• Jeffrey (5/5): Ok for group travel/family on a budget - Location was ok. Whole apartment for yourselves. No lift for luggage. Apartment is old and not well maintained.

We were charged the price for 4 people but only provided 2 towels. There was no mattress in the crib for the baby.

• Medet (3/5): It can be an option if you stay for short time to take survey nearest castle. - It was an option for stay for one night. Unfortunately there was no internet while our stay, and there is no small groceries around the place to buy some food.
• Susan (8/5): Great location, great view, great value! - Good instructions! A slightly better pictures of the right parking spot. But the confirmation that I was in the right place came quickly so no problem at all!

• Melanie (1/5): Absolute nightmare - last minute cancellation by property manager - The property manager contacted us the night before a 2-night stay we booked weeks in advance to let us know we couldn’t stay the second night because they made a mistake and the owner intended to use the property. It was a nightmare! Terrible management and no accountability. We were left in the lurch and forced to find alternative accommodations at a higher cost all because of incompetent property management who, instead of honouring the booking commitment, cancelled in order to free up the apartment for the owner.

• Detlef (8/5): Very good - Excellent and timely communication with friendly host, balcony with great view, short distance to lake, availability of washing machine, possibility to extend the stay Parking a car can be a challenge
• Jayant (2/5): Very poor - The view from apartment is as shown on the website. It is very hard to find the location as it is showing wrong on your map. The address is also incomplete and at the last moment we get the right address. The place is not very convenient for travelling with family. There are no lights in the lift lobby area so looks a bit scary for kids. Not recommendable if travelling with family for holidays.
