little more care would make it excellent.

• Silva (6/5): Great location, but not fantastic value for money and bring earplugs/sleeping mask - Location was excellent, just a few steps from Sagrada familia, close to a lot of nice restaurants (especially latin american ones) and small shops, even for groceries. Having a kitchen allows you to prepare simple meals (the stove is small with two burners). Deposit refund was very fast. Assistance was available even when calling later at night (could not turn off one of the lights) There is a small terrace on the roof where you can have a meal with a nice view over the Sagrada familia, which was very nice. We were attending an event nearby so we did not move around very much, but even sights like Casa Battlo are within walking distance and since Bolt/Ubers are relatively inexpensive in Barcelona, it's quite easy to get around even to some places further away. The access system with one code for the front door, another for the room, a key for the lift, a code for the key box for the lift key makes it a quite convoluted system and not very straightforward to use. The room itself was clean, but small and minimalistic, with a view over a wall and there was quite a bit of noise, from the lift (which has a direct entrance to the room), but also doors, people talking, rattling airco, noisy fridge (the last two are right in front/next to the bed), etc, made it hard to have a good night's sleep. Good earplugs are a must if you are disturbed by these things. A lot of light pollution as well, with the lift button blinking bright all night if the lift is on your floor (which it was because the neigbhour on the same floor used it). Also the microwave clock was incredibly bright and had to find a way to cover all those. So in addition to the earplugs you may need a sleeping mask. Showers in the morning had to be very short because the second person may not have warm water as it runs out and you have to wait for quite some time for the boiler to fill up again. At the price of 220€ per night (+ city tax) I was expecting a bit more. Some friends stayed at a new hotel right behind the sagrada familia for less, with much better rooms (although no kitchen, but with breakfast included), I would stay there next time. For a better rate I would consider staying at this location again, but not at the price I paid.

• Cathy (10/5): View to die for and lovely apartment - The one bedroom apartment was great for a stay of six days, very comfortable for two people and brilliant location.. everything was provided for and the facilities including the washing machine easy to use. I read a number of reviews about noise but l have found if you stay in the hub if the tourist centre there will be noise until everyone settles for the night so bring earplugs.. From the rooftop you can see the Sagrada, we enjoyed an afternoon there reading books.. The elevator opening directly into the apartment was unique.. though you do not meet the staff they were very helpful in booking a taxi.. The shower will be difficult for someone above average size but for us no complaints at all..

• Sioned (6/5): Good location, but definitely recommend taking earplugs! - I think it was good value for money and a good location. The walls are very thin, so it was really quite noisy. We didn’t manage to get much sleep the first night as the people above us were talking/shouting. I’d definitely recommend taking earplugs, although I had mine in and I could still hear the noise. It’s also quite noisy in the mornings form 8am with cleaners etc using the lifts/communal spaces, so perhaps not the best place if you want a good sleep!
• Guilherme (7/5): Good - The best part of this stay was the location—just a couple of blocks from Sagrada Familia, making it easy to explore the area. The stay felt underwhelming for the price. Hot water was limited, and essentials like shampoo and toilet paper ran out by the third day. The beds and linens were not very comfortable, and the overall decor was quite basic. It felt more like a budget stay despite the high rates. Wouldn't recommend unless the price better matched the experience.
• François (5/5): Not what they promise - Ok. The aparthotel is called "Hotel Uma Suites". What one doesn't expect here is that these are basically apartments which let through absolutely any noise. Literally every single noise: someone sneezing, drying their hair, couples fighting, children crying, the elevator being used, just anything. And I'm usually not a light sleeper. The balcony was not towards the street, but interior. Literally towards a wall. There was no information regarding that. Also, it was freezing in there, despite of trying to warm the apartment up. Also, there was no dishwasher.
• Raluca (5/5): not very attentive to clients - good location i stayed for 6 days and I had to buy toilet paper. the towels were just 4 so not enough for 6 days. no tissues in the kitchen. i could hear the next door clients sneezing, so pretty much everything. there was a plastic cupboard that was so cheap that I wouldn't use in my backyard. nobody asks if you need anything. poor customer service and the furniture very cheap. the lift door gets you right into the room, which is unusual and very very cold wall in the winter.

• Siu (7/5): Good - location is good and convenient for walking distance. no housekeep for 5 days stay even no toilet paper replenishment is not a proper service, last 2 days without lift service that our lugguages are too heavy from 3rd floor for check out while we are elderly people. The management should take immediate solution for aforesaid.
• Crawford (8/5): Would stay there again - The location was great. It was quiet. Very clean. Really like the ease of access using an App! The availability of a toaster, Nesspresso machine, and kettle was very nice. Thank to the host for providing a bottle of wine. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all our luggage up 83 steps (4 trips). It was repaired two days later. The previous occupants left the lock box for the keys unlocked. They also locked the safe open so we had to wait a few days for that to be fixed. This isn’t the hosts fault, but should have been checked before we arrived.

• Sherzod (4/5): Disappointing - Well, location is nice and check in is smooth. Those are the only pros. Cons: WiFi password is not available anywhere, I had to call you, calling sometimes might be on roaming and it might get expensive. On a phone call you told me that WiFi password was sent through email, that is either a lie or it got lost within dozens of emails you kept sending asking me to book a taxi with you. I don’t see why you can’t just print WiFi password in room Rooms are not what I have seen on a booking listing - you put there all of your best units, but we ended up with garden floor unit, with no balcony, even though photos on booking showed several beautiful balconies Elevator in room is pretty much useless - you can go to the roof, but getting back to the room seems impossible - you need a key. And we couldn’t figure out where the key is and didn’t want to call you yet again. Those things should be straightforward. I don’t see why you can’t put in sponge to wash dishes, few laundry pods and trash bags. Those things cost cents but very useful

The kitchen equipment was limited. There could have been some boards for cutting, a teapot and also a dustpan and brush.

Amazing location a couple of minute's walk from the Segrada. No left luggage on site. Well equipped but no tea towels. Hassle to enter and leave because of all the door codes, but we understand security is important.
