• Jenny (10/5): This is one of my go-to spots! High recommend when staying in Toronto. Thank you so much! - I travel to Toronto very often, and this is by far one of the most comfortable and convenient places I’ve stayed. The condo is modern, spotless, and very well set up for both short and longer visits. The location couldn’t be better, just a 5-minute walk to the Eaton Centre and Dundas subway station, with endless food options right around the building. The host was extremely communicative and responsive, always quick to answer questions and make sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Their attentiveness really sets this place apart. I also appreciated the little touches, bottled water, snacks, and even essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. As for the air conditioning, I honestly don’t know what other guests were referring to in their comments, it worked perfectly during my stay. The condo was consistently at a comfortable 22°C (70°F) with no issues at all.

Es war vollständig ausgestattet von Bettwäsche, über Handtüchern, Pflege Produkten, Küchenequipement, Toilettenpapier und co! Darüber hinaus waren sogar Snacks und Getränke bereitgestellt - wunschlos glücklich! Bei Fragen oder Unsicherheiten stand uns der Vermieter jederzeit zur Verfügung und reagierte prompt auf Mitteilungen. Überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Kontakt! Er half uns auch dabei am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis Abend sicher zu verwahren. Wir würden das nächste Mal wieder dort übernachten. Die Lage, der Preis, die Erreichbarkeit von allen zentralen Punkten, Großartig: Danke dafür!
• Kate (8/5): - This place scores high for the following reasons: prompt and respectful communication from Tarique; felt like he cared about what I needed; for the 8th floor of downtown Toronto, it was so quiet; the bed was super comfortable; shower pressure was awesome as was the deep bathtub if you enjoy a good bath; appreciated the extra tissue paper, bath and hand towels, paper towels, etc. on hand. Also loved having the extra blanket at night. The windows are west facing so the evening light is super sweet. I felt like I had a much needed quiet and private oasis to restore myself after busy days in the city. The kitchen has the basics. It was great to be able to cook my own food. If you enjoy walking, it's pleasant to make your way on foot to St Lawrence Market where you can find the yummiest foods - either prepared or fresh items to cook back at the condo. The location was fantastic for my needs. I grew up in Toronto and enjoy walking around this beautiful city when I visit. Tarique's place really made me feel like I was home again. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open yet. This wasn't clear to me when I booked the place and it was one of the main reasons I chose it. So be sure to ask first if this is important to you.

• Jarrett (10/5): Nothing was spared to curate comfort - Anything hygienic you needed was available, including laundry detergent there was a fan in the bedroom. I cannot think of anything that could’ve been in the apartment to make my stay more comfortable and pleasant. There was a convenient pay-to-park garage beneath the building. Location was adequate for my tourism purposes I used uber and didn’t pay more than $13usd for an Uber to Roger centre or CN Tower. This location was centered to all I wanted to see from the pier, to Toronto islands to CN tower it was a quick and cheap uber ride to it all. The key box on its side could be more decorated to quicker identify it. The entry into the building didn’t open from the outside and the fob didn’t make it open I presume it was locked from outside access and needed the doorman but I got in by people leaving the building Not all elevators stop at the eighth floor where the unit is

Would love to stay again 🌸 Nothing really, the stay was perfect and the owner is really helpful and always available for support 🙏
• Margaux (3/5): À éviter absolument au vue du prix - Emplacement très central Appartement lumineux Matelas confortable Beaucoup de choses ne vont pas ici ! Le prix est très cher pour manquer de beaucoup de prestations. - Le lit est un 140 très petit ! On ne tient pas à deux. - la table de salon est que pour 2 personnes il aurait fallu un bar ouvert des deux côtés pour mettre 4 chaises car l’appartement se loue pour 3 … - la TV ne se tourne pas mais c’est pas très grave - la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer (terrasse sale, vitres non nettoyées, sol juste balayé, placard avec détritus et carrelage restant, balais pleins de cheveux) - les meubles sont de très mauvaises qualités, cassés dans la SDB - le jet de la douche ne se règle pas c’est pire que les chutes du Niagara pas du tout ecolo - une seule table de nuit - lampe pas pratique - rideaux non fixés jusqu’au bout donc ils ne servent à rien jour complet à 6h30 - vaisselle sale et mal rangée (les casseroles étaient dans le four ……). Pas assez de vaisselle donc obligé de mettre le lave vaisselle à chaque repas

• Alfredo (10/5): Espectacular - El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable: lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera, implementos de cocina, etc, etc. Una muy buen ubicación. Se podía llegar caminando a casi todos los lugares más turísticos. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables. Como mi vuelo era a la noche, ese día me tuvieron las valijas hasta que las pasé a buscar sin inconvenientes.

La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario, las camas muy cómodas, el baño amplio. Podríamos her disfrutado más e la terraza si dispusiese de una pequeña mesa y sillas. Muy recomendable.

• Francesc (2/5): APARTAMENTO ABSOLUTAMENTE DESACONSEJABLE - Lo único aceptable, además de la limpieza, es la ubicación, a pesar de que es mejor la zona oeste que la este. En cuanto al resto, DESACONSEJO totalmente alquilar este apartamento. Había 2 sillas para 3 personas, más una silla de oficina muy incómoda. El espacio era muy pequeño, y al abrir el sofá cama, ya no quedaba sitio donde sentarse, por lo que cuando entrabas en el apartamento, solo se estaba cómodo en la cama. Cuando llegamos, la temperatura era bastante fría, y resultó imposible conseguir que dejara de salir aire frío por las rejillas, hasta el punto que tuvimos que taparlas como pudimos y aún así, desayunábamos con jersey. Tras pedir una solución a la propiedad, no nos dio solución alguna para poder parar la salida de aire frío. Todas estas "comodidades" nos costaron 1000 CAD por 3 noches. Sinceramente, NO MERECE LA PENA alquilar este apartamento en esas condiciones y precio.

• John (8/5): Great location at a modern building - -Communication with owner/manager was incredibly fast and always satisfying. -Great location. Very close to St. Lawrence market and public transportation (bus and tram way). Walking distance to bay and CN tower. -Modern buiding. Very clean towels and linen. -It was great to have washing machine and tumble dryer. -Good noise soundproofing between rooms. -Some small cleaning issues, like a few hairs at the bathroom floor. -The fact of only having one set of keys cause us some trouble. -Air conditioning thermostate didn't work, no matter the temperature set. Neither work trying to turn it off. We had to turn off power breakers.

Host was very communicative, accommodating, and helped with our needs. The AC was not working. It was very cold and while the host did try to help and had blankets stocked, nothing could be done. We ultimately think we got sick from it because of how frigid it was inside and then hot outside. I believe another reviewer noted this AC issue too.

• Boglárka (6/5): Pleasant - It was in the city center and we could go anywhere quickly. There was very dark because several light bulbs are burned out. We couldn’t turn off the air conditioner so it was very cold. There wasn’t any frying pan so we couldn’t cook or bake.
• Benoit (1/5): Horrendous. - Property was clean. Had to search through 100+ locks to gain access to the property. Gained access to the condo, it was 79 degrees in the unit. AC did not work. Was told by staff that I would need to contact the owner (which I had already done) and that I would need to email maintenance, and also deal with a contractor to have the AC fixed. This was after 9pm & was suppose to be rented for two days. I was there for work, and truly, dealing with maintenance and contractors is not my job. I contacted the owner asking for a refund as I did not end up staying at the properly (I was in and out within 3ish hours because the heat was completely unbearable and the staff was telling me I needed to sort the problem out.) the owner notified me that I would have to request a refund through booking.com. I contacted customer service and have received NOTHING. $700 gone for NOTHING. 10/10 horrendous. Never again.

• Linshuo (10/5): Exceptional - Beside the truly stylish furnishing and friendly condo management, the owner had been exceptionally helpful. Location is very convenient, in fact I'd say better than on Yonge/Bay as they can get noisy, whereas this one has the Dundas streetcar stop right downstairs and takes less than 5 minutes to get to Dundas Station. Nothing really to complain.

• Rhonda (8/5): Peaceful, cozy, and well functioning retreat in the heart of Downtown Toronto. - It was so nice to have a safe place at the end of my day. Toronto can become overwhelming if you are not familiar with the subway vs train vs TTC to get around. Thankfully Stylish Stay Toronto Oasis was easily accessible from all routes of transportation and major attractions. After a long day of travel it would be amazing if there were a few snacks on hand in the fridge or pantry. I appreciate the coffee creamer, pretty sure that's what kept me alive after hours of travel and walking! LOL I would happily pay for instant soup (raman noodle bowls), trail mix, chips, pop, etc. Just an idea based on my personal experience, but did not change my opinion of the place.

• Sally (10/5): The ideal location for a stay close to the city! - This wonderful property is located so conveniently in the city, close to plenty of shops, a Starbucks next door(!), public transport and it's so easy to walk around the area too! Tarique very kindly arranged an early check-in for me also, which was extremely kind and helpful and the instructions on finding the property and securing the key from inside the building were so useful. It's a beautiful condo, extremely clean, cosy, and the most comfortable bed! You'll love your stay here. My only one suggestion would be an upgrade to the curtains. As someone who likes full black out, they didn't quite close properly and cover the windows fully, so this would be my only comment to make here.
