• Laurie (7/5): - Appartement très typique. La taille est idéale pour 2 à 4 personnes. Cuisine super bien équipée. Le parking est pratique lorsque nous sommes véhiculés. L'appartement se situe à 30mn du centre ville. Le quartier est très animé, entouré de bars et de commerces. Manque de lumière dans le salon, très sombre et sans fenêtre. L'appartement se situe au rez-de-chaussée, les deux fenêtres des chambres donnent sur la rue. La rue n'est pas très bruyante mais le matin tôt nous entendons le bruit des travaux et des voitures. Les draps sont un peu tachés 😕 mais les listes restes confortable.

Luz da sala queimada. Banheiro poderia ter uma cortina, pois molha demais.

• Kristina (4/5): - Cozy apartment with a very comfortable bed ( the green one ), very well equipped kitchen. The check in process is very stupid and annoying. You need to contact them when you are in front. In our case they didn't answer for more than one hour. You cannot be on the street with a car in Old town so we needed to move somewhere and wait for the owners to see that we arrived. It ruined the vibe. The mouldy smell is in the house, in the kitchen and on dishes. In January very cold inside.

• Ricardo (9/5): Great location with available private parking close by - Everything was just like in the pictures, comfortable and clean, having parking available in this location is priceless if you are traveling by car and want to stay close to the city center The initial access was a bit tricky since the streets around the location are really narrow and there's nowhere to park to initially collect the keys and finally go to the parking lot, this process is the only thing I think can be improved, everything else was perfect.

• mélissa (9/5): Je recommande comme pied à terre pour une visite de 2 à 3 jours. - Bel emplacement pour la facilité d'accès du centre-ville à la marche. L'accès à une place de stationnement est un must à Séville avec un défi d'espace, mais on était bien content de l'avoir. Bel appartement avec l'essentiel. Un accueil à tous les jours du chien du voisin :). Il y a peu de luminosité, mais nous étions plus souvent à l'extérieur donc aucun enjeu de notre côté. Le service de Javier a été top. Il faut fermer les fenêtres et les volets comme il faut, car très près de la rue, et il y a un peu d'action mais ce n'était désagréable.

It is on a ground floor, so not a lot of natural light. A bit tricky if you arrive by car, as you need to write to a host for him to open main door, then open a lock box to get a key from the apartment, and only then you can take a garage key from the apartment and go back to your car to move it to a garage.

• Barbara (8/5): Dobar odnos cijene i usluge za kraći boravak. - Dobra lokacija, 20 minuta šetnje do glavnih atrakcija. Garaža je veliki plus. Miris vlage u stanu, prizemlje je pa nema prirodnog svjetla, buka po noći, tuš bi mogao biti bolji (problem sa toplom i hladnom vodom).

Property was very spacious inside with two double bedrooms, living and dining area, kitchen and a bathroom with walk in shower. Everything was great. Location was around a 10-15 minute flat walk to the centre of town. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful when we had queries, and responded to message. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much! Nothing, the whole experience was great!

La casa non è molto luminosa, è un poco umida ma i condizionatori aiutano. All’arrivo i pavimenti non erano stati adeguatamente puliti, ma L’host è intervenuto subito e ha mandato una persona a pulire tutto la mattina successiva all’arrivo.

From the very first message, he responded with kindness, speed, and professionalism, always showing genuine concern for our comfort. We encountered a few issues, as can happen anywhere, but what stood out was how respectfully and attentively he listened and did their best to support us in every possible way. As someone who also works in the hospitality field, I truly appreciated their human, guest-centered approach. They made us feel valued and taken care of — and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.

• Drogeanu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is about a 20 minute easy walk from the city center. This was not a disadvantage at all, as the area itself is a bit quieter than one close to the center. A big advantage was the fact that we had a parking space, which helped us a lot. The apartment itself is large, with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room, the space itself was a pleasant surprise. It is equipped with everything you need to prepare a breakfast, a coffee before the activities you can do in the city. Although we did not meet in person, we had good communication with the host, a friendly person and willing to help if needed.
