• Geert (10/5): Een superleuk appartement met een geweldige hospitality in een erg leuke buurt! - We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Cozy. Het appartement zelf was geweldig, het interieur was met smaak gekozen en de buurt was erg gezellig. De communicatie met Antonio en Amy verliep erg goed en ze waren snel te bereiken. We hadden echt het gevoel dat ze voor ons klaarstonden. De borg was ook erg snel teruggestort. Chapeau! Niet van toepassing
• Sandrine (7/5): Le même appartement dans une vraie rue calme aurait été parfait . - L appartement était magnifique ( déco vraiment très chouette et salle de bain incroyable ) , le lit très confortable et c 'était tout près du centre . C 'était écrit appartement dans une rue calme et malheureusement ce n 'était pas le cas . Il y avait du bruit dans la rue le soir surtout en fin de semaine ( kebab juste en face et restaurants et cafés pas loin ) Il y avait des travaux dans l immeuble en face ( travaux qui à mon avis vont durer longtemps ) et du coup la journée c était bruyant également . Donc ce n était pas top pour se reposer .

• Paul (8/5): Nice, well located apartment in the centre of old Malaga, walking to attractions and the beach - Great location in centre of "old" Malaga. Walking distance to groceries and many tourist sites like the Picasso museum (must see) and the beach. The kitchen was well equiped and a clothes washer was handy. An elevator makes it easy to get to the apartment after a long day of walking. The support team was very responsive. There was loud music on the Friday and Saturday nights we were there and people often walking and talking loudly in the middle of the night. The bed was somewhat hard and the pillows were more like cushions (too hard). The multi-head "spa" shower did not work, only a hand-held shower wand.
• Rudi (10/5): - Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war einwandfrei. Antony, der Inhaber, hat uns geschrieben, sobald wir am Flughafen angekommen sind. Er war direkt vor Ort während der Schüsselübergabe und hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Er war sehr hilfreich in dem er gemeint hat, man könne ihn zu jeder Zeit kontaktieren. Auch bei der Rückgabe hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war perfekt. Es hat uns vor allem ausnehmend gefallen, dass die Wohnung, die schön gestaltet ist, sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage befindet. Wir waren in nur einigen Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum: besonders angenehm.

• Camila (1/5): Una amarga experiencia - Las instalaciones estaban buenas y el baño muy bonito Las almohadas eran muy delgadas y hacían que doliera mi cuello. Cuando Antonio me recibió me pidió 200 euros en efectivo los cuales me devolvería si el departamento estaba en buen estado y no dejaba el aire acondicionado encendido todo el día. Sin embargo, me tuve que ir un lunes en la madrugada y la opción era que me pasara el domingo temprano los 200 euros en efectivo o me hacía la transferencia internacional pero el impuso hacerme la transferencia internacional. El problema de todo es que yo desconocía esta manera de transferir dinero, tuve que conseguirme el código de mi banco lo cual fue engorroso estando en otro país y con mala señal. Posteriormente, él me transfirió 200 euros pero yo recibí 164 euros, lo cual encuentro súper injusto porque él se llevó 200 euros de mi efectivo y yo recibí 164 euros transferidos ( 36 euros menos de lo que correspondía). Al enterarse que publiqué esta situación en booking, me está amenazando, me dijo que me va a denunciar a booking por comportamiento ofensivo. Siendo que yo fui una buena clienta, cumplí con todo lo que me dijo, le entregué el departamento en perfectas condiciones y apagaba el aire acondicionado cuando salía del departamento. Encuentro super injusto haber recibido 164 euros transferidos, siendo que entregué 200 euros en efectivo. Debería devolver siempre el dinero en efectivo y así evitar estos problemas de las transferencias bancarias internacionales porque se recibe mucho menos de lo que tú das
• Sean (1/5): Fantastic holiday in Malaga . Sour taste at the end . - Location was great . Close to the town . The smell of raw sewage in the bathroom all the time . The shower has no power and needs replacing. The cockroach’s in the bathroom were annoying to say the least . The noise levels from the street make it impossible to sleep . The fast food shop across the street closes at 7am . It’s a busy place even at 6am. Finally we reported a problem with the air conditioning system which stopped working on the last night . We contacted the owner who was out of town and nothing he could do . We googled the problem and filters needed replacing, however when we tried to get our 200€ security deposit back we were hit with a bill to fix the air conditioning system. We had a fair idea this would happen from day 1 . We handed over 200€ cash and the owner said he would send it back through our bank account. All lies . A learning curve for us .

• Para (9/5): Good and comfy for families - Very central city center location yet very quiet. Beach is also just a good walk. good for families with small kids. All is good, apartment is on the first floor with no lift but quite normal for old buildings

• Alexander (10/5): Everything was enjoyable - The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within walking distance and a supermarket nearby. La Malagueta central beach is just a 15-20 minute walk away. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern design, featuring comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning in all rooms. It’s clean and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Antonio, is very friendly and provided a thorough introduction to the apartment. The apartment is a bit dark, as it's located on the ground floor with windows facing the courtyard. However, this isn't a major issue since the apartment has excellent electric lighting. It also stays cool on hot days, is well-ventilated, and remains quiet both day and night.

The apartment was in a perfect location so we could walk everywhere we wanted to explore. There were 4 travelers but the living room most comfortably seated 3 with the existing furnishings. It didn't matter much because we weren't there to stay in our apartment.

Equipped with every comfort, the apartment chosen in the last minute was a surprise for its comfort and size, y=everything clean and with fresh and scented linen. We did not brake anything, I even took photos of the apartment and they say, that we broke something ( will not answer when I ask what was broken!)
