• Alberto (10/5): Piso nuevo, tranquilo y con todo lo necesario - Se trata de un edificio nuevo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Madrid, en un barrio nuevo. Con plaza de garaje y dos habitaciones con dos camas. Todo ha ido a la perfección. Tiene una terraza pero con el frío de fin de noviembre no hemos podido aprovecharla. Esperamos repetir en próximas visitas. Nada que objetar.

• Kichberg/Garcia (3/5): Por ese Dinero, demasiado caro. - El Portero,super simpatico, el sitio de garage, el Piso si se hace un Mantenimiento Colchones manchados de Pippi, y la manta de el Sofa llena de pelos, el piso lleno de Sucidad, Nevera sucia, cubiertos manchados, alfombras llenas de Pelos und Chiqle pegado entre las Camas de el dormitorio pegado en la Pared. En total la Limpieza una verguenza. Para tener el Piso limpio hay que limpiar el Piso para que bo de asco. Por ese Precio muy caro. El desague de la ducha y lavavo no corre. Ropa interior deconocida . Asi se entrga un piso? Que verguenza. Las Mantas de las camas, con Olor insopprtable y llenas de manchas

• Guest (10/5): Es un alojamiento muy completo y esta cerca del aeropuerto. - Es un alojamiento que esta climatizado, dispone de parking y piscina. Esta muy bien.

• Marina (8/5): Repetiríamos - Buena ubicación a las afueras del centro de Madrid, perfecto para descansar, zona muy tranquila. Zona comunitaria genial, la piscina un punto a favor en pleno verano con el calor. No estaba del todo limpio.. había pelos en el suelo por todas partes. A pesar de eso, y que la cafetera no funcionaba, por lo demás todo genial.

Piękny, zadbany apartament z super klimatyzacją, salonem, tarasem, wyposażoną i funkcjonalną kuchnią, dwoma sypialniami, miejscem do przechowywania oraz dwoma łazienkami. Jedna z sypialni niezależna: z dużą garderobą oraz łazienką, dwa duże pojedyncze łóżka. Klimatyzacja oraz wszystkie urządzenia działają bardzo dobrze. Taras i basen to miejsce wymarzone na relaks po męczącym dniu. Przy basenie pan ratownik profesjonalny i serdeczny. Osoby przebywające na terenie obiektu bardzo życzliwe i kulturalne. Wjazd do garażu jest od innej ulicy ale o to dopytajcie przy odbiorze kluczy u portiera przy bramie. Miejsce parkingowe jest blisko wjazdu. Jest nieduże, ale zmieściliśmy się dużym i długim samochodem (o długości 4,82). Z garażu jest przejście do windy. Na sąsiednich ulicach jest też sporo miejsc parkingowych. Apteka, sklepik i itd. obok bramy wejściowej. Pieszo do większego sklepu AHORRAMAS jest ok 700 metrów. Czysty sklep i dobrze zaopatrzony. Miły spacer. Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Na lotnisko około 20 minut. Cisza i spokój. Pozdrawiam serdecznie Gospodarza, który odpowiadał na wszystkie zapytania i okazywał troskę. Na pewno zapamiętamy to miejsce oraz będziemy je polecać.

• Chris (9/5): Great location to stay at close to Madrid, quiet location with all that you need close by, great to have the spool to re - Perfect property, it has everything you need, parking was great, easy to check in and get the keys. Nice quiet location, swimming pool was fantastic. Nothing.

• Rg90 (8/5): Great value, well appointed apartment - Facilities were great, lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants in the vicinity, so you don't have to go into Central Madrid if you don't want to. Pool seemed to be closed unfortunately.
• Robinsonk (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay in this modern, spacious apartment with underground parking. The walk-in closet, 2 full bathrooms, and the terrace with unobstructed views were much appreciated. The building's private swimming pool always had a lifeguard on duty with nearby restrooms, lawn space for personal beach blankets/chairs and a small playground area. There's a pharmacy and corner store just outside the main entrance.
• Chris (10/5): Perfect apartment in a very good residential area. - Everything was perfect, very clean apartment with all you need. Car parking space in the garage. In a great residential area, close to shops and restaurants. There wasn’t anything.
• E.d.r (10/5): A lovely place to call home while visiting Madrid! - Our family really enjoyed staying here while in Madrid. This place was perfect for us. We loved the layout, with separate spaces for the kitchen, and family/dining room. Beds were comfortable, although a little on the firmer side. Extra bed linens provided. Washing Machine worked well. The parking space was safe for our rental car. The patio was a great added place to sit outside and enjoy a morning or mid day expresso. Many shops around, although you will need a car if you stay here. It's about 25 minutes into the heart of Madrid city. Appreciated the earlier check-in with the kids. The Iron could have been better. It was burnt on the bottom, so we only ironed items that were darker in colour. The instructions to gain access to the parking garage were unclear. We had to ask someone who lived in the apartment on how to get back down. Would have appreciated better communication from host, as to where to specifically pick up access keys, rather than driving around the block a few times. Coffee pods (at least 2) could have been provided as a welcome bonus.
