Roberto (10/5): - die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Ohne Personenkraftwagen wäre es jedoch ein gutes Stück Weg ins Zentrum. Es konnte alles superschnell mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden. Daher gibt es hier keine erwähnenswerte Punkte.

Wasserdruck im Badezimmer nicht ausreichend genug. Wenn zwei Personen gleichzeitig am Waschbecken und in der Dusche Wasser entnehmen, funktioniert das nicht wirklich gut. Die Kissen auf dem Sofa verbreiteten einen sehr schlechten Geruch.

Julia (10/5): Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Apartment - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in einem der wunderschönen Apartments. Unser Apartment war wirklich toll, gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle aufeinander abgestimmte Farb Kombinationen, gut ausgestattet, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Besonders schön fanden wir auch den großen Balkon und da das Wetter auch noch so toll war konnten wir die Sonne dort genießen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wurde immer darauf geachtet, dass wir uns wohl fühlen.

Wir sind eine Generation 60+ und sind die Generation welche sich auch hochpreisige Unterkünfte wie diese leisten kann. Wir wollen aber eine persönliche Ansprache vor Ort, wo ich meinen Schlüssel bekomme, wo ich fragen kann wie ist dies, wie ist das? Wo find ich was? Wo ist das nächste Öffi, in welchem Intervall fährt es? Usw. usw.

Geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, alles vorhanden - Gute ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, viel Platz, sehr hell, bequeme Betten, hochwertige Möbel, bestens ausgestattet, bis, bis hin zu Kaffeekapseln, Teeauswahl, Küchenrollen, Spüli und Spülmaschinentabs etc. Sogar ein Bügeleisen mit kleinem Bügelbrett war vorhanden. Organisatorisch hat alles bestens geklappt. Freundliche Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv zu empfehlen
Wolfgang (10/5): Wenn noch mal Straubing dann nur wieder dort - Eine sehr exquisite Wohnung (Anlage) aus unserer Sicht … Super in der Lage - extrem ruhig … und ein Frühstückscafe (haben sowas noch nie erlebt) in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (auch sonntags) Da gibt es absolut garnichts

Nähe zum Bäcker Zwei Bäder Falschnachrichten der KI zum Parkplatz Teilweise langsames spätes Antwortverhalten. Sehr ökonomisch gehaltene Küche. Grundausstattung da. Winzige Spülmaschine in der die großen Teller nicht reinpassen. Kein großer Besen oder Staubsauger vorhanden. Etwas wenig Staurraum für Kleidung dafür aus Design geachtet. Relativ schmales Ehebett.

Tobias (10/5): Wir kommen wieder. - Sehr saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein Aufenthalt benötigt zum Beispiel Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln oder Wasserkocher und verschiedenste Teesorten. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker in der Nähe. Sollte man in die Stadt wollen, befinden sich in der Nähe Bushaltestellen. Sollte man selbst mit dem Auto anreisen, wäre man innerhalb 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
