• Lyubomira (7/5): Nice and spacious apartment in central Sofia - The property was very clean and spacious, and in a very central location. It’s ground floor which was great for us as we were with a buggy and a toddler. It also has a small outdoor area for a coffee. I think with a few small tweaks this place can be amazing! For us, the automatic light in the hallway and the creaking bedroom door were far from ideal as we kept on waking up every time one of us had to use the bathroom. The bathroom also needs a little love, the sink tab feels like it might fall any moment and the boiler was leaking.

• Nevyana (8/5): - Nice apartment. Instructions were very clear and it was easy to find. Very accessible and attractive location. Lots of nice places to eat and things to do nearby. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It had no windows, which I found rather depressing, but all in all, it was a great experience.

Изкъртен контакт, едната лампа счупена и висящо стъкленото отлепено тяло, липсващо дистанционно на единия телевизор, известих собственика в чата на booking, но не ме отрази. Двата телевизора като ги включихме бяха на порно канали оставени, добре че бързо реагирах и дребния не видя нищо, че щяха да последват неудобни въпроси - редно е след напускане на гости да проверяват каналите на които са оставени телевизорите или поне да им сложат парола.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a great view from the balcony. Some bottles of water and capsules for the coffee machine were also provided. Some of the sockets weren’t installed well, the boiler was dripping, and there was a faint smell of cigarettes in the kitchen area.

Nie otrzymaliśmy informacji o tym żeby łączyć korki (był wyłączony) aby boiler się włączył i przez pierwszy dzień nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody.

• Maria Eugenia (9/5): Apartamento práctico con muy buena ubicación - El apartamento tiene una muy buena ubicación, en el centro a 10-15 minutos andando de los lugares más turísticos, sin necesidad de coger metro ni bus. Pero si lo necesitas, pasan autobuses y tranvías, y el metro está muy cerca. También está muy cerca del Mercado Central (ahora es un supermercado) donde poder comprar para cocinar y comer en el apartamento. En general tiene lo esencial para pasar un fin de semana. Poder hacer auto check-in nos facilitó la entrada porque nuestro avión llegaba bastante tarde. Las instrucciones con fotos para poder acceder a las llaves fueron muy útiles. Eché de menos la mampara de la ducha (sólo tiene en el lateral y no de frente) porque se sale el agua por el baño (y no había fregona ni nada para empujar el agua hacia la rejilla), pero por lo que veo es habitual en Sofia/Bulgaria. Necesita alguna pequeña reparación pero que no nos molestó por el poco tiempo que pasamos en el apartamento (el aire de la sala no funcionaba, y la caldera del baño goteaba)

• Hristina (10/5): Отлично място за настаняване на семейство или малка група! - Перфектна локация, безупречно чисто, просторно. Паркинг с бариера, оборудвана кухня, кафе машина с капсули. Допускат се домашни любимци, ние пътувахме с нашето пуделче. Въпреки, че престоят ни беше в началото на март, апартаментът беше много топъл, не сме използвали климатика. Дружелюбен и отзивчив хост. Нищо не липсваше в апартамента, всичко беше идеално.

• Ivo (10/5): Чудесно местоположение и чистота в апартамента! - Всичко беше страхотно! Любезни домакини, лесен достъп до паркомястото, чисто и подредено. Има необходимите условия за престой, дори за няколко дни. Спалнята беше удобна, кухнята е оборудвана, като двата климатика също са чудесен бонус. Благодарим на домакините. Локацията е перфектна, на 5 минути от Ларгото, ЦУМ и на около 10 минути пеша от Витошка. Има банкомати, супермаркети в района. Със сигурност бихме се върнали отново!

El baño no tiene cristal o cortina y sale un poco de agua al bañarse, pero con poner una toalla en el piso basta, igualmente te dejan muchas toallas, así que no hay problema con eso

Во дворе есть стоянка для автомобилей. (что нам было очень удобно). В комнатах было тепло (мы были в декабре), кухня оборудованиа всем необходимым. По телевизору нашли украинские каналы. (что очень приятно). В первой комнате был тусклый свет.(для нас был тусклый). Мы поменяли лампы со спальни.

• Nicusor (8/5): Apartament excelent dar grija cu parcare ca tin locurile ocupate pentru ei - Locatia si apartamentul in general Trebuie avut grija deoarece sunt 5 apartamente la acea locatie si doar vreo 3 locuri de parcare. Este un agent care se ocupa de închiriere si incearca sa te minta ca locurile de parcare din curte nu pot fi folosite din diverse motive, ei tin locurile ocupate probabil pentru ei si apropiați fiind in centru. Si caute diverse motive sa te trimita sa parchezi pe strada pe lucrile de la primarie unde ca turist nu poti platii deoarece trebuie numar de telefon de Bulgaria. Noi am reusit sa intram si sa parcam pana la urma in curte deoarece am facut scandal si i-am amenintat ca nu respecta condiții care le au trecute in anunt.

• Alberto (8/5): Apartamento renovado , funcional y muy bien ubicado!! - Ubicación genial, cerca de la zona centro y con cafeterías y supermercados cercanos. Apartamento amplio y recién renovado, con todo lo indispensable para pasar unos días. Hay cafetera de capsulas y hervidor de agua a disposición. Los colchones de las camas son de espuma y tienen bastante uso, por lo que creo que deberían cambiarse. Uno de los mandos de TV no tenia pilas. La entrada al apartamento es un poco tétrica, aunque creo que la están renovando.

• Inmaculada (9/5): Breve pero bueno. - Muy bien ubicado en pleno centro histórico. Todo muy limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. La ducha tiene mampara, pero pequeña y se sale un poco el agua. Al menos tiene un trocito de mampara. Esta aceptable.

• Lorusso (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto a Sofia - L'appartamento era pulitissimo con tutti i confort, asciugamani, sapone e bagnoschiuma. L'host ci ha fatto trovare anche delle bottigliette d'acqua, caffè e thè. La posizione era eccezionale, vicino alla moschea. Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in. Vicino é presente anche un supermercato e diversi locali. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. Nulla. Se dovessi essere pignola, forse direi, specie se si é in 4, qualche appendino in più per gli asciugamani del bagno.

• Talia (9/5): - Квартира очень простая, вместе с этим есть все что надо: две комнаты, спальня и салон с кухней. Кухня оборудована. Есть плита, стиральная машина, микроволновка, чайник, холодильник, кофеварка и полный набор посуды. Предлагают тебе по приезду две бутылки воды как комплимент от хозяев. Находится в удобном районе недалеко от центра. В квартире есть телевизор с непонятным набором каналов для любителей болгарского телевидения. Поблизости много ресторанов, даже Jazz Club открытый по вечерам. Хозяева на обращения отвечают не сразу, но делают все что надо.

• Mirena (10/5): Definitely worth it for the price and the best location. We would book it again for sure. - Everything was pretty good for our one night stay. The room was done a little later but we were compensated with a parking place for our second car. The coffee machine from pictures was missing. We didn’t find where to get coffee near the apartment. There was an instant coffee, unfortunately we didn’t like it.

• Valex (9/5): - La posizione è fantastica e centrale. Comoda alla metro, ai negozi, a qualche ristorante, vicina ad un sumermercato lidl e alle fontanelle termali per il rifornimento di acqua. I letti sono comodi e la struttura abbastanza pulita e molto silenziosa. Tv in ogni stanza, bollitore, tostapane e macchina per il caffè americano (non per l'espresso in capsule). Riscaldamento con tre pompe di calore, una nella zona giorno e una in ciascuna camera. Bagno piuttosto freddo, non so se ci fosse un riscaldamento a pavimento ma magari spento. Alcune spine con fili elettrici a penzoloni sui muri e un armadio con l anta scardinata che rischiava di cadere.
