Aircond no function also I try to contact the person in charge , they are not responding about this issue and keep seen my WhatsApp I can’t tahan anymore , so I just check out rent an other place

• Goh (4/5): Poor condition and experience - Quick response from staff eg replace remote control battery, refill empty freshener, change pillow. Air conditioners, hair dryer and kettle are workerable. Below my expectations, the house design looks good but the room facility is terrible especially the bedsheets, comforter and pillows, all yellowish with stains and dust. The bed is sinking. Dining chairs are shaking. Floors are sticky. Our 👣 are in black.Cigarettes smell in the room. We booked a 2 night stay but unable to cancel even due to poor condition. With no choice, we bought one time off disposable bedsheets and pillows case from KKV otherwise totally cannot sleep. Very bad experience and the great reviews from visitors are in doubt or I'm not in luck. Management should look into these issues seriously by improving the hygiene problem. Unfortunately it really spoiled our holiday mood.

• Odie_Ajaa (6/5): Just fine, and not gonna repeat - Very limited communication from host. but the person in charge is helpful. room is not similar as what it advertised, we feel like we being scammed. the interior design of the homestay is plain, not looking as beautiful as the pictures on the website.
• OlechkaHelga (3/5): Не рекомендую 2* - Кондо красивый! Рядом недорогой маркет. Рядом есть метро. Мы бронировали красивые, современные апартаменты. Апартаменты в которые нас заселили не соответствовали указанным фото на booking. Апартаменты и мебель очень грязные. Пришлось все самим отмывать, потому что жили месяц. Локация кондо неудобная, такси ждать долго, пешком особо сходить некуда, кроме рядом огромного маркета. Отменять бронь не хотелось, потому что не хотели искать другие, все уставшие были-они этим и пользуются. Не рекомендую этот апарт-отель.

It was very upsetting that this type of operator is swindling travellers by faking available premises that they cannot deliver.

Have to use different elevator between parking lot & the stay Facilities in the house quite poor, no bowl, no mugs, the juga kettle is out of service, the dish wash & shower cream use the very cheap one🙃🙃🙃

• syamim (1/5): CHEAP BUT FILTHY WITH BEDBUGS - Location is okay The house reeks from cigarette smell, even the curtain smells cigarette!!My kids is asthmatic and her health condition is bad after breathing in this house!The floor is sticky and the worst part of the house is the HOUSE IS INFECTED WITH BEDBUGS!!!All of us are itchy and couldn't sleep. There was also cockroaches in the room and bathroom. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We stayed at C2-21-02. THE WORST PLACE AND DECISION EVER!

Ситуация с управляющим, который испортил окончательно впечатление о данном месте… Не веди - - Состояние номера: • Очень старый, уставший ремонт • Грязно при заселении. Жирная губка для посуды, грязь по углам, посуду пришлось ВСЮ !!! Перемывать .. пригоревшая плита , пятна на столешнице. Полотенца пахнут сыростью. • Кухонная посуда в плохом состоянии, особенно сковородка. • Мебель в номере совсем не соответствует фотографиям на сайте. • Подушки были с плесенью — заменили только после звонка (но к счастью замена заняла менее 30 минут). Заселение и условия: • Заселились в 23:30, отменить бронь было уже невозможно — оплата удержана через booking Пришлось остаться, несмотря на неподходящие условия😔 Управляющий и сервис: • Управляющий — очень глупый и максимально ухудшающий ситуацию с проживанием. То не отвечает по долгу, то буквально мучает текстом и звонками/ визитами Абсолютно неудобный в общении! • Мы заранее предупредили, что нам нужно продление, так как вечерний рейс и хотелось выспаться. • Вместо спокойного продления — постоянные визиты и сообщения. • Несмотря на то, что номер после нас был свободен, за каждый час после 11:00 пришлось доплачивать по 30 MYR — в сумме вышло дороже ‼️, чем за доп. сутки. ( хотели просто взять + 1 сутки, но нам предложили выселиться в 11:00 и заехать ‼️в наш же номер без уборки‼️с 15:00🙈 • Из-за бесконечных вмешательств нормально отдохнуть не удалось.. • Такое отношение — это уверенные 0 звёзд за сервис!!! Территория и удобства: • Бассейн и общие зоны переполнены местными жителями — реальный отдых невозможен. Людей много, купаются в одежде, много детей, очень шумно. • Карточку от лифта на второго человека не выдали ➖ Локация: • Средняя, на 3/5 • Из плюсов — рядом торговый центр.
