• Bine1803 (4/5): Gute Lage, direkt an der U-Bahn, schlechte Ausstattung - Gute, verkehrsgünstige Lage. Bequeme Betten Ausstattung mangelhaft, keine Schränke, bzw. vorhandene Komoden waren mit Bettdecken vollgestopft, zu wenig Steckdosen bzw. behelfsmässige Verlängerungskabel. Heizung funktionierte nicht, Ersatz durch Elektro-Heizkörper. Angegebenes zusätzliches! WC war nur außerhalb des Badezimmers ohne Waschbecken. Im Bad kein WC. Nur 1 Handtuchhalter, Duschtücher mussten wir auf einen klapperigen Wäscheständer hängen. Küche, dafür, dass sie der einzige Aufenthaltsraum war, extrem ungemütlich. Lampe über dem Spiegel im Bad defekt, Teppiche mit Stolperfallen.

• Ilinca (7/5): Good location and nice view - We stayed at the Cozy City Center Apartment, which has a nice layout with two rooms and one bathroom. Since the building is older, the bathroom is divided into two separate spaces—one with the toilet and another with the shower and sink. The building itself has charm, and the location is excellent. On the positive side, the location is extremely convenient, with the U6 underground station right in front of the building, which is a major plus for staying here. Overall, the apartment has potential thanks to its layout and great location, but a few improvements would make the stay much more comfortable. There are, however, several details worth mentioning. Our booking showed a check-in time of 15:00 on Booking.com, but the online file we later received listed 16:00 instead. Even after arriving at 16:00 with two children, the cleaning was still not finished, and we had to wait around 20 more minutes. We appreciated the owner’s prompt communication when we asked about the keys, but we only found out about the delay once we were already at the door. Other points to note: the elevator had an unpleasant smell, the beds were a bit shaky, and the towels were quite small and thin. The heating thermostat didn’t seem to function properly—we’re not sure whether it was malfunctioning or programmed in a specific way. The central heating boiler worked fine and provided plenty of hot water, and the radiators did heat at times, but not according to the thermostat settings.
• Sanita (8/5): Nice apartment. Some upgrade needed. - Good transport. Nice building. Noise from street. Some upgrade needed - towels (some in bad condition), dishes (only 2 glasses for wine), there was no washing machine in apartment.

• Fabio Fratini (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo... c'è da migliorare molto nella pulizia - Molto spazioso Posizione vicinissima alla Metropolitana La pulizia deve essere migliorata: polvere un po' ovunque, tappeti e cuscini dei divani e delle sedie della cucina sporchi.
• Judith (8/5): Prima plek in Wenen, superfijn bed - Leuk ingericht, heel fijn bed! Ruim appartement. Parkeren kon in de straat er achter, gratis. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Cafe Weimar voor een goed ontbijt. Centrum is aan te lopen, maar flinke wandeling. Het is gehorig (je zit langs een weg en het is niet heel goed geïsoleerd). Ik had hier zelf geen last van, maar als je gevoelig bent voor geluid is dat iets om rekening mee te houden. Ook is het vrij warm. Er is geen airco, wel een ventilator. Je moet 4 trappen op, maar er is ook een lift.
• MaciejS_PL (8/5): In overall we liked it. It was only for one night and it met our needs. - Amazing retro style apartments, huge bedrooms, clean. 20m from U station. Close to cheap underground parking. 20m from U station, Lots of noise.
