• Andrey (8/5): Overall good hotel, but I hate the positioning of the AC - Pretty much everything, great location on a busy street, very comfortable, staff was great, restaurant food was good too, though it took an hour to make So this may not be an issue for some people but for me personally it was an inconvenience: the AC flow is pointing straight into the bed and there was no way to turn it away, other than to turn off the AC completely which makes the temperature go up to 90 degrees fast. I ended up sick the next day

They said it's nit allowed, i asked where it's written m they said on the air. Like everybody knows. They charged me extra than what my booking.com showed. . Had no microwave or plate in the room.

• Grant (10/5): This was our first time in Dhaka (and Bangladesh) and the Omni Residency made it a great experience. - Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room with a nice little balcony to watch the world go by. Airport pickup service was excellent. There were a lot of light switches! That was bit of a challenge, but in the scheme of things, that's minor.

Specially their buffet breakfast had some great options though a bit limited bt all items were top notch. I had only one complain. Thts regarding their lift. Only one lift in whole hotel. We had to wait fr some time every time we needed to use lift. Coz guests, staffs everybody using one single lift.

• Moschos (9/5): Συστήνεται 100% - Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια. Στην καλύτερη περιοχή της Dhaka, σε ήσυχο δρόμο και κοντά έχει πολύ καλά εστιατόρια και καφετέριες. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό με διαφορετικές επιλογές κάθε μέρα. Είχε περισσότερες επιλογές Ινδικού πρωινού. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Ο κλιματισμός δεν είχε θέρμανση αλλά δεν ήταν σημαντικό πρόβλημα.
• Mohammed Ishraque (1/5): Disappointing Experience Despite Good Check-in - Ease of booking and the room amenities. I stayed at Omni Residence Dhaka (Banani) recently and, while the check-in process was smooth and professional, the overall stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to serious operational and security lapses. First night: At 2:00 AM, the receptionist called our room claiming there were “noise complaints” coming from our room. This was extremely inappropriate and unacceptable, especially considering the room was occupied by two elderly guests in their 60s who were not making any disturbance. Being contacted at such an hour without proper verification was distressing and unprofessional. This issue was reported to the reception the following morning. Second night – security failure: We returned to the hotel at 11:50 PM after dinner and were shocked to find no security guard at the entrance, with the main gate locked. Despite signalling the reception staff from outside and repeatedly calling the hotel number, no one responded. After approximately 10 minutes, a receptionist finally appeared and unlocked the gate. This is a serious security concern and absolutely unacceptable for a hotel, especially one marketing itself as a serviced residence. Second night – noise disturbance (Room 704): While staying in Room 704, there was continuous loud noise coming from Level 8, including what sounded like heavy furniture or objects being moved, late at night. After enduring this for over 30 minutes, I personally went upstairs. A housekeeper acknowledged the issue and said he would ask them to stop. It is unacceptable that such disruptive activity is allowed late at night directly above occupied guest rooms. As a result, my sleep was completely ruined. Conclusion: While Omni Residence has potential and the initial check-in was handled well, the lack of night-time professionalism, security failures, and poor noise management made this stay highly unsatisfactory.

• Inoue (7/5): ちょっとうるさいが広くて快適です - スタッフは感じ良く接し働きぶりは勤勉です。当日仕上がりのランドリーサービスは助かりました。部屋は清潔感があり広くて快適です。 温水シャワーの水圧が低すぎました。排水も良くありません。掛け布団が少し臭いました。エレベーターが各階に止まるごとに大きな音がして部屋まで響きました。重低音の音楽が聞こえてくる事がありました。8Fで様々な催しが行われる影響かもしれません。 施設が古いためか色々な音が伝わってきて総じてあまり静かではありません。静かさを重視される方には向きません。

• Imon (7/5): Staffs are helpful - Staffs are really cordial and helpful. I had asked for airport pickup. But there were no people at the airport to pick me up. I had a problem with the wifi connection. Later somehow i managed the wifi connection and asked them. Then someone came after a very long delay. Service should be accurate as they promised.
• Sergey (8/5): - Very nice hotel, perhaps one of the best during our India & Bangladesh trip. Located in upscale Banani district on the quiet street it feels like you are somewhere in Europe :) Balcony and nice view on the flowers on the buildings opposite. There is even a beer bar nearby (called Blue Moon), and walking along main road is quite pleasant. Staff is nice and welcoming. Breakfast is fabulous, with beef and some European dishes alongside Indian/Bengali ones. Room was spacious. Kitchen delivery though delicious takes quite some time, had to remind about my order

The laundry came back in individual plastic bags Even local outfit sets were in 3 plastic bags and each piece of underwear - could have at least been packed together. Also would be good to see bigger jars of water we could have had our bottles filled from rather than so many small plastic bottles.

He helped me check-in early and upgraded me to a bigger room, which helped me rest well after a long distance red-eye flight. The room was clean and comfortable, everything was new. The neighborhood looked safe, with a 30 minutes ride from Dhaka airport.

• Marián (9/5): Good value for the stay - This hotel is good option for value. The rooms are standard and clean. The location is in banani area so you have couple of restaurants nearby and you are very close to Gulshan. The staff is nice, the breakfast is ok, you have few choices which is good. Since the hotel is small, they have only 1 elevator which makes the traffice very busy as they also use it for staff movement but hard to do with this anything unless they can install an extra external elevator somewhere :) I think they upgraded a bit with coffee as previously only a normal coffee was included in the breakfast and i got a cappucino which normally is paid however i still recommend to include a nice latter or cappucino in the bfast and it will bright up the breakfast experience :)

• Chinmoya (10/5): Exceptional - There are no guests allowed in the room. I am living in the UK. One of my cousins came to visit me and my wife in the afternoon but unfortunately we didn't take her in the room. It's very embarrassing to meet family members in the hotel lobby.
