• Jana (10/5): Toller Host, super easy Check in & ankommen. Wenn man sonst Hilfe braucht (ich brauchte z.B. einen Arzt) wurde mir d - Super schön eingerichtet, bequeme Betten. Tolle Bettwäsche 1 x Bett & einmal eine Matratze auf dem Boden, aber völlig okay!
• Eduardo (4/5): Alojamiento decepcionante, no permite descansar. - La cama era cómoda y el proyector es bastante útil. La respuesta por whatsapp es muy rápida, aunque nunca vimos a la encargada en persona. El personal (la persona que vive en el alojamiento) es realmente desagradable e hizo de la instancia más incómoda. La habitación es muy prqueña, tiene un fuerte olor a humedad y desagüe, ya que el baño ni tina cuentan con ventilación. La ducha es peligrosa (ubicada entre cocina y baño). Encontramos cucarachas y gusanos. El agua del lavaplatos cae directamente a la ducha. Se cortó la luz en el barrio y no contaban con linternas o alguna luz de emergencia. Las indicaciones de como llegar al alojamiento no fueron claras. Para nuestros estándares no cumple con lo necesario.

• Nhung (7/5): - Super noisy, room is small, not enough. When coming home after 11pm, you have to call someone to open your front door, waiting outside in a dark for 15 minutes.
• Brian (7/5): More a homestay than a hotel. Access was by narrow staircase and would be difficult if carrying a suitcase. - Received good advance information from Madison. Location, access and check in info were perfect. A little small if a couple were staying there.

• Thasmi (8/5): Amazing room and facilities, but the shabby location and lack of proper reception were a letdown. - The room and in-room facilities were truly amazing, offering great comfort and value. The location was disappointing — tucked away in an unclean street with a poorly maintained entrance and no proper reception area.

• Bastian (5/5): Passable - To stay one night is passable, maybe 2 nights. The location was good, not the best, but a lot of places were like 15 minutes away walking. The bedroom smelled, there were cockroaches, the towels were also smelly. The bedroom was painted black, so that made it look really dark. The bed was not really comfortable and when you took a shower the water heater sounded really loud. One last thing, when you took a shower and after go out of the bedroom the floor was all flooded.
• Lisa (9/5): Really cool apartment in a very central part of Saigon - The apartment is really beautiful and cool, lots of smart home features and has everything you need. It’s really beautiful and the check in process was easy, as well as communication with the owner via WhatsApp (even in the middle of the night she could be reached, sorry again!) Despite the comments below, I would book it again. - the second “bed” was not a bed but a very thin mattress on the floor. The sheets were also not clean (when asking about that the housekeeper immediately came and exchanged them, but still this shouldn’t happen). On the plus side, we remarked the second bed issue to the owner and she thanked us and assured it would be corrected on booking. For two people the apartment is really perfect. - the alley the apartment is located in closes at 11 pm and there’s no way to get out or in without calling ahead of time. This is important to know before booking and should be noted (especially for claustrophobic people). - I don’t understand why the payment needs to happen via an external link. The exchange rate for credit card payment was not great. I don’t understand why they can’t just do the payment through booking when paying in person is not possible. This felt sketchy (everything worked fine, but I still don’t understand). (-outside shower seemed really cool but can only really be used with swimwear)

Such a cool apartment with amazing features like the spa bath, football table and the projector that already had Netflix and other streaming platforms all logged in!! The owner Madison was so helpful giving picture directions to the apartment as well as instructions & any information // help we needed on WhatsApp - she was so quick to answer and couldn’t do enough for us!! Would 100% recommend to anyone!! Nothing

We got a room on the first floor (room1) doesn’t compare to what we had expected based on photos. - fittings and furnishings all worn/not working - bathroom/shower felt grotty, bad shower - cannot easily come back after 11pm (have to contact them) - poor value given that we stayed elsewhere on same budget that was far far better - staff not present - only message by WhatsApp - forced to pay via online stripe with 3% additional charge
• Mark (6/5): Dissapointing - Location, bed, shower The property is very tired and is in need of a complete update. The floor was broken and dangerous and needs attention. The host communicated via WhatsApp and provided checking in assistance. However, when asked for advice or assistance was at best dismissive and unhelpful.

• Paulina (7/5): Good - Place is great, in good location, apartment was clean and cosy. stuff was also very nice but we have to lower the rating for the behavior that took place after our stay.. otherwise it would be 10/10 we liked it so much that we wanted to come back to this place for a few more days. we gave a 10/10 review and suddenly less than 48 hours before our arrival we got information that the owner wanted to increase the price for our stay. it was very unprofessional and very unpleasant looking for new accommodation less than 2 days before arrival. the hotel accepted our stay and suddenly they wanted to cancel. Apartment was great, but we do not agree to treat customers this way so we had to mentioned this

• Zachary (6/5): Good location, okay for the rest - Location was great and the AC was powerful, really helped with how warm it was outside. The cinema projector wouldn't connect to the internet and didn't have any of the streaming services available to use. If you don't have what's app, it was incredibly difficult to talk to the host. Also, no information on the fact that the outside gate is locked at 11pm until 6 am, the host didn't tell me and I had to wait for a neighbor to open the gate for me 3h later. Lastly, the water pressure on the outside shower and bath is so small you can barely wash yourself, the shower inside is great tho.

• Andremarques78 (7/5): Good - We like the location. It is ok for 2 or 3 days. It is a bit dark, the window is small and does not brighten enough. The projector does not work and has mold. The main gate closes at 11pm and there is no spare key, so you have to contact the owner to open it.
