• Marietta (8/5): Great place to stay in Rome. Great for a small family - Room was spacious, comfortable with a range of appliances. Great for families. Location was perfect, right in the centre and walkable to all attractions. At times the fridge could be a little loud, but other than that everything was great.

• Charla (10/5): Excellent location near Pantheon - No stairs! - 1st floor property just steps from Pantheon! Amazing location, easy access & high level of security to enter apt. Very roomy! Great shower & towels! Fridge & small kitchen area. Good lighting. Not necessarily negative, but you do have to unlock a gate & then the door to get in. Be sure to step over the gate base or you will trip! Also with the big windows along the door, it is hard to cover them with drapes when leaving. Too me the bed was rather hard but my husband thought it was fine!

The location was superb with many good shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the Pantheon which was a bonus. The gifts left in the fridge for us were much appreciated.
• Margaret (10/5): A cozy getaway in the heart of Rome. - The location, the furnishings, the equipment in the kitchen, the cleanliness … it was a cozy little space in the middle of some of the most historic monuments in the world. Would definitely come back. Need coasters for beverages. Didn’t want to leave cup/glass rings on surfaces so we used saucers.

Only found this on the first night the resident upstairs was very loud and sounded like moving furniture around all night. But heard nothing the night after.

• Katsiaryna (9/5): Superb - The apartments are located in the best possible location :) it is really very convenient to get to anywhere from here and enjoy the splendid city of Rome by the way. Moreover, all the needed facilities like shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants are also nearby. The apartments have all you may need, like kitchen equipment, hair dryer and so on. The host is very hospitable and makes you happy with very delicious welcome desserts (by the way they look like self-made 🤤) He is always in touch and ready to do everything for your comfortable stay. I highly recommend to stay at Casa Annamaria!
• Green (7/5): Centrally located with easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. - The apartment itself is lovely and very well appointed and equipped - only missing a full length mirror. The location is very central making it easy to access all tourist attractions. The lack of insulation/sound proofing between this apartment and the upstairs neighbour made it noisy at times. This was mentioned to the owner and he intends to resolve this issue.
