- Dimitrios (4/5): Disappointing - When we arrived at the hotel, although we had reservation confirmation from booking.com and the hotel has accepted the check-in time we chose, the reception could not find the reservation. Furthermore, no one spoke English but luckily we had a colleague who could speak Chinese in order to support in finding a solution. In the end we ended up booking another room at this hotel cause it was too late, but it was the last room they had, dont want to imagine what would happen if it was full.. In the end the ladies in the front desk were very kind, but the management has to make serious changes in organizing, if they want to receice more english speaking travelers in the future. Even booking.com customer support had difficulties in communicating.
