• Mustapha Reda (9/5): Nous recommandons cet établissement pour passer un super séjour en famille :) - Le personnel est super agréable, disponible et toujours à l'écoute pour satisfaire les moindres demandes. Le village est bien équipé, notamment pour des enfants en bas âge (tyrolienne, jardin avec jeux, mini golf, terrain tennis, basket et foot, espace jeu d'arcade, piscine avec toboggans, etc...) La chambre est top, bien équipé et la literie est agréable (les lits bébé sont aussi top avec de vrais matelas) La restauration, bien que ce soit en mode buffet, est assez variée. Et le gros plus : le personnel de cuisine super agréable et à disposition. L'absence de parking dédié à la résidence Les chambres manquent légèrement d'insonorité (on pouvait entre le voisin ronfler)
• Christian (8/5): Sehr nette und familienfreundliche Anlage, welche jedoch nicht zu groß war. Etwas Auffrischung/Update der Zimmer wär - Lage, Anlage, Personal, Essen Zimmer sind etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, mindestens eine Kaffeemaschine sollte in der Grundausstattung inbegriffen sein. Nach dem Kinderunterhaltungsprogramm gab es keine Möglichkeit mehr, um an einer Location (z.B. der Bar am Pool) noch etwas sitzen zu können. In unserem Fall sehr lästig und störend: die Key-Card musste mindestens 2-3 mal am Tag an der Rezeption resetted werden, weil sie nicht mehr funktionierte. Dieses Thema begleitete uns trotz aller Maßnahmen (Karte nicht in der selben Tasche wie das Handy etc) leider durch unseren gesamten Urlaub.

Le personnel adorable La chambre n’était pas insonorisé,une horreur !! impossible de s’endormir avant 23h et réveillé vers 6h par des enfants levé tôt. Nous étions avec nos enfants et ça a été très compliquée pour dormir et récupérer des journées.

La tranquillité des lieux a fait que notre séjour a été reposant. Nourriture très bonne. Le verre de Cava offert à la réception lors de notre arrivée a été très appréciable. La qualité des vins. Sauf le verre de Cava lors de l'accueil 😁 qui était très bon.

• Lisa (9/5): - Das Hotel ist super für Familien mit Kindern. Uns hat als Familie nichts gefehlt. Es gab Plastikgeschirr beim Essen, Sand- und Schwimmspielsachen zum Ausleihen. Man konnte das Essen mit aufs Zimmer nehmen, falls man mehr Ruhe gebraucht hat. Es gibt einen Kinderpool(relativ kühl), einen Spielplatz, Kinderanimation und einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Alles ideal. Unser Zimmer lag auf der Außenseite des Hotels. Dadurch haben wir am Abend die Musik des eigenen Hotels gehört und auch die Musik der anderen Hotels. Das war an einigen Abenden sehr laut.

• Tom (9/5): Amazing staff and beautiful beach! - The location was superb. Literally 30 seconds away from one of the most beautiful beaches. The food and drinks were great. The activities team and the rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal. So friendly and always smiling. They helped make the experience so great. For the price, I would have liked more comfortable beds and furniture.

• Evelyn (9/5): Hotel mit toller Lage, besonders geeignet für Urlaub mit Kindern - Unglaublich freundliches und gut gelauntes Personal, wie ich es selten erlebt habt! Wirklich tolle Lage an der schönen Bucht. Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Das Essen hat uns vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Anlage ist ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern: Aktion, Spiel und Spaß für Jung und Alt von früh bis spät. Netter Spaziergang entlang der Bucht möglich. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein und wenig komfortabel. Vor allem mit Kind(er) relativ beengt. Auch das Buffet / die Terrasse waren für die Anzahl an Personen im Hotel nicht zu groß. Wir haben versucht, bei den Essenszeiten „gegen den Strom“ zu schwimmen, um dem größten Trubel etwas auszuweichen. Nur als Hinweis: Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier (in der Hochsaison) nicht richtig.

• Liliana (10/5): Muito boa localização e envolvente. Bela escolha para ir com crianças ou mesmo com m casal. - Localização. Espaços exteriores, envolvente na natureza, rodeado de verde e da praia e mar. Comida boa e muito variada, incluindo comida simples apropriada para crianças. Hotel muito bem preparado para bebés e crianças, com piscinas e brinquedos. Preocupação com sustentabilidade. Animação interessante durante todo o dia. Óptimo para ir com crianças e eventualmente para casais na vertente da natureza. O quarto poderia ser um pouco mais confortável. Pagámos vista mar, mas era muito reduzida, só se via o mar a partir do pátio exterior e meio de lado. A vista de jardim, ainda assim, era agradável. Para quem quiser uma piscina mais relaxada, acaba por não ser a melhor opção, tendo em conta que há muitas crianças cheias de energia.
• Pascal (7/5): Nach einem sehr holprigen Start, Ferien geglückt - Das Management hat ab unserem 3. Ferientag Einfluss in die Abläufe und die Dienstleistungen der Küche, des Service und des allgemeinen Betriebes genommen. Vom Checkin bis Tag 3/10 hatten wir das Gefühl, der Betrieb wäre misserabel geführt. Sobald die zwei Herren von Iberostar anwesend waren, herschte eine massiv höhere Dienstleistungsmentalität als zuvor. - Einiges Renovationsfällig - Die Lautstärke des Abendprogramm war dermasen Laut, dass unser Kind (1J) kaum vor 22:30 Uhr schlafen konnte. Folglich die Isolation oder Fenster der Zimmer könnten mal unter die Lupe genommen werden. Dass das gegenüberliegende Hotel ihre Bühne und ihre Abendunterhaltung direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite hatte, machte es leider nicht einfacher.

• Boni (9/5): Mooi gelegen hotel met verrassend lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel - Zeer vriendelijk personeel (heel persoonlijk en altijd attent / meedenkend), verrassend lekker buffet ontbijt (veel vers fruit en eieren) & diner (verse oesters, kreeft, sushi), fijne grote kamer (deluxe suite), mooi gelegen naast zee/rotsen, kamer wordt elke dag grondig schoongemaakt en opgemaakt, heerlijk zwembad voor kinderen en leuke animatie. In de kamers zijn zaken echt aan vervanging toe, zoals: de bedden kraken ontzettend, douche scherm is kapot/lekt, airco maakt irritant geluid en koelt slecht. Verder, andere gasten (al is dat het hotel niet aan te rekenen): omdat er ook all-inclusive aangeboden wordt, trekt dat bepaald publiek aan. Dat kan je overigens prima ontlopen door bij het ontbijt of diner lekker buiten op een rustige plek te gaan zitten. Ook bij het zwembad kan je een rustige plek zoeken onder de palmbomen.

Animation, kids club and evening shows were high quality! They provide free filtered water taps throughout the hotel. The floors in the rooms were a bit worn out and could use a do-over. The breakfast/diner room can get very crowded and loud, making breakfast and dinner less enjoyable relaxing moments than I would like to during my vacation. Finally, although they provide free water throughout the hotel, they do charge you for water during dinner if you are a half-board guest. I find this very odd

• Robert (5/5): Too many people in a small area, too small a pool, too expensive for no reason. - Quality of the hotel is OK, rooms are nice. The hotel is crowded, there are three buildings surrounding a not very big swimming pool. There is absolutely no way to find a quiet place to rest. One restaurant full of guests. Guests are 95% German with children. The hotel has a rather stiff atmosphere. Other Iberostar hotels like Cala Barca (next to Mondrago Parc) or Iberostar Albufera Parc are much better in terms of infrastructure, space and family multicultural atmosphere. We were disappointed: family 2+2 after three days we changed the hotel to another. Overpriced, 20-30% more expensive than other similar Iberostars. This is probably due to TUI guests.In addition, we had a room where the bedroom faced the street. Too many people in a small area.

• Doris (10/5): Excellent - Everything was perfect, food was really on a high level for self service, the rooms are spacious and clean, all staff is friendly and ready to help. Perfect for families!
• Adi (4/5): Disappointing hotel - The staff was nice, helpful and they spoke good English. The food was bad. Really bad. No matter if it was breakfast or dinner.
• Remi (8/5): Overall, great. - Overall, location was fantastic, staff was great and very pleasant. The food was good and activities much appreciated. Overall a very good stay, good value for price, definitely recommend. Room size, always too small but for price that is understandable. Quality of bedding is good for the actual bed, disappointing for couch-beds.
