• mohamed (10/5): The kind of place that makes you want to stay longer - Everything. Jungle Sweet Home Compound is peaceful, super clean, and surrounded by nature. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are warm and attentive, and the whole place feels private and special. Once you arrive, you won’t want to leave. Honestly, Nothing worth complaining about. The stay was so peaceful and well-managed that any small details didn’t matter at all. I’d happily come back again.
• Eva (1/5): This listing is highly suspicious and should be investigated for scam - NA I arrived at the Jungle Compound at 12:30 PM for check-in, but immediately encountered serious issues. The property owner did not answer any of my phone calls (they went to an Arabic answering machine), and the replies I received through Booking.com messaging made no sense (My message: Please send me check in instructions and location for tomorrow. I will be coming on foot from New Eagle hotel near by as it is 10 min walk. Is you place located where Jungle Club House is? Thank you. Answer: 23:17, 28 Nov 2025: Thank you. My message: Hello, I am calling you for checking in, but you are not answering. I have arrived at the compound, how can I check in? Answer: 12:57, Done. My message: 13:58: Nothing is done, nobody is there to do the check in, I talked to other apartment owners of this compound there no apartment like that there by pictures, it is a scam. I will contact booking to get refund for my booking. No more answers) The booking also did not provide an apartment number, which made check-in impossible. The compound guard contacted the person responsible for check-ins, who—after seeing the photos of the apartment—confirmed that no such apartment exists in the compound. To verify further, an apartment owner, Mr. Mohamed Ali, also checked the listing photos and called the property’s contact number. No one answered, but his phone recognized the number as “Sunny Tours,” which he said has been connected to previous cases of tourists being cheated. He also confirmed that the apartment shown in the photos does NOT exist there and doesn’t match the design of any apartments in the compound. Because of this, I was forced to find last-minute alternative accommodation in a neighboring compound.
• Redman (10/5): everything was perfect from start to finish - I stayed at Jungle Sweet Home Compound in Hurghada for one night (Nov 5–6) and it was amazing! The place is super clean, comfortable, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada
