• Maria Teresa (3/5): Soggiorno tra gli escrementi Ok - Posizione ottimale Al nostro arrivo, uno dei bagni presentava rigurgito di fognatura nel piatto doccia.Allertato il team, i tecnici non hanno risolto il problema se non dopo tre giorni.Abbiamo così dormito per tre notti con un odore nauseante in stanza da letto e residui di escrementi nel bagno della stanza, senza neanche poter aprire le finestre e arieggiare perché sprovvisto di finestra e ventola non funzionante.Al limite della tutela della salute.

• Oscar (10/5): - Excelente ubicación. Cerca de la estación London Bridge y rodeado de muchos restaurantes y cafés. Podrían mejorarse las camas e incluir ciertas amenidsdes básicas (shampoo, gel de baño, etc)
• Guest (5/5): Genial zentral und nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. - Die Lage war perfekt und die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön in ihrer Aufteilung und das Wohnzimmer ist toll, die Zimmer generell geräumig. Die Dusche in dem kleinen Bad funktionierte nicht, weil die Mischbatterie nicht funktionstüchtig war. Zum Glück gab es noch das 2. Bad mit der Wanne, wo man auch duschen konnte. Die Betten waren hart, es gibt nur einen Metallrost, keine elastischen Latten etc. Die ganze Zeit rauscht eine Lüftung vom Haus gegenüber - wir leben im Alltag an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, aber dieses Dauerrauschen war wirklich nervig. Die Badewanne wackelt in ihrer "Halterung" und die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich rudimentär.

• Marcel (8/5): The central location is amazing and appurtenant in general is comfortable and well equipped. - The spring mattress beds are bouncy and uncompterble, the plastic matras is sweaty we had a very bad sleep.
• David (7/5): 6 jours à Londres - L'emplacement, la taille du logement, les 2 salles de bains. Le confort des lits, les matelas ont vécu et méritent d'être changés. Un grille pain serait apprécié. Les vitres devraient être changée questions d'isolation thermique et de bruit.

• fabrizio (10/5): Ci siamo trovati bene - Posizione 500 mt dalla metro london bridge , idem treni e bus . Zona dell’ appartamento tranquilla ma comoda a tutto market e piccoli negozi . Avevamo l appartamento visto su Booking . 3 piano con ascensore due bagni due camere balcone zona giorno piuttosto ampia con cucina funzionale compresa di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La comunicazione con la proprietà tramite whatsapp buona. Il ritiro e consegna della chiave a distanza 600/700 mt in un negozio aperto 24h . Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene !!! I materassi andrebbero sostituiti.

• Wei Heng (8/5): - Was informed to move to another location on the day of check in. Luckily the apartment was not so difficult to find as we had to detour just after arriving at Heathrow. Anyway it was good that the alternative apartment was quite new with good facilities. The only complain is the check out time at 10am is too rush. All other bookings including hotels in London has check out time at 11am

• Claudia T. (7/5): - Zentrale Lage, einfache Kommunikation. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise sehr spartanisch, z.B.die Betten. In der Küche fehlt einiges. Wir bekamen nicht die Wohnung, die wir bei Booking gesehen haben.

• Enrique (8/5): Great location to stay... - Locations and space were awesome. Bed could be better quality. Otherwise all is great.
• Donna (5/5): Convenient location and roomy accommodation. Poor quality mattresses. - The location and the size of the property was excellent. Good communication and easy access to keys. Cleaner was still in the property when we arrived and was entering the property as we exited at checkout. Towels provided, however had to buy toilet paper as none in property. Mattresses need updating as very uncomfortable and worn.

• Anonymous (7/5): Pleasant Stay in London - The location is perfect for moving around the POIs.. The apartment was really spacious and clean. The same is valid for the 2 bedroom flat. The area and the building are quiet and safe. The check-in/ check-out process. The customer must get the keys from a shop within 10 minutes (since you have to carry your suitcases) walking distance and to return to the facility. The quality of the mattresses. Practically you are facing a challenge to have a good night sleep. Despite that it is not critical, we have to mention that adding some amenities to the bathrooms (hand shoap, shampoo, bath foam) will make the experience even better. Of course, you can buy these from the SM closeby, but it will be good not to bother with these.
• Marina (7/5): Good location - The location is very good as there are underground and train connections a couple of minutes walk from the appartment. Large spaces, specially the living room. The appartment was available immediately after my booking (after an unexpected cancellation in another lodging). Furniture was quite cheap, specially noticiable with the mattress. Plain decoration. You have to pick up the keys in a shop open 24h about five minutes walk from the appartment. It wouldn´t be an inconvenience if you were not travelling with luggage in cobblestone streets... The keys are to be given back in the same shop after the stay.

They did not answer whether we can leave the luggage in the apartment, nor whether there is a place nearby where we can leave it. After check in time we were sent directions to pick up the key from some strange shop away from the apartment. They withdraw a damage deposit from the bank account, but the host does not hand over or accept the apartment.The apartment did not correspond to the one we booked - it had three bedrooms for two people, but no terrace

• Jake (2/5): Don’t bother staying - Not much to be honest. Photos look a lot better than the real place To be honest it was a pain. Too far to walk to collect from a corner shop . And to return the next day.. No shower gel; no hand wash, tiny single broken beds , My 2 year old has a bigger tv screen in her room
• Michael (6/5): It’s London so expect to pay a lot, but not to be deceived about what you think you are getting. - Great location and clean inside The pictures they show on the Booking.com website is pretty much a scam, even when I selected a specific rental. They said I would have 3 bedrooms and I only had 2. Beds were like sleeping in a camper. The place was clean and in a good location. But would not recommend to others because of the false info they gave.

• P (7/5): Great location at a reasonable price is traded off with cheap furnishing - Relatively newly renovated apartment. Sufficient space. Great location in walking distance from Tower Bridge, Borrough Market and Tate Modern. Tesco Supermarket, train and bus stations nearby. Most furniture was very cheap and low quality, in particular the chairs (one was broken) and the beds (very bad). Although the place comes with a full kitchen, it missed many standard items (bottle opener, wine glasses, toaster, tea towel, detergent). The internet did not work for the first few days and several lightbulbs were broken.
• Cameron (7/5): The apartment provided us with the best location possible in London, but with below average sleep. - Location was top and the apartment was wonderfully spacious. The beds were single size and a bit uncomfortable.

• Geoff (9/5): Great location, great price and clean property - Six and location were great The property needed more basic facilities like a toaster, dish washing liquid and cloths, some tea and coffee for when we arrived and double the amount of dishes and utensils, pots etc
