FRUSTRAÇÃO TOTAL! - Duas semanas antes da data da hospedagem recebemos uma mensagem da hospedagem informando que teríamos que fazer um PIX no valor total das diárias para garantirmos a reserva. Apesar de o anúncio dizer que poderíamos pagar no cartão de crédito, fizemos o PIX porque pensamos que a procura estaria alta e não queríamos perder. Chegando lá, somente nós estavamos na Pousada. Além disso, no check-in o atendente nos disse às 13h30 que o check-in seria às 14h, e que, portanto, podíamos ficar na porta da pousada, na calçada aguardando. O banheiro fedia a esgoto e, ao reclamarmos com o atendente, ele respondeu que era assim mesmo. O ar condicionado do quarto era um aparelho portátil com péssimo funcionamento, de forma que fazia calor mesmo com o ventilador de teto ligado. O quarto era tão pequeno que a cama de casal ficava encostada em uma parede e o banheiro tinha somente uma porta de plástico. Resumindo, foi horrível. Desde a deslealdade da pousada à ausência de importância dada às nossas reclamações. Aliás, a solução apontada pelo atendente foi que poderíamos mudar de quarto, com um acréscimo de R$ 100,00 por diária. Inacreditável!
- Isabele (10/5): - Lugar muito tranquilo e tudo muito limpo. O quarto atendeu totalmente nossas expectativas e ficamos 3 adultos e 2 crianças. Estava tudo muito limpo, bom espaço. Foi perfeito para o que precisávamos, para estar perto da nossa família. Gostamos de tudo.
