• Hesse (1/5): It sucked - Booking said i could book without paying in advance, which i did at the last minute, we had a 2 hour drive to the booking property location, all the while i was calling and leaving messages with the property owner, she NEVER responded, i had started calling at 1 pm check in was at 4. So we show up at the apartment building at 3 pm with 4 pieces of luggage and NO COMMUNICATION! Fortunately the portero put our luggage in a safe location and we went to eat. Finally after NUMEROUS attempts to communicate we gave up and walked down the street to a local hotel. Later we got a message on Booking that the owner had canceled due to non payment, we had cash and also i could have paid online had we been communicated with! This was a non cancelable reservation, had we not shown up or canceled for any reason i would have had to pay for the night, i feel that i am due a sum of money from booking equal to the cost for this apt. I do want to point out some things for Booking to consider: 1) as far as i know it is impossible to get Booking on the phone in a situation like this, which is UNACCEPTABLE! 2) you have competition that provides much better customer service 3) we subsequently booked (through a different service) a room for the remainder of our stay for 1200.00. Booking has become my absolutely last resort for a room. I do travel for work, and have used Booking quite frequently. This has become a “used to” based on this experience. I am pissed that my wife and I were stranded with no communications at all from booking, even though messages were sent through “help” on the app

• Stephanie (2/5): It was not a great experience. The place has old furniture and old looking. It’s sad because the apartment is in a great - the location is great and the views from the balcony are amazing. the facility only provided 2 towels when there was 4 adults and 2 children with us. extra trash bags were not given. No curtesy dish soap or hand soap provided. there were no shower heads in any of the bathrooms with showers just a metal poll sticking out. The window in one bedroom did not close.
• Denise (7/5): location is great, view is awesome but apartment need to be updated to have the ultimate wonderful experience - location is amazing the apartment is out dated. beds hard!!
