• LUR (8/5): Frente al mar - La amabilidad, disponibilidad y atención de Juan La ubicación Y lo mejor las vistas, ESPECTACULARES!!! El apartamento estaba muy limpio, pero esta muy viejito. Necesitaría un arreglo. El menaje deberian cambiarlo, viejo y escaso Más limpieza en cuanto a permitir mascotas. Todo lleno de pelo de animales

• helmer (5/5): - Het uitzicht was top De zon kwam op aan de kant met 9m glas 2+m hoog, geen zonwering enkel glas. Dus nu al erg warm eind april 8 uur smorgens. Door het enkele glas tochte het zo hard dat het koud werdt vanaf 4 uur smiddags.
• Gema (5/5): - Ubicación y vistas increibles El alojamiento necesita una reforma, pero más importante aún, una limpieza a fondo de profesionales (el hombre dice que lo limpia él como si fuera su casa, pero la cocina estaba que daba asco, menaje y electrodomésticos sobretodo). Luego algo que no nos gustó, es que el hombre a pesar de querer ser extremadamente correcto por WhatsApp, cuando llegamos se puso a darnos unas directrices de como hacer todo y poniéndonos a prueba, algo que estaba fuera de lugar, entiendo que haya visto de todo pero ni somos niños, ni todos los huéspedes somos iguales. Por último, hubo un problema de agua y no podíamos usarlo, 4 personas y un bebé y sin poder usar el sanitario. Por lo demás, para dormir e ir a la playa, pues bien

• Cristina (10/5): - Cel mai mult ne-a plăcut view-ul. Canapeaua din living era cam distrusă, nu prea puteai să stai pe ea. Păcat de acel living mare care nu a fost pus în valoare .

• Geof (10/5): Really lovely place highly recommend - We really enjoyed our stay here, it was part of a road trip cross Spain so we only had a short stay of two nights. We where looking for somewhere that was very quiet not touristy and close to this beach and this was perfect for this. The host was very efficient and friendly, meeting us at the apartment and showing us round the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The views from the apartment are spectacular and worth the stay alone. The beach there is lovely. If you are looking for somewhere very quiet I would highly recommend. Nothing

• Amartin (8/5): Los Amaneceres Impresionantes - Las vistas al Mar, La amabilidad de Juan. El sofá. El chekout lo teníamos a las 12 y eran las 11 y ya estaba en la puerta llamando, creo que lo hizo porque pensaba que ya nos habíamos marchado. Cuando hice la reserva ponía apartamento completo pero había dos habitaciones cerradas con llave,no las necesitábamos, pero en la reserva ponía apartamento completo.

• Alicia (7/5): Se puede mejorar, seguro que el anfitrión lo mejorará porque es buena persona - Está muy bien ubicado primera línea de playa, las camas son muy cómodas, y el anfitrión Juan es muy agradable y educado. Bueno el baño deja algo que desear la mampara está un poquito suelta de abajo, la taza del váter le costaba tragar había que echar agua aparte, un poquitos casos de cubiertos un poquito cutre, sartenes y ollas un pelín sucias, y los cables de los dormitorios muy por fuera para ir con niños. Tendría que haber sido más económico porque cien por cien la equipación no está del todo bien,

• setareh (9/5): Vistas y ubicación inmejorables - Unas vistas insuperables , primera linea de playa. Se ve hasta el faro de Cullera y la montaña. Perfecto para relejarse con las olas.....Hay un restaurante a 20 m y un bar de playa. Un supermercado a 60 m. Juan es un anfitrión excelente. A pesar de no tener aire, no se pasa calor por la brisa que entra por las ventanas. El pueblo a 10 min andando tiene una panaderia, farmacia, centro de salud, fruteria, carniceria, ultramaribos y varios bares. No admiten perros en la playa de Junio a Septiembre y no hay parques.

• Lúcia Anna (8/5): - Gyönyörű a kilátás, még a konyhából is látni a tengert, így öröm mosogatni:) kicsit messze van Valencia belvárosától, de motor vagy autó bérléssel kb 50 perc az út és nagyon megéri ezért a látványért:) van saját parkolója. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Nem beszél angolul csak spanyolul, de megoldotta fordítóval, így nem volt gond. Pár dolog, kicsit rozoga volt és koszos, pl kanapé, de amúgy többségében tisztaság volt és rendben voltak a dolgok. Van nem messze egy bolt, de éttermek nem nagyon voltak nyitva a közelben májusban, amikor voltunk.

• Suzanne (5/5): Clean the flat, please. - View. Arrived to breadcrumbs and pieces of food on the dining table. Had to clean the oven and the baking tray was covered in grease. Toaster dirty and full of crumbs. Air vent intakes full of dust. So much for a Merry Christmas meal and experience. 🥵
• Paul (8/5): Very good - We were met by the owner, it took a little while to find each other and maybe the big sign would have been a better meeting place. He didn't speak English but was very adept at using a translation app on his phone. He gave us a very comprehensive tour of the apartment. It ticks all the boxes for facilities but is a little dated. The view is fantastic and we were able to cook a meal in the kitchen. There's a parking space provided in the car park on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, hot water was always available and he supplied shampoo and shower gel. We didn't go the beach because of the weather but it looked wonderful. It's a very quiet location and it seems everything is closed on Wednesdays. It looks like the restaurant below the building is closed and for sale.

• Doriana (10/5): The view is one of a kind! - Enjoyed the sunrise every morning. We could also hear the sound of the waves which made it even more amazing. We had a great time there, Juan was waiting for us to give us the keys and even though we arrived late, he took his time to walk us around and explain everything. Would definitely recommend! -
