Karl (7/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer großen Dachterrasse, die im Sommer bestimmt gut zu nutzen ist. Man sieht das Meer und die Berge. Ruhige Lage und sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung zum Strand und in die Innenstadt. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, vieles ist alt und manches etwas schmuddelig. Die große Schiebetür zur Terrasse schließt nicht mehr richtig. Wir hatten die Tage viel Wind und es hat sehr in der Wohnung gezogen.In der Küche war die Ausstattung gut aber es gab auch Defizite, z.B. nur eine Tasse für Kaffee oder Tee. Wir haben einige Probleme der Hausverwaltung melden müssen. Rückmeldungen waren leider überschaubar. Schade, eine sehr schöne Wohnung, aber hier müsste einiges zur Verbesserung getan werden.
