- Faye (10/5): Perfect quiet and picturesque overnight stop - Absolutely loved our stay here as we were looking for something peacefully quiet with a beautiful outlook - which it was. Very convenient to Yarra Valley attractions - do not miss the Chocolaterie - and was extremely comfortable. The main bed has a huge glass sliding door looking over the vineyard valley and we had clear warm weather with the sky full of beautiful stars. I didn't realise it was joined to the main house under the same roof and did not have an independent kitchen However neither of these mattered as also attached was full commercial kitchen for the cooking school the owners operate and there was no noise transfer at all. Our dinner was a collection of food and wine gathered during the day on the deck overlooking the property. Would definitely stay again thanks for a lovely overnight stop.
- So Yin (10/5): - The house is very lovely and the kitchen is well equipped because it's a commercial kitchen. Sandra and Tony are very nice and show us everything in the house. Hope to come back soon. Specially thanks to those heated blankets as the night is very cold.
- Nal Ng (10/5): - The property (especially the kitchen) , the surrounding, the hospitality of the host, Ms Sandra None
- JANNETTE (10/5): - View, and the host Internet connection.we need internet

- Julie (10/5): Wonderful stay in Yarra Valley. Highly recommend. - Location is superb with beautiful views of rolling hills and vineyards. Close to many of the local wineries and restaurants and yet private and secluded. The beds were particularly comfortable and Sandra the host was warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Yarra Valley.
- Sally (8/5): - Lovely views. Comfortable beds. Clean & well equipped. Pro-active host. Having a kitchen in the adjoining building was awkward, particularly trying to open the dirt while carrying washing up! A shame there was noise from the main road, although location very beautiful.

- Regina (10/5): A Peaceful Escape in the Heart of the Yarra Valley – Mount Hope Estate - Our recent stay at Mount Hope Estate was nothing short of perfect. Tucked away among the rolling vineyards of the Yarra Valley, the peace and tranquility of the surroundings were instantly calming. Waking up in the morning to the soft light over the vines felt like a true escape from the busyness of everyday life.
One of the highlights was purchasing a bottle of the estate’s very own hand-picked Mount Hope Estate Pinot Noir. It’s a beautiful drop—elegant and smooth, a true reflection of the care and craftsmanship that goes into every bottle.
From the moment we arrived, the guest house felt warm and inviting. Every detail had been thought of, and the space immediately felt like home. The kitchen was an absolute standout—gorgeously designed, incredibly well-equipped, and clearly set up for cooking classes or food lovers like us who enjoy spending time preparing meals. It was such a joy to cook in that space.
The two-bedroom guest house was spotless and comfortable. Both bedrooms were beautifully presented, and the beds were so comfortable we slept better than we have in months. Every element—from the linen to the décor—spoke of quality and care.
We left Mount Hope Estate feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return. A truly special place in one of Victoria’s most beautiful regions.

Very quiet and peaceful! - The owner greeted us as soon as we arrived and walked us through the apartment explaining everything well. The sitting room was very well equipped with a great book collection and games - really great for a family stay. Beautiful views across the vineyard. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing - everything was great!
- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Topher (10/5): Absolutely wonderful, a bargain at that price, 100% will stay again. - There's so much to love. When I booked I wondered how such an inexpensive property could have so many rave reviews, now I know. We were greeted on arrival (I believe the hosts aren't always there, but they were for me and it was great) and given a quick tour, and felt immediately at home. The location is just spectacular, you're looking out over a gentle sloping valley with vines up close and homesteads in the distance, the stars are stunning with so little other light around, and the accommodations are cosy.
The kitchen situation is a little unusual, inside the apartment there's only the barest essentials of water, a kettle, and a microwave with a few utensils and crockery, but two steps away down the covered patio is a full commercial kitchen that I LOVED. It's HUGE, spotlessly clean, with every amenity imaginable.
There's multiple different outdoor locations to eat, all of them either with a view or wildlife or both, and no matter where you look you can enjoy the wonderful environment in every direction. The night air was filled with the sound of frogs, by day the sound of birds surrounds you, it's a cosy little slice of heaven. For the price? There's nothing I didn't like. If you come in expecting the ritz-carlton then of course you'll find fault with things, but this is an absolutely delightful property, cosy and 'country' in style, and if you can accept the kitchen arrangement I mentioned above (which I actually REALLY liked, but may not be to everyone's liking) then this really is a great property at an amazing price.
- Jade (9/5): Superb - The space was very clean, very spacious and comfortable; the hosts have thought of everything!

- Henrika (9/5): Superb -
- Jane (9/5): Great location, super friendly hosts - Loved the location, loved the accommodation. Nothing was too hard for Sandra Nothing
- Christopher (7/5): Good - space. beds, location and view there was no sink as part of the kitchenette, This made it fiddly to fill kettle, clean up after breakfast. There was a lacking of power points to plug in kettle and toaster which had to be moved around the room.
