• Cristis22 (8/5): - El agua caliente de la ducha salía enseguida caliente. Había mucho menaje de cocina así como una despensa con lo indispensable para poder desayunar y aliñar. El baño también tenía geles y artículos de aseo y cuidado. Secador de pelo. Las camas en general comodas y muy bien ubicado. En taxi Uber llegas en 6-10 a cualquier sitio. La playa a unos 15min. La casa es algo vieja, las instalaciones. Las paredes y cortinas algo sucias pero no es destacable.

Мястото е чисто и свежо с всичко необходимо. Бяхме 5 възрастни по време на фестивала на града и си изкарахме страхотно. Благодаря на хазяите за гостоприемството🌞
• Michael (8/5): Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und zweckmäßig. Freundliche Vermieter. - Preis-/Leistung hat gepasst. Das Quartier war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war unkompliziert. Eine Busstation befand sich nahe des Appartements.

• Mariana (10/5): Sejurul a fost foarte plăcut - Locația nu este în centru, însă este bine conectată la mijloacele de transport și se află la aproximativ 30 de minute de mers pe jos de plajă, port, Orașul Artelor și Științei și Parcul Turia. Apartamentul a fost curat și dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur reușit. Nimic de raportat în privința apartamentului, având în vedere raportul foarte bun preț–calitate.

• Kamil (9/5): - Mili i pomocni właściciele. Dobra lokalizacja (10 min. do plaży piechotą oraz około 15 min. do metra). Dużo przestrzeni użytkowej w mieszkaniu chociaż dość dziwne rozmieszczenie pokoi. Dobre wyposażenie w sprzęt jak i środki czystości. W razie zimna: Klimatyzacja, wiatraki, koce, grzejnik. W mieszkaniu zmieści się nawet 8 osób choć przy tylko jednej małej łazience może być to kłopotliwe. Przyjemniej by się mieszkało jeśli mieszkanie było by bardziej zadbane. Domyślamy się że to niezbyt wysoki standard za niezbyt wysoką cenę.

• Lizhi (7/5): 一次不错的体验 - 地理位置不错，离海滩很近，步行可达. 房东lola和pepe非常和善热情，解释详细入微，十分感谢🙏！交通好，19路公交车直达市中心火车北站，北站附近的中国城可以吃到典型的中国式早餐，豆浆油条包子豆腐脑，真棒👍！床位多，适合家庭或者朋友团体游 老房子，设施比较陈旧，老式的布局，卫生间有点小，冬天需要开空调或者暖气，否则很冷！隔音差，可以听到周围环境的声音！另外，卫生间的一盏灯有点闪烁，需要修理

• Laure (9/5): Excellent emplacement - Excellent emplacement près du port et des plages urbaines. L'appartement est agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La cuisine est bien fonctionnelle et il y a tout ce qu'il faut en nécessaire de toilette. La terrasse est plus un patio sans mobilier, il y a quelques odeurs de remontées pas très agréables.

• Keith (10/5): A wonderful place to stay post-cruise. - Lola and Pepe are wonderful hosts. They met us well before the advertised check-in time and provided a generous 11:00 check out. For the price, the property was great. The location is only about 15 minutes from the port, so if you are taking a cruise, it provides a convenient place to stop before or after the cruise. There is a neighbor who sings loudly and off-key at times. It was easily heard through the walls.
