This allowed us to check in before heading to the spa for 4pm. Some of the pillows were a bit sketchy, but there were plenty to find one that worked for you.

• Kelly Knutsen (9/5): Wonderful hotel, great location and a really great breakfast included in the price. - Great hotel. Nice size rooms. The little coffee bar area in the room was perfect. Fridge and microwave in the room was nice. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Eggs, really good sausages, toast. I wasn’t expecting a warm breakfast. Oh, and waffles! Plus, they had outlets for the vehicles. It came in handy as the night time temperature dipped to -35. Nothing. Everything was good.

Kitchen cabinets need some repairs, no tea kettle, pots and pans so old and cheap they need to be replaced.Toaster very old and cheap.was afraid that might catch on fire.Kitchen floors very cold, bathroom doesn't have a heater. The fireplace would turn off constantly and it was hard to keep a constant good temperature with the wall heater. The clocks need batteries,none of them worked.the place mats had dried food on them not sanitary.The Tv is installed very high so it gives you a pain in the neck looking up above the fireplace where it is installed.

We came to visit blue mountain but because of the bad weather we spend most of the time in the studio. It was so cozy and beautifully organized. • WONG (8/5): It’s nice cozy and good for relaxing after a fun day at blue moon. - it’s clean and warm, perfect for small groups or couples for staying it’s very good over all, maybe adding a water filter for drinking

• Kathleen (10/5): - The property is extremely close to the Blue Mountain Resort. There was a lot of parking available and it was very organized and clean! The host was exceptionally helpful and polite.
• Scott (8/5): Very good - A great spot to stay just outside of the village with a shuttle pickup.just down the street or a 25-30 minute walk along the roadside. Well sized, comfortable and convenient. Overall well maintained and clean, however the bathroom needed a lil more love. overall though 7/10 for cleanliness

However, those are essential items that are available in every corner of the world. It is so costly compared to its value

• Yoly (6/5): Pleasant - Convenience those entering the north side mountain. Smaller than expected. I felt crammed. Dark. No much privacy if opens curtains to get sun light. Cheap kitchen and cooking tools. Why I have to take garbage out during checkout when the price covers cleaning fee. The list of rules makes you feels like you are being constant scolded. Not convenience for my family needs. I prefer stay in the village for many reasons.

• Chriss-m (7/5): Great location for ski-in/ski-out and a well presented apartment, ideal for a short get-away. - Great location! There's a gap in the fence to give you access to the slopes so you can (give or take a few steps) ski right to the front door. The apartment was nicely presented. The kitchen area was ideal for what we need. The bathroom was clean with nice hot water. The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels. There was spare blankets but we didn't need them because the apartment was warm enough. There was a dishwasher, which was GREAT - we could set it after breakfast and come back to it all clean. There was plenty of storage for coats, boots, clothes etc, which we appreciated. The paths around the building were cleared of snow every morning, which was nice. There is an under-cover car park which helped keep the snow off the car and the parking is all free. Oh, and there's a hot tub in the main building which is nice when it's -15C. They could have done with some extra utensils in the kitchen area: we had to buy a couple of items from Dollarama, like a wooden spoon. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not clean - we put it all in the dishwasher on the first evening so it wasn't a major problem. By far the biggest issue we had was noise. We could hear all the movement from the apartment above. One night, we were disturbed by noise from the tenants above until 3am - we called Security but they didn't actually come and deal with it - we had to deal with it ourselves. This is the one thing that would put us off coming back to a ground floor apartment again. It's a shame, because we loved the apartment and location

It was so clean and it was extremely comfortable for two. It was very very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Even the shower had really hot water. The room stayed warm and the location over all is so perfect. It was close to the mountains as well as the village. It was also close to a lake. Just wonderful!!! Honestly I have nothing bad to say. It was great!

• Lisa (6/5): Adequate. Could be a lot better with small improvements. Invest in a good fold out couch, etc. - The location is close to the Blue Mountain Village and the centre of Collingwood. We also enjoyed the tennis court and it was convenient to have a kitchenette in our unit. Nice to have Netflix capability for the rainy days. Neil was very responsive and organized. Process was smooth because of him. The fold out couch is very uncomfortable and dips way down at the head, so you feel like you're sleeping with your head down and feet in the air. Overwhelming smell of strong air freshener (not good if you're a migraine sufferer), loud air conditioner (bring ear plugs). Hard pillows. Toilet seat moves around and drip stains of something on the bathroom walls.
